Very bad and slow service. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for my order food to go.

Didn't get to try the food. I walk in and place an order to go, they tell me it'll be ready in 10 mins. 40 mins later, not ready. People that came in after me got their order ahead of mine. Some how my order slipped into the void and was never seen again. When I asked for my money back the manager couldn't even find it in the system. Funny that they have No problem taking your money but returning it is a very difficult process. On a funny sode note, he says he will give me my money back and let me have to food for free, I say no, dont want to take food Im not paying for. He insists and hands me a bag of food that turns out to be someone's else's order. My experience with traveling is that every city I visit has the same bullshit corporate franchises and they seem to hire incompetent people. I guess the bar isn't very high in the corporate world. The sad thing is if these corporate places didn't have the corporate money and they had to survive on quality and service alone they would fail.

I am usually not an IHOP fan, although my partner was conditioned since childhood to swear by the chain. Unfortunately many IHOP restaurants are defined by dirty carpet, rude (and old) waitstaff, and bad utensils. Food aside, eating at IHOP tend to be a pretty bad (albeit inexpensive) experience. This IHOP, however, was a class above the rest. Yes, I strenuously resisted the idea of coming here when my partner mentioned it, but risking the danger of having a morning, pre-caffeination disagreement spiral into a full-blown fight, I yielded, and what a good decision that was. ROSA IS AN ANGEL FROM HEAVEN. She greeted us with smiles, knows her menu items like names of her children, and kept our spirits high and coffee mugs full. Two huge breakfast plates and twenty syrupy fingers later, we left fat and happy. Who knew, happy memories were built in what I presumed to be a sub-standard restaurant. I hope IHOP management would use this restaurant as model to refine their franchise. Give Rosa a raise. Heck, make her the district manager, it will be the smartest move on the corporate's part.

It's IHOP. Blah blah. Pancakes. Stuffed things. Specials for seniors. You know the drill. My chief critique would be that there's way too much parking for the size of the restaurant. We went at 8:30 on a Sunday and there were so many spaces available we figured we'd be seated immediately and have lots of empty tables around us. But we walked around to the front and there were people waiting outside, multiple families in the entryway and overflow on the benches inside. The wait was 20-30 minutes, easily. Ick.

Four stars for an Ihop?, you might ask. That's right. And it's not because of the food. Are you seriously reading a Yelp review to find out what the food at Ihop tastes like? No, the food was Ihop food, and that's all one need say about that. That earns three stars: par for the course, acceptable for what you pay. I give it that extra star because the service was not exceptionally douchey; and in fact, besides the server being a guy that probably tries too hard to be so fucking metal on his off-time, he was pretty nice.

Always good for a breakfast that you're used to. Pancakes were great with a nice cup of coffee. Our waitress was friendly and polite. $25

They got our order 100% wrong! My meal was wrong, husbands had onions and we asked for no onions. The kids meals were wrong. The coffee was really weak and tasted watered down. I never leave a minimal tip but today it was just bad

Bad/lack of service. Cold, stale food. Got a refund after two bites & left. Disappointed. Broken childhood dreams. Never going back.

If you're on the road and hunger is gnawing at you, do yourself a favor and press on. It's just not worth it. The service is incompetent. The coffee is below average. The rest of the food is sub-par. Do yourself a favor and pass through Flagstaff, AZ at 85mph.

National Pancake day is March 4th. Free 3-pancake short stack from 7am-10pm. However, this IHOP is just like any other, only with lower quality. The staff is fantastic and helpful but the food is just bland. I haven't been to an IHOP in many years and that break was prolonged when my local Chicago suburb locations closed down. When I came here, I found an entirely redesigned menu which I thought made things less interesting to choose from. I ordered an omelet of course because there's more bang for your buck (instead of buying 2 pancakes and 2 wimpy pieces of "bacon" for $9. The most depressing part was the orange juice splash berry drink we ordered. It looked like lemonade, tasted like carbonated strawberries, and had no remnants of orange juice-especially in color. Looked nothing like the picture but I guess that's to be expected at an IHOP.

I usually don't mind IHOP, but the waiter here completely bombed our order. There were 5 of us and he was memorizing our order instead of writing it down, so I was skeptical; sure enough, he messed up 3 out of the 5 orders leaving us waiting forever for our food. The food also just seemed really bland - I did not enjoy my eggs at all, and the waffle wasn't as fluffy as I would have liked. Then again, it's IHOP.

IHOP is such a great place to have breakfast. I have never had a bad visit to any of the IHOP. The meats are cooked perfectly and the pancakes are always light and fluffy. The kids menu is perfect for the little ones.

Had breakfast today with a bunch of good friends. The waitress was very helpful and put up with some confusion. We originally said only 5 ppl with turned out to be almost 10 ppl. Paige (believe that was her name) was very sweet and took care of us. Food was good enough for me. Most important to me is service. And that was good today. Also there was a balloon man and he made us a few balloons which were very impressive. He was hilarious. All around good time to finish off the great night we had.

The food at the Flagstaff IHop is pretty much a "what you see is what you get" experience. It is nothing special but it is usually never bad either. However, the service is terrible. A few friends and I were there last night and our service was extremely slow and just plain bad. Our waiter ignored our table, and when he did pay us any attention he was inconsiderate and got everything to our table at a snail's pace. Mind you, we were one of two tables there, so it isn't like they were busy. Plus, we just ordered pancakes, so it wasn't like it was tough to make what we ordered. It took over 20 minutes to get to our table for the first time, an additional 20 to bring us the pancakes, about 30 after that to get our additional pancakes to us, and when we asked for condiments that added another 15 minutes. The only thing he was fast with was getting us our check... mind you, only once we called him over and asked for it. After out meal, when we spoke to the manager he argued with us in an attempt to justify why our service was bad rather than trying to find a way to make our experience better. I was very disappointed by the whole experience.

It's IHOP. What more can one say? Pancakes are good, the eggs are mediocre at best. One glass of OJ $3.00. Staff is okay.

I went for breakfast with several friends and all four of us were disappointed. The server was immediately rude, no greeting she just asked if we were ready to order. We waited 45 minutes for breakfast items and the restaurant wasn't busy. Requests were forgotten (extra napkins, more creamer). We definitely could have been tended to more. Upon paying my bill, I asked if I could purchase an apple cider drink to-go. The cashier told me she was "in a good mood" and would give it to me for free. Since I thought this made up for the poor service we had, I left a larger tip than necessary considering I was getting a free drink. I waited a few minutes for my drink and then I was asked what I needed. I told this new girl I would like to purchase an apple cider to go. She disappeared and a third girl asked what I needed. At this time, the second girl came around with my drink and I paid for my drink without mentioning I was told I would get it for free. I come here often and this has been my worst experience. Usually, the servers and service is great.

I LOVE the veggie omelet @ IHOP, it various from location to location; let me tell you, I had THE BEST omelet I have ever had here, it was AWESOME. A little busy, but courteous staff and a good feel - thoroughly recommend it.

This was the worst service i have had at a restaurant in a long time. It took ten mins to be greeted when we were one of three tables there, and additionly took 40 mins to be served pancakes and bacon. When our food finally came the eggs were greenish yellow and the bacon was uncooked. I tried to make the best of it with the pancakes when i noticed our incredibly distant servers black hair on my plate. I would suggest never eating there again.

I would give a minus 0 if I could. Ordered breakfast for 5 and took forever. Wasn't till we were ready to leave that it was delivered. 2 plates were ordered over medium for the eggs and they came snotty raw. The bacon was not cooked. It was barely warm and we returned it just to be given more about of the same with the waitress saying that the manager said that is how they cook medium eggs. We were all seniors and ordered off the 55+ menu and was charged for non senior prices, which we didn't notice till after we left. The waitress said they gave us a discount for all the problems and it was $2.39 on a $40+ bill. Others in the restaurant was walking around around looking for waitress for service. They need some management at this location. Upside was our poor waitress Cassie I think. She was well tipped for her kindness and trying to fix things.

The service was excellent..the waitress was very kind. We had a nice experience. The cook was new and had a few issues with the food however the excellent service made up for the food quality issues.
