We went here last night for the fish fry. The food was great and had huge portions to begin with, which also happened to be all you can eat. Unfortunately the service was awful! It's "all you can eat" if you can manage to find your server again! She dropped off our food and we never saw her again.. we flagged down the hostess to get more fish. She never came to back to check on our table, yet she managed to stop by every other table in the restaurant. After we finished, we went to the counter to pay.. never saw our server..

Fantastic value for great food. If you leave hungry, you ordered the wrong thing. Their portions are generous to say the least. I've been going to Steve and Kathy's Blue Hills for years and have NEVER been disappointed. They offer a wide variety of menu items so you can go often and not have to eat the same things over and over. The specials each night are a great value and always a treat for your taste buds. Your jaw muscles will challenge your push away muscles by the end. He He He. Go to Steve and Kathy's The Blue Hills Cafe a you won't regret it.

Food is great. I would recommend the home fries instead of the hash browns. The hash browns are frozen potatoes just cooked. The service however is a joke....

This place is a tradition for my family. Whenever we are in Arizona we have breakfast here at least once! It is a greasy food diner, but it's definitely above average! Love their hash browns! The service is great! Quick service and lovey people!

Cudos to the chef!! First time ever having perfectly cooked over medium eggs! And talk about bacon...10 slices of bacon!
(5)Alex C.
Wow! Wonderful food and lots of it for a great price! I highly recommend this diner for breakfast!

I order from here for pick up on many occasions. The food is good and so is the value.

I was lucky - was hungry while traveling east of Prescott, just happened to see it, stopped by for breakfast. Nothing to speak of regarding the architecture or the interior decorations, but I went in hungry, left happily stuffed! - total bill about seven bucks. Can't beat it! Just a nice country side ma-n-pa kinda place, very pleasant and efficient servers, very tasty food - and lots of it. Expected it to be good when I saw how busy it was; you don't build a clientele like that on the one-off drive by or "hey, it's the only place for miles." Just good old fashioned American down-ta-home comfort food at very reasonable prices. Love it, and now I'll plan to stop by again whenever I can,

Small cafe with great food and I do mean great. Service was excellent and price was superb. We'll be back again and again.

This place is amazing!! Come hungry but with patience to wait because it's well worth it. People from all over come so unless hitting it just right you may need to wait, but trust me it's worth it. Excellent Service, Excellent Food and Good old Country atmosphere. This was my first time here but I will be back. If we lived closer, this would be our weekend ritual.

The wife and I absolutely love this place. We were driving through dewey one day & decided to stop in for lunch. We'd never heard of this place before. We were pleasantly surprised with it. The service was good.. but the food was delicious. It was actually quite fantastic. The menu had lots of options and the quality of the food was far above your average diner type food. It was wonderful. We've been back a few times and have had great food every time. We'll certainly be going back again. And again. And again. You get the point.

I love their breakfast. I host regularly on AIRBNB. this is listed as one of my favorite recommendations to go for breakfast. Laid back atmosphere.. Good cooking

It's exactly what you think as far as greasy diners go. A little above average tho. Hash browns were good. Biscuits were fluffy but gravy lacked enough flavor. Waffles were fluffy good. And nobody in our party complained about the country fried steak. And let's not forget.....Service was great!

The portions are pretty big so be prepared, when you order bacon, you get a pile of it. I was a little disappointed in the hashbrowns, it was a grocery store style instead of fresh cut potatoes, they still tasted very good. I ordered the pancakes, biscuit and gravy and hashbrowns and ate nearly everything, it was just too much for me.

I really do enjoy this place. The atmosphere and people are great. The food is delicious. My parents live down the street and whenever I come up to visit from L.A I just have to HAVE TO get a bacon cheese burger from here. Sooo good. :)

Had lunch here a few weeks ago. I had the double cheeseburger and it was far bigger than expected. I was expecting a simple Big Mac type of burger and instead was presented with a masterpiece of beef, bacon and cheese beyond my wildest expectations. Everyone in our group had a fantastic lunch and can't wait to return for breakfast!

Been here several times for breakfast. Consistently good food but the real values are the daily specials so been ordering that. Had the waffle special with two eggs and a thick slice of ham for under six bucks. Try getting that at Denny's.

My favorite place to eat. The food is always great and you don't walk away hungry. Big cups of coffee and always refilled by their great staff. Love the Chicken Fried Breakfast. Their lunch burgers are great. If you are bacon fan this is the place for you. Tonight I going to try the fish fry and will let you know what I think about this item. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Wonderful family type restaurant, very friendly staff, great food for the price. Kids love it. We will stop by here next year!

I give this place two stars on the fact that it was cheap & lots of food... The pancakes were some cheap mix & syrup cold and old. The hash browns were something you get from McDonald's. The waitress was unfriendly but cordial. NOT IMPRESSED! Locals seem to really like this place because it is packed on a Saturday morning... let's just same this place would not make it in the big city or any place that had more breakfast options...

Family establishment. Quick service and friendly atmosphere. Go for the number 1 biscuits and gravy with egg and sausage. it is very good. Skip the green chili omelet. It is little more than a slice of canned green chili and a little cheese. The home fries were greasy. This cafe is a favorite of locals and prices are good. All in all worth returning.

Been checking out local Fish Frys on Friday nights and by far this one has been the best so far in the tri city area. Scorching hot fish and the choice between cod and/or catfish. It was a great change to see a variety of fish instead of just cod. Great hometown atmosphere and great fast service, will be going back soon. They also have great breakfast as well
(5)James H.
This small local diner in Prescott Country Club is a local hang out. Friday nights are packed for their fish specials. I've eaten there maybe a dozen times since I live like 1 mile from them. They are an ok, blue plate greasy spoon diner with just ok food. Frozen pies, and Sysco burgers. I've heard their breakfast is good, but never tried. If you see it, keep on driving and smile. Stop in at Leftys about 1/2 mile east for best food in Prescott.

On every trip to Prescott, we leave plenty of room for breakfast or lunch here. Great food and they don't skimp. Home-fries with Onions (you gotta ask for them) are to die for. So I whimper and they take pity. We go up Sat AM generally and have never encountered "the line". That must come from clean living-? Regulars whisper about the Friday Fish Fry- they don't want everyone to know about it. Gotta try soon.

A real value. Lots of bacon, good potatoes, all for a reasonable price. Nothing real special, but a good mom and pop business.
(4)Tony P.
Home cooked breakfast, and lots of it. This is the most bacon you'll get anywhere!! Great Biscuits and Gravy, and a big Chicken Fried Steak...add two eggs and home fries. Bottomless Coffee or Iced Tea. They make more than that, but that's what I have. Come early, there's usually a line on the weekends....and I'm probably in it, so not too early.
(4)TM B.
Huge portions (especially for breakfast). Food is good. Staff is friendly. Nothing negative to say about this place.
(4)John M.
The pie cabinet looked good but I was just at the end of breakfast and had a good green chile omelet with home fries, OJ (from concentrate), and coffee. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly.

This place is great! Fantastic French Dip Sandwich and out of this world Peanut Butter Pie! Looking forward to trying more of their menu in the future!
