Pet peeve of a business saying they are swamped when they gave open tables... Server was ok..sat outside.. Waited forever for overpriced chicken/steak meals.. And was too cold to eat when arrived... Owner seemed not to care too much.. Did give us $$ off but all in all we will not go back... One and only good thing.. 1/2 price bottles of wine that night....

Shame on you yelp for hiding all of the good reviews, there are 35 hidden reviews for this place. Wow! Parents dine here often and showed me a great evening. Five of us had dinner.... Much to my dismay several ordered mw filet's and the chef did a perfect job, one had a blue cheese topping, we had Bearnaise sauce made to order, a side of Bordelaise sauce was a hit, two of us had perfect medium rare steaks with sauteed mushrooms and all were served with fresh delicate green beans seasoned perfectly. Backing up the artichoke appetizer was great, the Caeser salad was one of best ever with bacon and a poached egg, oh my this could have been a meal. Fresh bread with a homemade tapanade was exceptional, especially with my great wine, a blend, chef Tim suggested. Finish off with peanut butter pie and fresh raspberry & blueberry cobbler with homemade vanilla bean ice cream. I can't wait to come back!

This was NOT what I expected. Walked in the front door and was surprised by the intimate feel of the place. The soft music, the muted colors, the incredible wood and marble bar were all such a nice touch. Started our meal with a glass of wine. What I liked about this was that I was able to order any wine in the place by the bottle OR the glass! Had an delicious artichoke appetizer, a simply perfect steak dinner (The smell of the mesquite when I walked in made that choice easy) and this simply beautiful Pear and Flaky tart creation for dessert. Value was terrific. Waiter knew his stuff. Food came out looking great, tasting incredible. Next time back, osso bucco!

My mom and I had dinner there last night. We made a reservation and got a nice booth in the back of the restaurant. They were in the middle of their dinner rush, but we were seated immediately. The owner came over to greet us with water and and got our drink order - We had wine. She was a very kind and professional woman and was making time at each table. We ordered a soup and a salad that were both amazing. We order the fillet for dinner. The biggest thrill was getting the steak cooked to the perfect temperature despite being busy. Everything came out beautifully and delicious. Although by the time we finished devouring our meals, we didn't have room for dessert, we will be back to try the pear everyone raves about. From start to finish, we felt welcomed and important. The food was fantastic, and the price tag was not close to what I would price their quality at. $63 for two people who went away with a doggie bag - totally worth it.

It is very hard for me to believe that this fabulous restaurant has received a single bad review!!! My husband and I have been entertaining his clients and out of town guests at the 310 since the opening......it is amazing! We have never received bad service and the food is unbelievable. Chef Tim has his herb garden at the entrance of the restaurant, proving that many of his herbs are used as he picks them. Every night there are incredible specials, offering something always new to try. Our favorites, crab mac & cheese, all steaks, lamb, homemade lasagna, peanut butter pie (YUM!). We have never received a dish we did not like! My husband entertains his important business counterparts at the 310 when they are in town (usually once or twice a week). We used to drag through the casinos to finally reach their steak houses where we were taking a chance on how the service and food would be that evening. The 310 offers a warm hospitable service without all the noise, crowds and inconsistence service. I highly recomend this fabulous restaurant.

We came here a few months ago and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Tonight we decided to enjoy a nice meal out, and remembering how much we enjoyed it last time, chose to come to 310 again. It seemed promising. The wait staff seemed friendly. There were two groups of about 5-7 people sitting near us and the rest of the restaurant was pretty busy. I expected there to be a bit of a wait. But after ordering our food, everyone was gone except those two tables. Our waiter said the food was taking a while because those big groups were before us. Understandable. I was in good company so I didn't mind a little bit of a wait. Then the wait turned into 45 minutes and nobody had come by to tell us anything, or give us more bread or water while we waited. We stopped someone and asked for refills. Shortly after, our waiter came by and said that our food was being plated. 10 minutes later he came by again and said they were plating the food at that very moment and it would be out shortly. Um... We got a burger and a pasta. How much plating is going on?? Are they sculpting flowers out of melons back there? It was getting ridiculous. Sadly, no melon flowers. Just a bowl of pasta and a burger with a knife stuck in it. I know that didn't take 10 minutes. Eventually, our food comes out and I'm starving. I shove three fries in my mouth at once, only to be disappointed. They were hard as a rock and cold. I flagged the waiter and asked for fresh, hot fries. He said of course, and took them away. I checked my burger... No bacon and also cold. Are you telling me that I waited an hour for my food and you just took it off the stove and it came to my table cold??? Im not paying $15 for an hour wait and old, cold food. At this point, I was very upset and extremely disappointed. I flagged the waiter down again and told him I'd just like to send the whole plate back. And I could not believe he actually asked me, "Do you want to take it off the bill?" No. I want to overpay for a burger I'm not even eating. Seriously? In the meantime, my sister was eating her pasta. When they set it down, they asked if she wanted Parmesan cheese on it and she said yes. They never came back. When I sent my burger back she asked for the cheese again. Never came. Eventually, we just asked for the bill. The only way this restaurant tried to make amends was by offering to give me the cold burger for free. There was no apology... except from the young man who was the bus boy and who filled our water when we were seated. After the problems we had I expected an apology from the waiter and a manager. Hell, they do that at Chili's! I'm very upset and I don't foresee myself coming back to 310. Ever.

Stopped in while in Laughlin for a softball tournament. Great place. Got to try the Cuban sanwich. Saw on TV and they make it the OG way.. Good find. And if you check in on yelp,.you get a free 9 inch cheese pizza.

I gave this place three stars because they definitely try and by try I mean, the service is always on point and the atmosphere is nice, the menu selection is somewhat unique but the food is hit or miss. After tonight though we probably won't come back because it was another miss. My husband and I came here for happy hour. The 310 margatias were decent, we both ordered burgers with fries on the side and those fries on the side, which aren't very good, cost extra. If I'm paying 12 dollars for a basic burger it should include the fries! I ordered my burger medium rare and it was medium well, not a big deal but just another reason to make me dislike my basic 12 dollar burger with no fries on the side! I definitely encourage people to try 310 Grill. It can be really good. We've just spent too much money here and had buyers remorse too many times to keep returning.

***TIP*** Check in on Yelp App and receive a free cheese pizza. ***PROS*** * Delicious food (lasagna, pizza, spaghetti, oysters, and bread) * Luis was an attentive server ***CONS*** * 75 minutes to receive our appetizer, Oysters Rockfeller, with special request parmesan cheese on top Patrons came and went before we were even served. We arrived at 5:15pm. We were served oysters at 6:30pm. Dinner followed. We finished eating, paid the bill, and left at 7:15pm, 2 hours after walking in to the establishment. MESSAGE TO RICK MURPHY - We paid cash so there would be no time stamp on the credit card. Tom spoke with a few clients and friends at their tables and at ours (no one in the bar). Bruce, the kids and I were seated and ready. Thank you for your message. I hope it makes you feel better investigating what may have occurred. We all agreed the food was delicious, the waiter was great and attentive, the atmosphere was lovely, but service time was slow. Thank you for your concern.

My husband and I love this place. Fine dining in the Bullhead City, Arizona area. No hurry, no fuss and excellent food! You won't be disappointed to take your most important people here! We've been back several times! This is not fast food, so save time for meaningful conversations--and dessert!

OMG I do not even know where to start! This place is awesome. We started with the Caprese salad, Creamy mac n cheese and the special oysters rockerfeller! We should have stopped there! Instead we over ate in a good way! The mac n cheese was phenomenal. My man ordered the Osso Buco the meat fell off the bone and the garlic mashed potatoes were creamy as all get out. I had the Pasta Genovese and it was perfect. We were full but saw the dessert specials and we couldn't pass up the Banana Foster Bread Pudding. One bite and we were in heaven. This place is the best restaurant in Bullhead City. We will be back often.

We had a great experience. Working in the industry, we enjoy a good meal. I would definitely recommend customers to come enjoy the mood lit room, classic and rich cuisine with really great service. My boyfriend enjoyed the braised lamb shank special, mac and cheese (creamy alfredo sauce like) and I had the oysters Rockefeller and mussels dish. I would definitely recommend this place over and over again.

My goodness...all these poor reviews and all the good reviews are filtered out. I just paid my first visit and still wondering why. 310 Bar & Grill is better than these reviews. I had great service and a good meal at 310 Bar & Grill. I recently took my team here for dinner. I felt that I owed them for all the hardwork and time away from their families lately. Before walking in, I lost all track of time. I tend to do that when I'm in Arizona since the state doesn't follow daylight savings. Long story short, we only had 30 minutes to order, get our food, eat, pay, and get out. When we first arrived, I asked the front if they can make sure that we are in and out in 30 minutes. They said they'll see what they can do. Low and behold, our meals were consumed and we were out of there in 30 minutes. Thank you 310 Bar & Grill for accommodating us. I'm sure that you also put us ahead of some folks to get us out of there. Our server was also great. On the way out, at least 3 employees including what I thought was a Manager greeted us on the way out. 5 Stars for Service!!! As for the food, I had the Butterfish with their 310 Mash Potatoes. Let's start with the mash potatoes, it was buttery and so good. I'm sure it wasn't good for me, so I only ate a quarter of it. But this didn't mean I couldn't finish it, just means that I had to watch my intake. The butterfish was a different story. This was demolished in less than 10 minutes. It was so good and reminds me of what dad use to make, which was tasty, a little buttery, flaky, and not fishy. Pretty big portion too, about 10 oz. As for my team, they both got steaks and stated they were good too. Price here is about average for what you expect to pay for a decent steak and healthy portion of fish. There's plenty of restaurants out there that charge more for what what we had. Total bill was less than $80, which I thought wasn't bad at all. I don't give 5 stars often, but the service from everyone was great. The food and cost was worth it as well. PS. I am so glad I didn't read the reviews before entering this establishment. If I did, I might have overlooked this place. When I am back in town, I am sure to pay another visit...this time for their steaks and hopefully I'm not pressed for time so I can stay longer.

310 is a hidden gem in the desert! We eat here every time we're in town. The food is fresh and made to order, not prepared in advance & sitting under a heat lamp.... which gives you time to chill out after a day on the river or lake. Love the fresh baked bread w/tampenade & butter!!!!! To start, we ordered the grilled artichoke w/red & yellow peppers & oysters Rockefeller....the BOMB!!!! Our group ordered coconut shrimp, lasagna, prime rib, crab mac and cheese, the 310 burger & grilled chicken with shrimp (not on the menu). Tim, the chef, knocked it out of the park with each plate. For dessert we shared peanut butter pie. The pie was light, not at all heavy, wth a chocolate cookie crust. It was drizzled w/fruit sauce & blueberries.... it was like having a decadent PB&J!!!!

As promised in my first review, we waived off the 'new business jitters' and we have since eaten at 310 Bar and Grill several times. This is, without a doubt, the finest restaurant in Bullhead City. The chef takes great care in the preparation and presentation of his food. My wife is partial to their French onion soup but the Pork Osso bucco is easily the best I have ever eaten. The atmosphere is quiet and classy and the service has been top notch since our first visit. If I had one complaint to give, it would be: being at the whim of the seasonal specials. I tried the Lamb Shank dish about a year ago and it was THE BEST MEAL I had ever eaten. They haven't had it back on their menu since. Every time we go, I ask the servers or managers if they any plans to bring it back anytime soon :) 310 is outstanding. Enjoy!

The place was nice but the service needs a lot of help. Our waitress young one didn't get our drinks right today and our burger orders were done wrong also. One burger with Swiss cheese was to be split by two and is was not the one with sweet potatoes was and the one ordered with Swiss and cheddar cheese was to have bacon and didn't also salad did not come out before hot food served and never came back for top off on water and soda . Unless service is better trained do not recommend this place sorry

Love this restaurant! Extremely friendly staff. The staff are knowledgeable and always there to answer any questions and get whatever we need. The food is amazing. I've never once had a bad meal here. Highly recommend coming here.

Unless I find something new, this is now my favorite restaurant in the area. Went in during happy hour ... plopped myself down at the bar and ordered off the specials for the evening menu. THE boyfriend and I ordered the prime rib sliders ... of which i didn't get to taste because he wolfed them down (wish there had been three instead of two), the chicken liver pate with cornichons, and a half-ceasar salad with a perfect poached egg on top. Along with some wine, everything was absolutely delicious!

I find it absolutely preposterous that people have such an issue with this place. If you want fast food go to mcdonalds... there are like 10 of them in this 13 mile long little town. This is exactly why there are not more quality restaurants here. People have no idea what they are getting. This is a FINE dining establishment. This is not the type of place that you just stroll into with the kids after a long day at the river. This place is meant to be a sit down restaurant with a mature and intimate atmosphere, and they nail it. This is truly the only fine dining in Bullhead or Laughlin. I agree that they do not get your food out to you 10 minutes after you order, but I am pretty sure there are no microwaves or sauce packets in the kitchen here, if you want prepackaged food go to chili's. THE FOOD HERE IS AMAZING!! I lived in Phoenix for 10 years and this place is among the very best that most big cities have to offer. Not everyone will like everything, but if you know what you like they will make it perfectly for you here. The wait staff is always amazing. They make some of the best drinks (Martini's and Old Fashioned mmmm). Excellent food with good portions that are priced well. I personally love to go here and have a drink, maybe an appetizer, relax and talk with my beautiful wife and family, then indulge in the delicious meals they offer here. I eat slowly because I want to enjoy this marvelous culinary experience. They will even make you anything you want!! If it is something very specific all you have to do is call ahead. There is an actual CHEF cooking your food. So, I feel the wait is part of the enjoyment of the place. I just like to relax while I am here and enjoy my time. The wait staff is well informed, professional, and good people that you can talk with. If you want delicious food fast, simply call ahead, and they will prepare everything so you can devour your meal and leave. Do not be fooled by the rating or other reviews. This place is the only decent dining establishment in the area, so if you are looking for a wonderful time out and a culinary experience this is the right place!! If you just need good tasting food fast go to El Charro's. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK 310!! It is amazing there is even such a restaurant like this in BHC, so THANK YOU! OH! Don't forget they have awesome happy hour deals and Lunch Specials. Their Burgers are phenomenal!! and handmade. EDIT: HOW THE *UC* does Salt Grass have 5 stars and this place only has 3.5... yeah they cook a mean steak, but you cannot even hear the person sitting right next to you??? In n' Out Burger has 5 stars... remember these are the people writing the 1 star reviews for this place. I HIGHLY Recommend 310, and I do not work there or know anyone who works there.

Located in the riverview mall, this resturant is execellent. Pretty elaborate inside the place. Theres a firepit outside. The waitresses/ waiters are friendly. The food is good. Drinks are a good selection of wine, spirits,vodka(and stuff for he kiddies too!) The bar is well stocked with stuff. Atmosphere is good. The restrooms well are (restrooms?). They are kept clean all the time and dont smell (at least when i've been there.) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Overall= 11/10 Bottom line- If you come to this place, I bet you'll be back!!!! ;-)

so we wanted to try something different instead of going to the casinos, well I was not that impressed. Most of the servers were nice, we had Rico and I think since were weren't ordering a lot of food he figured maybe he wasn't going to get make much in a tip well that would of been different if he actually did his job. He took our order but that was about it until he brought us our bill, someone else brought us our food and other staff would come by and ask how things were. We ordered the calamari which was pretty, but not a fan of the mustard dip it comes with. Then we ordered the Mediterranean pizza very disappointing yes all the ingredients are fresh but not much flavor to it, it said it has basil but did not taste any at all. We would have said something, but since Rico never came over to ask us and we didn't want to say something to the other staff. I know we probably should of, but we will not be going back. Nice that they do have live entertainment on Friday nights though.

First off let me say that I understand how difficult it is to run a restaurant, but these guys really missed the mark. So with that being said, Please Please Please don't waste your time with this place. They can only just be getting by. The food was poor quality and was delivered cold. Then to mention our waitress with her hair piled on her head like a birds nest looking like she just woke up from an all nighter, Its hard to take this place seriously. I can't believe that they're still open. When we mentioned that our items were wrong after waiting 30 minutes plus for our entrées, the manager who knew their was a problem before she even got to our table, rushed over and and "I'll just comp your meal" but wouldn't listen to us and didn't care what our concerns were. So we wasted our time and our money and left hungry. Oh and did I mention it wasn't even busy as it was a week night. It's very apparent that they don't care about all the important details that make a restaurant really thrive and you won't get our business again ever. Thank god for yelp! Please stay away and don't waste your money with this place. They must have paid for some really expensive advertising, because to hear their ads and then see the real place - they're a huge disappointment! Please read other review's as I'm not the only person that believed their radio ads.

Food was ok to good but the over 1 hour wait for it was not. They were overbooked and still accepted our party of 8, and seated us outdoors when they should have said "we can not accommodate you properly" we were there over 2 1/2 hrs We were all freezing by the time we left . Nothing was taken off our bill to accommodate us, our bill was over 400 . Not any one of will be going back.
