All I can say is zowie wowie!!! The food and the service at this fine establishment is utterly amazing. I tend to be a little nit picky about my food and service but I seriously can't think of a bad thing about this place. Start off with their perfectly crispy sweet/spicy chicken wings. The sauce is just the right heat and has a touch of peppery goodness. To the dismay of my other half they were so delicious I almost ate them all. We had the Philly steak sandwich and the "TBG". Both sandwiches were delightful as the Philly had well marinated beef mixed with long strips of lightly grilled green chiles and melt-in-your-mouth provolone cheese. The "TBG" is a turkey bacon cheesy onion tomato and mounds of sprouts piled on a light and flaky croissant that is simply brilliant. The layers of crispy, salty, sweet, and buttery bacony Unami is just the best. Too bad it is in Globe, because I would visit this place time and again

Excellent service and great tasting food. I observed the staff even picked up the bill for a police officer who was eating in the restaurant. This business and it's staff are fantastic and proudly demonstrate their support for their local first responders. I had the western BBQ burger and it was delicious.

In town on business and I've eaten here twice; once for lunch and once for dinner. While nothing really blew me away, the food was tasty and the service was good. One thing I would highly recommend is their home made chips. Very good eating!

No complaints! I ordered the pineapple habanero grilled chicken and shrimp skewers...so tasty! The Turkey Bandito sandwich was absolutely memorable. Charlene's service was great! Would absolutely recommend this place and will be back!

Restaurant is clean and servers are friendly. We were able to make a reservation for 7 with only a 30 minute warning. Our waitress brought out juice boxes for our toddlers as soon as we sat down, which was a nice touch. I ordered the prime rib special. The side salad was average. It has lots of mixed greens and croutons, but only one cherry tomato. The prime rib was FANTASTIC. It was better than the last prime rib I had, which was at a fancy restaurant in Phoenix. The juice, the seasoning, the way it was cooked, was all perfection! The mashed potatoes were good, but not great. The mac and cheese was awesome. We will be eating at Copper Bistro more often!

Main Points: -One of the only restaurants around the area still open and decent to eat at -Standard menu choices make it easy to find something everyone can eat -Adequate food Review: I came upon this restaurant because I was on a long-overdue road trip to Globe and three of the restaurants I enjoyed eating at in the past were all now out of business so hungry, cold, and alone (actually it was barely lunch time in the middle of summer with a group of people) I stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try. The menu consists of your standard eats: salads, sandwiches, and burgers. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see some unique choices like my burger (with fried jalapenos, chipotle mayo, and pepper jack cheese) and the special of the day: beef pasty with carrots and potatoes. Sounds good, right? Not so much. There was nothing horribly wrong with anything we got, it was just basic and not very flavorful. I was also not too impressed with the service as it took a long time and I had to wait and ask for ranch multiple times since the waitress just plopped our food on the table and ran off before I could remind her again. The restaurant and it's bathroom was clean and the food was fine for someone making a visit to Globe, but I wouldn't say it's a must try.

Saturday night NFL playoff game on and place is empty!!! (Granted you can't listen to the game at this place). I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with fries but they are "sold out of fries" so they charge me $2 extra for "sweet fries"... I was only person in the entire place and it still took over 35min for food! Waitress never asked if I needed anything or if I liked the food... How can this place stay in business? Terrible experience all around!! (PS.. What Resturant keeps the cashier in the kitchen??? That can't be to clean!!!!!) very odd all around....

Love the food!!! Don't come here if you are in a hurry though!! I've came here several times and the regulars tend to get better service but the food it always worth it! I've had the burgers several times and they were tasty but I'm a big fan of the homemade chips and the steak!

We spend many weekends in the Globe area and frequently eat here. This is a family run business. You are greeted immediately when you enter. The restaurant is clean. Everyone who works there is friendly. The menu has many choices from salads to fish. Their hamburgers are a speciality. We have never, ever had a bad meal there. We live in the Phoenix area with access to lots of good restaurants. Copper Bistro easily holds its own with Phoenix restaurants. We always look forward to eating there. Plus, they make a fabulous margarita!

Food made us sick and when I said something about it the owner was hostile and rude. I felt bullied to stay quiet about my experience.

Copper Bistro offers moderately priced entrees that will leave you satisfied and quite full. Attire in general is very casual in Globe, and those that are looking for more upscale dining without all the fuss will leave happy. The ribeye I had was very good- it had a nice grilled flavor and was nicely cooked to order. I also tried some of the pork tenderloin, which had nice seasoning and was very tender. Minus some points because I was eager to try their prime rib, but they had sold out for the evening at 6:30 P.M.

We ate lunch here on a Friday. It was busy, but the service was good. I had a apple/walnut salad that was very good and very large. Sarah had a cheese burger and fries. It was large serving and also very large. We will back.

We've been through Globe a few times and have had very mixed luck with the restaurants. This place had great burgers, good prices, and a nice atmosphere. For some reason it didn't show up on the Yelp app on my phone but we saw allot of cars in the parking lot and decided to try it.

We enjoyed it enough that we came back again. The first time we were there it was about 4:30pm, dinner doesn't start until 5pm so we decided to order a few apps and wait for dinner. It was kind of slow at the time but it picked up right after 5pm. They'll stick to that 5pm starting dinner time and won't even let you order before it's time. Right on the dot at 5pm here comes the waitress ready to order out dinner. All of their apps were fried we went with zucchini sticks, mac 'n cheese bites, and fried green beans. They weren't that bad, the mac 'n cheese was the tables favorite but not me just because I didn't grow up on the stuff. It did seem like it was made from the actual crafts mac 'n cheese or something similar. For the meals I ordered the rib eye and fried shrimp which was today's special. yelp.com/biz_photos/copp… The rib eye was perfect and tender. It was perfect on its own and no extra sauce was needed. I enjoyed the crispy pieces of fried shrimp. I could've used some type of gravy on the mash potatoes. Someone had ordered the chicken alfredo all I can say about it was it looked good. The same goes for the cheese cake, it was a huge slice and covered with raspberry sauce. I had to turn it down twice though it was very tempting. The second time there we came for lunch. Once again it was slow when we got there but quickly got busy. The rib eye and fried shrimp wasn't available during lunch and so were a few other items. There was still a good selection of items to go through on the lunch menu. For apps we basically took everything else we didn't get first time, some jalapeno poppers, fried jalapeno coins, chicken wings, and more mac 'n cheese bites. For the meal I was deciding between one of their 1/2 lbs burgers, the Big Jon Burger which included two 1/2 lbs patties with guacamole, bacon, and American cheese, or the seafood trio basket which include fried cod, shrimp and calamari. I went with one of their 1/2 lbs burgers just because I remembered how big 1 lbs burgers were in Vegas and there was no way I was going through that kind of pain especially with a drive and airplane ride back home. Mine was the midstate burger 1/2 lbs burger, green chili, mushroom, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion added some jumbo onion rings. yelp.com/biz_photos/copp… Glad I went with the 1/2 lbs burgers because it was way too much food I could eat my whole plate, I saved about 4 pieces of onion rings on my plate. I enjoyed my plate. Everyone's burgers and sandwiches were huge and looked good also. Someone had ordered a salad, you'd think a salad would be light eating but nope that salad was ridiculously gigantic could've fed at least 3 or 4 people. The rest of the menu includes burgers, sandwiches, seafood, salads, and pastas. Another dessert which I had to say no to twice was the brownie a la mode. I can only image how big it would be considering everything else was very generous in size. Services was pretty good and no complaints. It can hold a max of 80 people, occurring to the sign above the door. They have what looked like a full bar and a number of craft brews, multiple small sized TV's, clean and updated interior. If you have to call in advanced and set up an RSVP it looked like they turned down the po po group that were trying to come in for lunch. You also won't get there thirsty here their cups are hug and they'll refill them often.

Had the pastys with a southwest twist: green Chiles! Very yummy! Had my first pasty in Butte,MT last year but the green Chile kick definitely added a southwestern flair. They catered our lunch, also ordered a variety of salads and cookies. The manager/owner had delivered it all and was really sweet. Several local attendees said almost all their menu items were really good as well. We were happy!
