YUM!!! I get the iced coffee Rocky Road every time I come in. This is the perfect place to come and people watch and enjoy a morning break. The employees are mostly high school students probably at their 1st job. They are really friendly and happy to be there. I like the community board for different business around Buckeye. (of course I put my card there too, as a REALTOR with Realty One Group)

The worst part about this Dunkin is the SMELL! It constantly smells like a burning old toaster oven inside. The poor employees probably have burnt nostrils just from the stench! Their coffee is fine, same as you'd find at any Dunkin Donuts but their donuts are a little off. Not as fluffy, almost like they overlooked them. Honestly I'll still go here because it's close to my house but they really need to sort out that problem with the constant burning smell.

I'm not all that crazy about Dunkin Donuts in the first place, as I far prefer Krispy Creme. But since there is no Krispy Creme in Buckeye I do sometimes go to Dunkin. Everytime I have, it's the same girl at the drive-up window that talks about a million miles an hour, and I have a very hard time understanding her. I have even asked her to slow down and speak clearly, but this has not helped. It makes me dread going there just having to deal with her.

I only went here because the local Fry's Starbucks is remodeling. I've gotten coffee and bagels here before and they have been fine, but today I wanted less carbs, something maybe healthier. I got the egg wrap, YUCK, YUCK, YUCK!! It cost $1.19 for HALF of an egg, probably a melted Kraft single, on a tiny tortilla. It was gross! I can get a spinach feta wrap from Starbucks for a little bit more, but at least I'm getting real food! The only reason I gave two stars was because the coffee is pretty good. But the food and the service is just awful! I don't think I'll ever give them my money or time again. Just awful!

Ugh!! I'm usually not a negative reviewer, but this place just deserves it. The employees are perpetually stoned, the coffee tastes like flavored water, and they have literally NEVER gotten my order right the first try. For good coffee just go to the frys down the street, the Starbucks workers there are slow, but they can make a decent cup.. And come to think of it that frys has a bakery that sells donuts too! Just avoid this location!

Great ice coffee come here every morning the service is good as well today they had a free donut with every drink order had an old fashion it was delicious moist and lots of flavor

I don't really eat donuts, but I do love their iced coffees!! Im an addict. Its my everyday drink whether its cold or hot. Love, Love, Love them! Also, at this particular location, the staff is awesome!! They know who I am and what I order - even when I don't...lol I love my morning girls and guy!

My favorite iced coffee! Friendly staff, great promotions. Love the drive through. Fast service.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but this place is the worst. Their donuts are ok. That's not the problem. The problem is for the past month their latte machine has been "down". How long does it take to fix or fix right? I have a hard time believing that a large franchise would take so long to get an essential piece of equipment fixed. It shouldn't be that difficult.

Caroleann B.
It is probably because the time of day we came in that the donuts were not fresh. But we were, OK, I was craving some of my favorites. I selected the three and was only happy with my old fashion donut. The chocolate one... the chocolate taste wasn't what I am usually used to. The glazed just was too dry. I will have to go back bright and early in the morning closer to home and do this review again. What a pain, not, joke only.

OMG, the previous reviews were absolutely right. These women suck at customer service. My husband wanted a coffee for the road and a few donuts for the twins. He noticed the woman in front of him ordering also an ice coffee and repeating several times, " no sugar, no cream, no milk". My husband wanted just an ice coffee, no sugar since we use stevia. She was really rude when he was ordering the donuts. We finally left with our order, got in the car and drove away. I handed the kids the donuts and realized she shorted us, also guess what, my husband's unsweetened coffee, was full if corn syrup or whatever crap they use for sweetening that made it taste like a chemical spill. Just awful, he wanted me to taste it, heck no.

I love this location, compared to the others in the city. The girls at the window recognize me and put up with my confused post-Starbucks ordering (it's like learning a new language). I like that. I have to admit that spikey haired guy once threw my frosted donut in a bag with my son's munchkins causing them to become glued together with chocolate frosting. Not ideal, but for the people who are okay with their food touching, probably not an issue. There is a angsty kid who seriously made my latte out of chocolate syrup, coffee AND espresso one time. But as soon as I checked out of rehab for my new caffeine addiction, they gave me a new drink, a full punch card and gave that kid a lesson in making the coffees. Win win!

Well, this is just from a brief passing through Phoenix, but I must say lines were long and my iced coffee was really really sugary. When I finished kt, you could see about a half an inch of just sugar sitting down there!!! So I recommend telling them easy on the sugar. Overall nice job.

I would love to give this place a five star but this morning I ordered a latte but when I got my order through the drive thru, I got what looked like an iced coffee. I was looking forward to some whip cream on top of my latte. I did not return to the store because I needed to get going to work. Please next time make your Lattes as advertise on the pictures. You'll have much happier customers especially for those who return to you. Thanks

If there was a rating less than 1 star, that's what I would rate this Dunkin Donuts. First off, like the other reviews for this location...the customer service is beyond horrendous! I don't know what is wrong with the mgmt here, but they need to learn a thing or two about how to train the staff on how to treat the customers. There is no customer service at this location at all...sorry. You all suck! To the stupid lackluster teens who work here, I hope to GOD you go to college and get a degree to hopefully one day get you a better job where you really don't need to have customer service skills because I feel that you will never reach the peak of decent Customer Service at all! SPLENDA means NO SUGAR IDIOTS!!!

We walked in to a long line of people. Clearly a busy time, but also a time to have all hands on deck to make more donuts. Most racks were close to empty. As we decided if we were going to get what was left, the cashier coughed grossly into her hand a continued to serve people's without washing her hands!!! GAG ME!! We walked out never to return.

If you want your fancy flavored iced coffee, sure go here. But if you want a good version of their namesake- doughnuts, then go elsewhere. Specifically, go south to Fresh Donuts over by Jack in the Box and Fry's to get some of the best doughnuts ever. The customer service here is not too great. In the morning, you know, their most busy and would be focused time, they do a poor job. No, "thank you"'s, and a lack of attention when we placed our order and pulled up. So, if you want decent coffee, dry, chemically enhanced (and chemically tasting) doughnuts and somewhat poor customer service, this place is right up your alley. But if you like quality and local business, head over to Fresh Donuts. Like I said, it's great.

Worst DD I've ever been to. Today I tried to use a gift card. I was told that their machine didn't work and wouldn't accept it. I asked if I could have a coffee. They said only if I had cash which I did not have. So no coffee. Will never go there again. I'm only giving this one star because zero stars is not an option.

Rude employees, horrible coffee and the inside of the store is not that clean. Bathrooms are like a gas station bathroom. Gross. They never have a good variety of donuts.

One of the worse dunkin donuts around. They never get an order right...I mean really how hard is it to make a bagel with butter! When you get the food on the second try it tastes ok. But the service is horrible....either the local high school kids working the counter while hanging out with their friends or you get miserable servers who can't say hello or thank you. If you want a really good donut fix go to fresh donuts about a half mile down the road on the other side of the street by the frys.

One of our first stops for gas on our drive down to Loosanna to pick up my lil girl last month. Dad goes across the parking lot for his Mickey D coffee fix here in AZ and I see the Dunkin Donuts across the way. So as a consumer of pop culture, ESPN watcher and avid listener of comics who've grown up back east proclaiming the virtues of this chain's coffee as being the best thing evaah (just like the NY pizza thing), I figured I'd give it a try. Verdict- not impressed. 7-11 coffee is just as damn good. Pure n Simple Altho the variety of donuts behind the case looked tempting and I guess they're gonna branch out to bagels when they come to CA. Either way...not making a special trip once they get to CA

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! If it werent for the fact that they are conveniently located for the begging of my morning commute, I would NEVER go there. You get the feeling that the entire staff is terribly incovenienced by your choice to give them your business. I've had better service from the IRS!

We came here on a Saturday morning and I suppose they're probably busier on the weekend mornings. The woman who took our order through the drive thru was very friendly but they were out of a few types of donuts. The woman at the window wasn't friendly at all. We ended up getting a half a dozen donuts and one iced coffee. The donuts were all really good and very fresh, surprisingly! The coffee was terrible though.

My mom lives in Buckeye, so I'm here pretty often. When I visit, I literally go everdayday to this place. The wifi never works here, but the coffee and donuts are the best and way cheaper than Starbucks! They do keep it pretty clean as well as the bathrooms. Customer service is average besides sometimes waiting more than five minutes at the register because staff is hiding in the back or tending to the drive-thru customers.
