    Ehhh. I like chipotle and a lot of the establishments are typically quick, efficient and clean. The place here seemed like they were still working out the flow and made mistakes with work different customers in front of us, but rectified it nicely. The woman's bathroom was... Unclean. Hardly any toilet paper left in either stalls, and one of the dispensers wasnt even up right. Food still good tho.

    I have to agree with another post for this location. This one is not as good as some others I frequent in surprise az. Their rice is sticky almost every time I come here. Nothing here tastes like other chipoltes. The prep line sucks. They just glob your stuff on one pile so that you get one bite of pure sour cream or beans, etc. Also my biggest peeve is that the food is never hot enough. It's not horrid by ant means but it could be better.

    When this place first opened up it was awesome. Generous servings is what I've come to expect at any Chipotle b'c, well, I've visited many from the east coast to the west and several in between. This place is stingy man. It wasn't before but now it is. The people that work behind the counter are rude. One day we went there and I seriously had to ask for "extra" of everything or else my bowl would've looked ... empty. The lady who took my order was not very nice about it at all, like she was doing me a favor gracing us with her presence. The cheese quesadilla I used to get my daughter was filled with delicious mozzarella cheese. Lately, unless I ask for extra cheese, the quesadilla comes out hard, crunchy and barely any cheese on it. I think in general we just get crappy service in Buckeye but b'c I once knew this location as an awesome place to eat, it's extra disappointing that the service has fallen through the cracks. The food is no longer consistently good. And paying for increased prices but less food is just plain disappointing. I won't not come here b'c it's still a "healthier" alternative than other fast foods but I'm not happy coming here either.

    This location has let me down. So sad. Their portions are half of what they used to be they don't even give you a full scoops anymore. The last times I've been there were right when they were supposed to be open. They unfortunately never open on time it's always 6-10 min after they should have already been open. And they're still running around trying to get things done. I'm not sure if they're under staffed or not but some people are on a schedule. This very last time I was there they didn't only open late, but a lot of the food items that should have been available were not. They under served and from the rush they were in had barely mopped the floors before opening. As a result the lady in front of us fell flat on her back. Of course employees ran to help her and make sure she was ok, but if they would of gotten these things done way before opening this might of not happened.

    This is one of the worst Chipotles I've ever been to. Unfortunately my family and I do eat here often, but it's only because we like Chipotle food, we do not like this one in particular. The staff is less friendly than any other location, the often run out of items, they either have too few people working or too many doing nothing productive. I've witnessed the staff bickering with each other, so awkward. The portions at this store are ridiculous. They are less than other locations and if you ask them to add, they look at you with like you have completely annoyed them. Probably because they don't want to be bothered to have to make more, Although I like their food, we have started eating elsewhere because I won't pay for mediocre service.

    As a proud former Chipotle employee I was disappointed . I went on June 5th a little before 3 the employee in the back cleaning the lettuce wiped his nose swept the floor and continued to touch food without gloves. Gross....The rest of the crew was great!

    Why can't there be a decent Chipotle around my area? Went for lunch with my wife yesterday and the dumb girl and guy making our lunch scooped up the beans and didn't drain them so I got a spoon full of liquid that went running out and they had to switch tin foil twice. He then scooped the mild salsa and got a spoon full of liquid and I had to ask him to please drain that out of my burrito as it was running all over the place. He couldn't get the burrito closed because the soggy shell tore and I though he was going to do a new one but nope, just closed the foil up around it. I got it to the table and the burrito was a soggy mess and my basket was full of liquid. My wife's salad had a half inch of liquid in the bottom of her bowl and she threw 3/4 of it away because it was soup. I love Chipotle but hate the two locations that are close to me.

    I give this particular location a 2 star, because of the service. The people aren't friendly and it seems to be poor management. Also the food didn't seem to be as well seasoned as other chipotle. Usually I like chipotle, and so does y boyfriend but if the people aren't friendlier next time we go we will leave, before we purchase. The service almost felt like we were checking out at a run down gas station. However we loved the outdoor seating, we brought out small dog out there to dine with us and it was nice.

    I expect better from chipotle. There was six people in my party and we were all excited to eat here as we where coming from rocky point and decided not to eat in anywhere in between. We got in line asked for green salsa and guess what???? NO GREEN SALSA!!! Seriously??? Steak??? 4 min wait which I can understand as it happens but then I they forgot my nephews quesadilla. We then go to the drink station and the water dispenser is loose, NO NAPKINS and then no kids for my drinks, I then go sit down and I have to clean my own table . Come on chipotle. Here is my assessment of this store. Restaurant definitely seems understaffed and the only staff that is available is more worried about the back end. Get your act together. I'll be back again on Sunday and give this location a second chance.

    I've been to many Chipotle's and this one definitely met my expectations! Every employee had superb customer service. It was clean inside and my food was delicious. I can't complain. I recommend this place.

    The quality is great but the portions are ridiculous. Other locations give waaaaay more meat. The only reason we still go is because it is the closest location to us. We keep trying , and it keep being like this. We got just chicken and rice and this is all we got. The price keeps going up and the portions keep going down.

    Unfortunately we are limited in Buckeye on fresh, healthy, fast food options. I have been seriously disappointed by this place so many times, I always say never again but go back hoping it gets better. Small portions of meat, help that could totally care less, watery salads, disgusting soggy quesadillas. The staff is too busy chatting to one another to do their job. Total waste of money.

    Ok here is a shocker... I went to chipotle for the first time when I was recently in Arizona... talk about unexpected. But it was free and ummm yeah it was this or some other disgusting fast burger/taco joint... Why are there no good taquerias in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area? WTH! I would riot over that if I lived out there. Thankfully I do not... So yeah back to chip-oat-lay. This place is the subway of burrito places. I doubt the tacos are worth it since they are small and the same price with much less food as the burritos I think... Pro Tip: Ask for stuff on the side, you often get a lil bit more if you do! But back to the burrito... I got a barbacoa meat burrito. Not sure what kinda meat barbacoa is, but it was aight i suppose. It coulda been cat meat for all I know. This joint is absolutely overboard with regards to carbs and thick hunnies wanting to eat here. I think I was the skinniest person there and I dont think I am skinny. The build it up burrito/taco concept is solid and better than some other joints that I have been to. I consider the food fair, but nothing special. Just lots of carbs n meat in a burrito bun =P So yeah, not sure of a reason to go back unless everyone I am with must go here, but otherwise, its all good!

    I'm very disappointed in this location. I have been raving to my friend about how much I like Chipotle and she had never tried it before. We went in around 5pm today. There was a bit of a line but it's expected, only two line workers and one cook. Once we got to the front you could see the mess of rice all over the counters where the cook was. They were running low on everything and nothing was getting cooked fast enough. Of course with most Chipotle they give you less meat and everything else. When we got to the house we later find out that the chicken was burnt! We couldn't even enjoy it because of the burnt taste. This location embarrassed me and Chipotle itself. I really want my money back it was not up to par with quality. All could've been forgivin if my food wasn't burnt.

    Every time we go we are more disappointed than the time before, I believe last night was it for us. They put about a teaspoon of chicken on my sons tacos and although my husband asked for light sour cream the girl behind the counter proceeded to glob on about a cup on his burrito. When my husband nicely said that he asked for light she looked up and said "sorry" and proceeded to wrap his burrito. Couldn't even crack a smile the whole time she helped us, and glared at my husband while we were paying. Every time we go they put less and less meat in what ever we order, for one reason or another we are disappointed and vow to never go again. Pretty sure last night we meant it.

    Mmmmm Chipotle. The location is clean and organized. The employees are friendly. The food is yummy. The only way they can improve is if the employees had a little more experience. The woman who assisted me and my husband was extremely distracted. She would ask us if we wanted something and then direct her attention elsewhere during our answer, then ask us the same thing again. I'm not sure what the deal was but it was annoying. Besides that our visit was great and the employees were nice.

    I've been to many chipotles before and I recognize that serving sizes vary, but this was ridiculous! I had brown rice, they were out of fajita veggies, beans, cheese, corn salsa, medium salsa, and guac. The problem you might ask? Each item was scooped up with the ladle and then the ladle was shook until the item was level with the ladle. These are not deep ladles!! So, I spent almost $9 for a drink and a bowl that was LESS than 25% full. There was a lady standing next to the register that seemed to be doing QC and, I can only guess, this must be corporate's idea of a serving. I'm done with chipotle-too many other choices!!

    So overall I am a big fan of Chipotle. I usually go here for a quick bite or after the bars (if open) but this Chipotle didn't quite hit the mark for me. I am very simple in what I order- cheese quesadilla with a side of sour cream and guacamole. Not hard to make. So at this location, there was almost no one there so when we got to the counter, the person that was standing there walked away, turned her back and started talking to someone by the back grill about when she was going to get to take her break. So a different guy had to come up and help us. He was very nice and pleasant. We ordered and my quesadilla went on the warmer to melt the cheese. We moved down to the cashier and right in front of her, I asked for my sides. I had to ask 3 times because the guy that helped us went somewhere else and the other girl was still talking about her break. I also had to remind her about my quesadilla right next to her. She went to get my sides and the cashier looked at me after we paid and made a snide comment about how I should have told her so she could have charged us for those sides when in fact I was standing right in front of her when I asked. And the worst part of the whole experience was the quesadilla. The cheese was only partially melted. And if you have ever had heated but not melted cheese, you know it gets greasy so it look 4 napkins to soak up that grease. On the plus side, my boyfriend got a chicken bowl and really liked it. Maybe they were having a bad day at this location, I'm not sure. I personally don't think this location is indicative of what a Chipotle normally is like.

    Really great staff here. I needed a large order done prior to there opening. They did me a solid and opened a little earlier than they normally do so they could get my order done in time for me. The food was great and my clients couldn't have been happier. Thanks guys and gals working on Oct 22 morning you all rock. I owe you.

    Chipotle is good. We visit this restaurant every so often, and two times in the past week. We haven't had any problems. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, which makes Chipotle stand out. The employees here have listened and aren't stingy with the amounts, but also do a good job when you say to add a little of something. I'd certainly rather eat here than the other icky fast food places nearby!

    Great food and the staff was extremely friendly and bounced back at me with fun comments as I joked with them. We got there around 1300 so the lunch rush was over, but the dining room was very clean. The garbage could have been changed, but aside from that my wife and I had a nice lunch.
