Every time I go to Panda Express on Milton, I know exactly what to expect. It's a very easy way to run through with lunch, but will be enough for a family dinner. The line usually goes quickly and the service is good. My favorite worker is Brandy. She's helpful and very upbeat.

I went to panda express with friends . I ordered a plate (2 entrées + 1 side) for $8,50. I chose the noodles, shrimps and sour and sweet chicken ! Very good !

Just like any other Panda Express. It was really busy when we stopped by, so the line was crazy, but that meant that the food was fresh.

Every time I come here they are out of food. People are standing all over the place waiting "7-10" minutes. The workers don't apologize for the wait either. Flagstaff needs a new panda because this one sucks!

This Panda express is always busy for being this far off freeway, had to wait awhile for pot stickers one of the few that still have them on menu

My friends are here and they really enjoyed it. Restaurant is very clean and neat and employees are very professional. I used the restroom and it was very clean and I like this restaurant because every where is open so you can eat and see outside.

The food was good, it usually is. My problem is the cleanliness of the restaurant. This is the second time I've been in and had no place to sit. I was the only one in line and the restaurant was empty, yet somehow they couldn't find the time to clean off a single table? I had to ask the girl behind the line to help me. They had approximately seven staff members, two of which were actually busy. Sixteen tales were empty and sixteen were filthy. She came out herself and wiped them all down (she didn't bother sweeping so the floor was a mess!). The restaurant is consistently in shambles. If the front end is this bad how bad is the back? For reference this was around 3 in the afternoon and it was dead inside. I'm sure there was time to clean up between after the lunch rush. EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DIRTY!

WTF, talk about the busiest Panda Express I have ever been to... Ok, plan ahead to be busy as FK,,, that's not reason for negative review, Busy = they are turning out product making money = successful. Maybe open 2 in same area, so one can close when not busy,, dumb... And, they did move the line pretty quick, yes they ran out n we waited 5 min after ordering to get our food,, SO Food, Panda is Panda, same consistent decent food..

Gross, gross, gross. Nuff said. Old food, empty serving dishes, customers all over the place. What I got was a grey, soggy, salty mass of food. I filled out the survey online and they offered me a free item....I'll pass. Never again.

Came to eat here today and the prices have gone up! We have eaten here regularly but that will now change. I got a rice bowl with chicken. I got six small pieces of chicken on my rice and the total was $6.44. That is some pricey rice and chicken! The worker said the price increase was because minimum wage went up. Minimum wage up, customers down, employees laid off.

Beware of "Tabitha K" at Panda Express. Experienced the rudest customer service I've ever had at Panda Express. Now I will say that the store was pretty busy, however this girl at the register was being incredibly rude. I had a coupon with me that I was trying to ask questions about, and she interrupted several times to make the same condescending remark over and over. I was shocked at her lack of customer service when all I did was ask a question.

Don't go here if you like Panda Express, cause this food was not Panda's. All of the food looked kind of faded I kid you not. I will give them credit their Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef tasted just fine. But their Chow Mein was horrible, it had no taste. And as I said earlier it looked faded and as one other reviewer said, it was very greasy. I stopped by this Panda on my way back to Phoenix thinking it was a dependable place to eat cause I love Panda back in Phoenix. Won't be making that mistake again.

The problem with this franchise is its location and management. It is directly across the street from the university and is packed most of the time. The management hasn't caught on that with that much pressure, they need to PLAN AHEAD. Visited there last night at 5:30; the line nearly out the door. Out of fried rice, out of mixed veggies, and out of both kinds of ice tea (the poor worker apologized and then told us it would take 10-20 MINUTES to brew; this, after I had bought a medium drink with the intention of filling it up with ice tea.). I ordered veggie spring rolls and had to get back in line to ask them for them since they weren't put in our to-go bag. Clearly the management and staff are overwhelmed. I will never, ever, ever return.

I manage to eat lunch here about once a month, but my most recent experience may change that. The entire restaurant was filthy, from tabletops to floors. The restroom wasn't much better. Perhaps they were understaffed that day? Next time it looks like that when I walk in the door, I will turn around and go elsewhere.

Ok so it is commercial. But it's the best in flagstaff. Everything is CLEAN and made fresh. Best chowmein in town

I am giving them five stars because I have been craving Panda Express for a while and there is finally one in Flagstaff! Another reason why is because they have out free meals today! Two entrees, a side, and a medium drink - all for free! It was actually pretty good because I usually only eat Panda Express when I have to at malls back in California, but it was done well. I had their orange chicken and Beijing beef. The meat were crunchy and even free, they stacked it! Plenty of food. I was expecting them to be frantic because there are a lot of customers waiting for free food, but all of the employees seemed to have a level head and everyone was still really friendly. A good experience and I didn't even wait in line that long. Very efficiently ran so kudos to employees and management. Will be back for an update review once it is settled in and there is less excitement.

The food is fine, you pay for cheap Chinese food and that's what you get. My problem with this location is that they are so slow. They always seem understaffed and as a result my wait times are always long. Don't go here if you need your food fast.

3 to 4 in panda express stars. It was good, but felt a little heavy at the end. I have had better panda expresses, but this definitely hit the spot. Enough to go back two days in a row. The orange chicken and mandarin chicken did not disappoint. The new beef dish was ok, but not the star of the meal. Restrooms were ok and the restaurant is pretty conveniently located with adequate parking.

I originally wrote my first review right when they opened and thought they were just going through the frustrations of being new. I stand corrected! I am not sure why there is always a line here. I have been here quite a few times with friends since their grand opening and it just keeps getting worse. The food gets greasier and the portions get smaller. They are always understaffed as well! I had high hopes when they opened, but they are just as bad as all the other Chinese restaurants in Flagstaff. Why can't we have a good Chinese restaurant in Flagstaff??!!

One of the best panda exppress's I've ever been to, for some reason this was the tastiest. Best orange chicken so much flavor. I am going to be going here regularly from now on (:

Good for what it is - chain, fast food Chinese. Spring rolls didn't have much flavor beyond a general taste of fried. But a couple of the entrees were quite tasty. Ratio of rice to entree in plates is heavy on the rice. But we managed to feed 2 not too hungry people on a 3 entree plate & spring rolls. The place is new & clean. Service was fast & friendly. Overall, a decent option when you need food fast & cheap.

"Chinese" (in quotes) junk food. You can get better food, and a lot more of it, at the China Star Buffet down the road.. I am totally baffled by the popularity of this chain.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
