We visited the day after they opened, so everything was shiny and the server quite enthusiastic, but it was an experience that definitely makes me want to return. See, I'm a food blogger. One of my favorite flavors is Biscoff spread mixed into cookies and bars. Menchies offered COOKIE BUTTER YOGURT. I swear, the clouds opened up. Angels sang. It tasted like a cool version of Biscoff or Speculoos straight out of the jar. That said, flavors rotate and they had lots of others on tap as well. I was very happy with the selection and the textures were perfect (which is often a problem with new yogurt shops in particular). Therefore, I'm pretty sure I could find plenty of good stuff in the future even when Cookie Butter is rotated out. I signed up for their rewards program, too, and hope to get some use out of that. This was my first time visiting the Menchies chain and I hope all their locations are this nice.

Great frozen yogurt. Was a little put off by all the merchandise for sale. Hard to go in with small kids who "want everything"

So glad a Menchies moved over to the Gateway shopping area. I was putting up with Yogurtland & wishing I had a Menchies but alas I do now. WOO HOO! I love the enormous amount of toppings, stickers & the kids working the location are the sweetest. I'm so psyched & can't wait to eat my way through the flavors this summer. Should be fun, fun.

This is an excellent place to bring a family. Super kid friendly and just really friendly in general. The staff just seem so happy to be there and to make sure you have a nice experience. It is pricy, about on par with Cold Stone or other places like that. But SO MUCH better than Cold Stone. You get to pick your own toppings and get as much or as little as you want, you're not limited to one or two add-ins. Their rewards program is good, too. You're already up to about half a dish for signing up. With 6 kids, we won't be going every week, we'd break the bank, but for a dairy treat that's of a higher caliber than fast-food ice cream, this is now our #1 pick!

I was interested to see a new frozen yogurt shop opening in the area and was eager to compare it to Yogurtland, Yogurtini, and Razzleberriez. It was Saturday night and there was quite a crowd. We had to get in line for our yogurt. I didn't see a lot of flavors that I was interested in trying, but I did sample the Carrot Orange Boost Sorbet which was delicious! Tasted like a Creamsicle. So I put some of that into my cup. Then I added some Peanut Butter flavor and sampled the Green Apple Tart. Yucky! I do not like tart frozen yogurt. It tastes too much like regular yogurt and not ice cream. So I finished up with the classics: Snowy Vanilla and Pure Chocolate. Then for toppings! They had a lot of different candies, but I skipped those and got some kiwi, a cherry, cheesecake bites, brownie bites, and... a chocolate covered strawberry? WHAT?! Awesome! I think their topping selection beats Yogurtini. We weighed and paid, then sat outside to eat our yogurt. The yogurt was yummy! Thick and creamy consistency, comparable to Razzleberriez. The kiwi was actually ripe, as was the strawberry! Not sour at all. I was impressed. Yogurtland may be the cheapest, but Menchie's wins on quality! I'm interested to try future flavors. The only thing Menchie's was really lacking... no complimentary water!

A lot like Yogurtland, with a few positive differences-- * It's very kid friendly. There is a chalk board, free stickers and balloons. * The sample cups are in the open and you can take as many as you would like. * Staff greeted us and were very attentive.

They greeted us right away. Asked if we were new or returning. The first girl explained it all to us, our cashier was fun. Liked how they said to have a "smiley" day which makes you smile. Love that they have a rewards program. Only wish when it came time for yogurt choices they had more in the fruit flavor. But was great!

Just passed by and saw this place. Store is very clean and brightly lit. They have the usual assortment of topping to put on along with some others like Nutella and Reese peanut butter sauce. Price is on par with everyone else. The flavors seem to be better paired for the mixing of the two flavors. Ie. cheesecake and salted Carmel. The froyo has good flavor. The kids will love this place.

Love this place! Manager was in this time, super nice guy! I had the dog with us today so I sent my teenager in to get hers first, told her to let them know we were switching and I'd be in to pay, they told her it was no problem at all, weighed hers and sent her out with it! I thought that small gesture was so kind and she didn't have to wait for me to come back out to enjoy hers on this hot day. The Manager and cashier greeted me as I came in and said "you're turn" and smiled. A nice greeting goes a long way with me. He handed me a flyer as I was leaving for the things they have going on for the family and thought that was awesome too! I love they have special things for all ages of the family, It's on the fridge! We LOVE Avondale Menchies!!!

Yay for FroYo Menchie's is another option for froyo in a crowded market. What set them apart in our visit was the strongest mix of flavors. Toppings are the standard assortment, but you have everything from Nutella to Toasted Marshmallow, to Resse's PB Cup. Setting is open and bright. Staff are nice and seem to keep things clean. Prices are on par with other froyo places. And they have a rewards program. :o)

I have to say this is one of my fav yogurt places ever. I travel a lot so I have been to maybe 15 different stores from Independent to red mango, orange leaf etc. This place has great mixes, good selection of toppings and it is clean. The staff is always friendly to me every time I go in. I am only in town for a few months. I will miss them when I leave. The best thing the walking yogurt swirl. So cute
