This place Sux! Burger & fries were tasteless, there was Lil burnt peices of old fries in the onion rings & fries; which can only mean that they r cooked in the same oil. Lettuce was all center white & no green, waiter was pushy too. So glad I never have to come back.

I don't get the bad reviews... I really enjoy stopping in here for a GREAT burger and COOL shake on my way up or back from Sedona. Classic. Folks are really nice, too. One of my Favs!

I kid you not, this was the best burger & fries I have ever had in my life! The bacon was real applewood cooked to perfection, ripe thick tomatoes, & delicious, fresh, thick slice of white onion on a soft pretzel bun. What started out as a day so bad my fiancé and I had to rent a car and get out of town. We stopped at the Cliff Castle Casino just to grab a bite to eat. Best decision ever! On top of everything our server Nikki (who was the only one on duty) was old school friendly, even though she had to handle a restaurant full of customers. Cindy on the grill was master and also friendly as can be. I've only been here for 30 mins and already miss it!

Enjoyed the food and even though they were shortstaffed, the server and the rest of the crew did an exceptional job getting the orders out and the food correct. The Salted Caramel shake was blended well and the burger was quite tasty. If I'm ever back out this way I will keep this place in mind.

Why the bad reviews? This place was great! Took my grandparents here to eat before he hit the casino and they were in heaven! I've only eaten at Johnny Rockets once before in Vegas. Our waiter was a doll and they LOVED the staff dancing in the aisles. And the burgers were juicy, delicious and affordable? Only 2 complaints (directed at the company management/policy not staff) 1.) Our waiter said the new management wanted to discontinue the staff from dancing in the aisles.....whaaaaaattt??? NO! NO! NO! and 2.) The juke boxes were out of order at all the tables and had been for almost a year. Waiter said they were getting replaced with kiosks like at Applebees/Chili's etc....why??? It's supposed to be a retro place, keep it that way! Anyways, after such a great experience I'd definitely go back for the atmosphere and great food!

I'm surprised by all the 1 and 2 star reviews. While this is not a gourmet burger place and you should be aware of that when you walk in the door, it's inexpensive and the service is great. We sat down to have a couple burgers (I had one of the turkey variety). We both got the mushroom-swiss and I gotta say the mushrooms were fantastic. I was impressed with how great they tasted. I forgot to order a salad instead of fries, but that's OK because the fries were piping hot, salted perfectly and I can just go to the gym sometime this week. Our server was exceptional, I wish I would have caught her name. She joked around with us and made sure to check on us after receiving our lunch. I have zero complains of this location.

Ok, so I eat hear from time to time and I have eaten at other Johnny Rockets in Arizona, California and in Nevada. Food is for the most part consistent from store to store. Sometimes mistakes are made by employees. Johnny Rockets is not fast food and comparing to McDonald's or In and Out isn't a reasonable comparison. Just like the old Wendy's commercials, "wheres the beef", its at Johnny Rockets. I say the burgers are juicy not greasy but the fact is its fried food. I do agree that corporate seems to be getting away from what got them started. I say stay with what got you there and be consistent. Just wanted to add my part, seems to be a lot of unfair reviews. In closing if you like fried foods try Johnny Rockets out. If you have a bad experience let the management know, they will fix it. This is for all JR's

If you like greasy food this is the place to go. No matter what you get it just drips with grease. The shakes & malts are ok but the Blizzards at DQ are far better & cheaper.

I'd give them 1 star if the waitress wasn't so nice. OK... There, I said something positive about this place. Now the real news. This place sucks. I got 2 words for you: Very Greasy. It even smells like grease in there. It seems overpriced as well. We decided to try it out because it looks like a fun spot, but after trying to digest all that grease, you feel kind of sick, and there's nothing fun about that kind of experience. Never again. Nope.

I will start with, love the staff. Very nice and always help us right away. BAD NEWS is, the food is of poor quality. This franchise/brand has lost its way. There's a reason I don't eat fast food at mc Donalds, because the foods is fake. Well same here. Corporate has sent these poor franchise stores pure trash to sell their customers and is running us off. Sorry to report this because we have friends that work there, the quality in the product is tasteless.

Not bad it is fast food and we were served in a timely manner. We ate lunch before our trip back to the valley.

In spite of the low reviews, we stopped in for lunch. The guys got a burger with fries and I had a chicken salad. We were all pleasantly surprised. The salad greens were fresh and there was enough chicken on the salad. Both of the men said the hamberger was good, and they especially liked the sweet potatoe fries. It's convenient with casino entertainment. Love the music choices!

Initial server response was good, but the server admitted that he put in my mother's order with the wrong patty type (ie Turkey vs. Beef). Had to send it back. No napkins or silverware brought to table. Had to ask for a knife to cut my burger in half. Cheery come was wasted down with weak carbonation. Food was your typical Johnny Rockets, Ruby's, etc.

The food is mediocre and overpriced. Service. What, they have service???
