I went there this afternoon to get gift certificates, but when walking in and smelling the waffles I added a like it to the list. The employee was so so NICE. He was helping two other customers, and shouted HELLO when I walked in. I greeted him back. The two customers was waiting for him to finish their order. Customer #1 was easy, Customer #2 she was can I have this and that. She was pretty difficult, but the employee was nice to her still. When it was my turn, he was so friendly and chatting. He was fast in getting the order done. Love it... Fast, Done, and Right!

Greated with a smile. Fantastic selection of icecream was gonna get a cone but all sold out.either bad planning or had alot of business. The artistry of the creamerist is fun to watch how they fold all the goodies into the iceream you pick. I feel their has to be another way to do thus cant imagine fol ding scooping dunking in water over and over their wrist must take a beating .. So i suggest a great tip when you get your custon concoction. Will surely be back great job!!!

Customer service needs improvement. Chairs and tables were stacked in the corner at 8 pm when they close at 10. Didn't bother to set them up for customers. There was a line eventho 3 employees were standing behind the counter talking. Once I finally ordered the employee kept rolling her eyes at my son who is 3 because he was having a hard time making a decision. I finally Ordered. Took about 5 minutes to get my ice cream. Which was good because I had to go set up my table and chairs for me and my kid to enjoy our ice cream. Plenty other people complaining. Also they closed the door closest to the theater at 9 so people would stop coming in. Store wasn't closed yet but people would try to open the door and then leave. My son had to use the restroom and it was out of order. Asked where I could go and was told there's plenty places outside. Threw everything away and left. Not good!

Some of the worst service I've experienced in a long time. I guess it wasn't the workers fault but rather the establishment. The air condition wasn't working. They didn't have trays for me to hold multiple ice creams cups. All of my ice cream melted before I made it to the car. Never again.

I wanted some ice cream yesterday and didn't feel like driving 15 miles to Scooptacular, so I figured Coldstone would do the trick. I strongly dislike parking here because it's right next to the Harkins movie theater so the parking lot is always full. And there's pretty much always a line, although they were properly staffed for once so the line moved swiftly. I noticed some of the waffle bowls were burnt, but I wasn't getting one so it didn't really bother me. I got a Like It with strawberry ice cream, cheesecake bites, and strawberries. It was fine, but nothing special. I had some of my boyfriend's pumpkin ice cream with whipped cream on top. Now THAT was good! I want some more of that. Maybe with some graham cracker crumbs mixed in... Mmmm Mmm!

Worst service ever. I've never had any issue with getting a hot fudge with a love it... even when i go to corporate in scottsdale they do it with no problem. Tables were dirty, one of the staff didn't know how to make several things. They don't follow a lot of things other cold stones follow like no military discount. Side conversations about customers when they dispute a problem. Stock items on counters where food is.

On a Friday night with a line out the door, why on earth would a girl be making waffle cone cups when there's a huge stack next to her?! Wait on the line!! WTH! Slow, slow, slow....

Next to Harkins Theaters. Came here on a Friday night about 9:30pm very busy slow moving line, there were two young workers who seemed to keep their cool and still tentative to the orders and friendly. ***Ordered the large hot stone strawberry blondie w/ whipped cream on top in a waffle cup, price was about $7 & change and very yummy.

Ice cream is good but service is terrible!! Well, not terrible but REALLY SLOW. We must have gotten there during a movie rush or something but there were about 10 people ahead of us. Wait time is expected but I'm pretty sure we wait for like 30 minutes. They had 3 employees there who could've been helping with customers. Instead, one employee was making waffle cups ... and there were at least 50 waffle cups sitting around waiting to get gobbled up. Maybe she was a newbie but nonetheless, pretty annoying. The tables were super sticky, too. More so than most ice cream places I've ben to. Really big disappointment. Only come here when there are not many customers around 'cuz you'll be waiting a while.

Seriously the worst staff ever! Line out the door...people leaving left and right. I have a peanut allergy that requires that they take some Xtra care making my ice cream. I told the employee and he said ok then proceeded to not follow any of the correct handling requirements. I stopped him and he said he better ask his manager (Hmmm good idea) she barely gave him any instructions and he tried again. What a disaster this place is. The employees obviously hate their jobs and they have awful management. There was an issue at the cash register. Finally after an eternity another manager came out of the back and began to reprimand the employees in front of all the customer's. No wonder the employees hate their jobs. My group had 4 people and by the time the last person got to the register no one was there to ring us up. They were all leaning against the back counter trying to figure out who was going to help who.

The customer service is not the best I ever had. Banana ice cream is my favorite, and they got rid of it. And their shakes are more like flavored milk. So if you're thinking about getting a shake I wouldn't recommend it.

When you don't always feel like eating yogurt and crave the rich flavor of real ice cream, Cold Stone hits the spot. Even the smallest bowl is enough to satiate my sweet tooth, because all of their ice creams are really rich. I've gotten to know most of the employees and they're good people. If you're waiting in line too long, ask for the owner's phone number. It's not the employee's fault the owner wants to cut back on people working.

This place is ridiculous!! $12.47 for a chocolate kiddie cone and a chocolate waffle cone and each had small scoops of some kind of apple pie ice cream. Keep in mind they won't tell you that you have to pay extra for the apples. Long story short.. Cold Stone blows!!

Once upon a time there was cute, sweet, young woman with glasses that greeted you as soon as you touched the door handle behind the counter. She was great. Then there was the nice, shorter, brown haired guy that did the same & even retained your face in his memory bank & would greet you with a welcome back & a smile. GONE are those days behind the counter to my sadness. The date of the horrible visit is Monday 5-9-11 around 8:30 p.m. Now there are 2 ucky boys. No greeting when you open the door. No nothing. We stood behind a small fam of 3 getting 3 like it's and one woman ordering 2 items a shake & like it to go and waited for 15 minutes NO JOKE & never once the entire time were we greeted by the tall skinny boy while he served his customers & even flirted with the woman in fatigues in front of us until it was our turn. SERIOUSLY not one hello, awknowledgement nada damn thing. Better... oh yeah there was another boy "working" (we'll call it), wandering to the bathroom during this time. Then he returns from said bathroom visit to make what looked like a cake maybe? He never greeted us or awknowledged us either. Totally serious here! Then with his gloved hands he goes back to the office which you can see in because the lights were off in it so the light from the back shown through grabbed his refreshing H2O with his gloved hands. No big I'm sure he's going to be returning with a new pair of gloves right? Wrong! Then just for fun he's wiping his mouth when he walks through the door behind the counter (still not awknowledging us at all. Nobody of the two schmos have yet all the while watching the flirty flirt going on in front of us with the fatigued woman) where he yes with those same gloves grabbed his trusty ice cream paddle & contiues to add sweet cream ice cream to whatever germ filled cake or treat his still making. I start watching with intent like someone waiting for some kind of village idiot get pumeled with fruit hoping the thought will come to him. I just totally need to start over on this cake. But NO sadly never happens. This place has officially no customer service, not enforcing any health codes and and hasn't had sinless sweet cream for 3-4 months. I'm bummed only because where it's located next to the movie theatre this place will not only survive despite it's cardinal avoidance of health codes & cs but thrive. More sad it's the closest Cold Stone Creamery to my house. Sad faces all aournd

I went here on a Saturday afternoon to get a waffle cone and some ice cream. Order some vanilla with some chocolate chips mixed in with a waffle cone. The guy starts putting it in a waffle bowl...I'm like hey...I wanted a waffle cone. He says ..well we dont have any. What? Why? Can you make some? I will wait. No he says ...the bowl is the same price. Fine !! The bowl was stale and I was pissed....shame on you Cold Stone !!!
