Tried this place randomly with a friend. This is Stuttgart, and this restaurant was about what I expected. It used to be a bank, and it looks like they spent about twelve dollars redecorating it. Plastic fold out tables, exposed plywood and 2x4's to construct the counter, some child's crayon artwork stating "I love 4th and fish" adorns a column. The waitress was polite, but I wouldn't say overly hospitable or friendly. The other guy behind the counter just kind of randomly hung around. The menu is pretty limited, but we were waited on promptly and the food arrived in decent time. We both got catfish, it wasn't really remarkable. I don't know why they don't make their own tarter sauce, it would be easy and maybe something to add a little uniqueness to the restaurant, but instead you get one packet per piece of fish. The coleslaw was surprising good, and I don't care for coleslaw. We left full, but unimpressed. If you're in Stuttgart and want run-of-the-mill catfish or a burger and an unremarkable experience, go here. Otherwise, you're not missing anything. Three stars because it's Stuttgart, the coleslaw, and the service wasn't bad.
