This review is for the Chandler Blvd and Val Vista Pizza joint. Which is where the current address has moved. I hadn't eaten here for about a year because my previous experience was a poor one. I love the Barros at Greenway and Tatum, but have had trouble here. I called and ordered my large pepperoni pizza and they told me it was a 20 minute wait. I got there right at 20 minutes for my carry out and there was a long wait, but not a long line. After about 5 minutes the only person at the register, which was also the only person serving the other guests, took my money and told me it would be a couple minutes. 15 minutes later I got my pizza with no apology and a very dirty box. My hand was full of pizza excrement from the bottom of the box. I tried to get the young ladies attention to at least get a napkin, but she was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. After juggling the pizza in the car as to not get the crud from the pizza box on the cars upholstery, which did any way, I got the pizza home. The pizza was very greasy, cut poorly, and only about 3/4 of the crust had toppings. I think I'm very generous in giving them even one star, but that's what I have to give. One final note, the place was not that busy either. Needless to say, I won't be back. I don't write many reviews, but when it's this bad, I just had to. (I have written 5 star reviews on places when it deserved it).
