Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

First of all, their food is ABSOLUTELY the best compared to Chipotle and Moe's in both flavor and overall quality. I love the chicken burrito and love that I can get a flavored sour cream even more. Their queso is to die for, I especially enjoy the white queso with its slightly spicier taste. Here is what I do NOT love. They recently upped their prices, however, their signage on their drive-thru board does not reflect those prices, making the prices misleading. When I questioned it and stated that I refused to pay the increased priced, they had to get a manager, who then tried to argue with me over why they were trying to charge me more. He then guilted me and said "well, we changed that, but I will go ahead and honor the old price today," as if he were doing me a favor. He didn't ask for the rewards number that I use, didn't accept the school card I have that gets me 10% off. And, when I did the math, he STILL overcharged me, giving me some sort of discount, rather than the old price. 3 stars for the food. 0 stars for the "manager's" attitude and lousy customer service. I'll just stick to the location in Bentonville where the customer service I KNOW is going to be awesome!

I enjoyed my meal here. I got the skinny bowl with chicken and rice. I liked they had a skinny option and the food tasted good. The price was good for the amount of food I received. I was there at the end of the night and I felt that it could have been a little fresher but probably was my timing. Also I took my order to go and wasn't offered a bag. It was awkward carrying my drink and box and napkins and fork out without a bag. But I would recommend to friends.

This place is disgusting! I don't know how they popped up on google when I asked for best nachos in NWA. They splash runny queso over the chips then put shredded cheese on top without melting it! So gross. The place was dirty, and the employees looked like they were sweating into my food. I will definitely never go back. Yuck!

It's a very sad day for my family.... The employees at Flying Burrito got our order completely wrong for the third consecutive time, and we can't handle the disappointment anymore. Maybe we'll try it again in a couple of years when the staff has turned over. In the meantime, we'll have to get our giant burritos elsewhere.

Terrible. Drove 20 minutes from Siloam Springs to have lunch here, as it is one of the only burrito places in the area and I hoped it would be a quick, fresh lunch. 12:15 p.m. and no one was making food at the counter during the lunch rush. Finally someone came over to take my order (reluctantly). Other person ringing at cash register who I'm assuming was the manager judging by the interaction with the other employee had a very surly attitude. Call it service with a frown at this place. Employees looked dirty and disheveled. The hot food being held in the steam table appeared dry, as if it had been sitting there for way too long. Food looked unappealing and tasted very bland. The ingredients in my burrito were not hot enough to melt the cheese. I had it made the same way I order at chipotle, but when I go to Chipotle, my food is actually hot and I don't get the unmelted cheese issue. Hot sauce jars almost all empty, and also dirty. Will not be back.

Came in around seven in the afternoon with two teenagers and my wife. The place was almost empty, but there were several tables that had not been cleaned, and the trash was full. At least six people behind the counter who were very friendly and helpful and funny. Everyone got more than enough to eat, but the flavor was not the same as I had remembered in the past. The silverware dispenser was dirty, as well as the tea dispensers. They may have just had a rush and not had time to clean the place us yet.

If you're a hungry guy (like me) and want to be filled with just one thing, no sides needed, then this is the place to be. I've been a fan of Chipotle for years, but it wasn't till recently that Faytown even got themselves a Chipotle. Even so, it wasn't till just a couple days ago that I ventured into my first Flying Burrito Co. And man, I wasn't disappointed. First off, they have a variety of choices for your burrito tortilla (not just white). This is a nice change from Chipotle, whose choices come into play later down the burrito line. They also had a really nice buffalo chicken to add onto your burrito, which is what I got, and it was awesome! I will most certainly be back.

First time I have been here. I had the Mother Of All Burritos. I could only eat half of it. I liked that everything could be customized to your taste. My family all walked out with leftovers. Food was good. The servers are hard to hear through the glass wall.

Good stuff. Like Qdoba, Moe's and Chipotle, the Flying Burrito is an assembly line of burrito (or nacho or taco) making. Pick your tortilla flavor (jalapeno cheddar for me), meat and toppings and they wrap it up right in front of you. The chicken nachos also looked excellent. Be warned: there is a serious amount of food going on here. Plenty of tables. The booths have their own flat screen TV's, and if you can find the buttons, tune in anything you like. Only one point off for the noise. If you have any trouble focusing or hearing, ordering your toppings can be a bit of a challenge, especially if the counter person doesn't speak up. D'oh! Bonus: Free wi-fi worked great!

Similar to qdoba or chipotle, it's a great little burrito place off of 412 in Springdale. Good price for a good sized burrito. My wife and I split one and ate even cheaper!

Like Chipotle, only not as trendy. Good food & atmosphere. Build yourself a giant burrito & see if you can eat it all!

Great, made on the spot burritos, tacos, salads etc - kids love it and eat free most nights. One thing, you do need to make quick decisions, on the spot, about what you want on your food...no big deal really, but some can find it stressful. They do have fat tire on draft which is always good.
