This is a great local Mexican food restaurant. Prices are what they should be, $6-$10 per plate. $5 or so margaritas, which are always good. The service is always very good. I usually get their choose 4 combo, which allows you to get a good sample of everything they have for around $11. Also, and very important. Good cheese dip!

Just ate there yesterday, the food was well prepared and fresh and very tasty.
Terrible! I'm not usually one to get stuck on presentation, but when ordering something that is in a tortilla (like a quesadilla) and it has more than one ingredient, I expect for them to be distributed through the whole thing and not a lump on the end of one thing followed by a lump of another. Not to mention, seriously not fresh food. In the height of summer, tomatoes should NOT be almost white and completely flavorless. Will not be back.

We've eaten there many times, but the last time was one of our worst dining experiences ever! They decided to put a karaoke bar in the restaurant, so between off-key drunken performances of Coal Miners Daughter, and Cat Scratch Fever, we dined on exceedingly mediocre food. The experience was only enhanced when we had to wait 15 minutes for our ticket while our waitress flirted with a customer. I finally had to walk across the restaurant to get my ticket and was greeted with a glare from the waitress that I should interrupt her. My tip is based on service-- 0. We will never darken this joint's door again.

We are so sad this restaurant has gotten mediocre and at times not edible. When we moved here, it was delicious, a great price and friendly people. In four months we have seen it decline in quality and freshness of food. What happened??? The margaritas are variable and weak.....especially at the happy hour price. Beer is great though. Chips can either be crispy and hot or cold and hard. The rice started out so fluffy and fresh, then began to taste and look old. That is what we noticed the most...the foods tasted old. I even found a large piece of something un recognizable in my burrito.....ugh. Bottom line...we have gone from eating here some weeks 3-4 times to not at all. I wish I knew how to get them to change this downward cycle......for reference, we gave it 6 attempts before giving up.

Out of 10 Skirt steak with sliced avocado, veggies, pico and sour creamed lettuce - 9 - a tad big overcooked for medium rare but very tasty. Pico was very well balanced with alot of Jalapeno but not overpowering with the creamed lettuce to calm the burn. Chips were hot and the steamed flour tortillas served on the side were the perfect consistency. Avocado was the freshest I've had in awhile. Margherita - 3 - Top shelf Tequila with a bland mix made it taste just that, bland and over sweet. Service - 10 - Always available but not pushy, quick service and removal of finished plates. I would recommend this to anyone for good Mexican family made non chain food. Noticed some young couples on dates and they were also enjoying their evening repast.

I haven't had many meals from their menu, but I'm a huge fan of the queso dip! I've had the shrimp chimichanga, and I was really shocked because it was so small considering what I expected. Chimichanga's in taco restaurants back in southern Cali are ginormous, so I was a bit disappointed but nevertheless, I enjoyed it. I've always had great service when I come here. The servers I've experienced are very nice and hospitable. As for the price, it's a little more expensive than what I expected, but like I mentioned earlier I am crazy about their queso dip, so that's what keeps me coming! I love mexican food in general so anything with refried beans, sour cream, lettuce, and good meat will be ok with me.

Casa Mexicana is my spot! Any place that serves margaritas in glasses as large as theirs is A-okay in my book :) Is it gourmet? No. Do I reccomend it for a fancy night out? No. But if youre looking for a good time with your girlfriends or your man to hang out have a few margaritas and some good food- YES. The servers are great and always remember us, our favorite- Naid & Omar! The margaritas are delicious & gracious! The cheese dip is good & I love the salsa. Try the fajitas! All around good time if youre looking for a low-key place to hang out, I know they have live music and karaoke on some nights too! & a nice little bar area as well.

Yippee for random business day trips to Arkansas! OK really not very exciting. But I was excited to find Casa Mexicana! I thought I was going to end up eating lunch at a rurrrl Sonic or McDonalds, but when I saw this place tucked in it's little strip center, I gave it a shot. It was quite good...not goumet, mind you, but the salsa and guac were fresh and my chimichanga was very tasty and came with a salad on the side, which I thought was cool. I might go back again next time I am out there for work!

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Good food and great service! They will make you feel right at home here. My family has been coming here for the better part of 10 years and I still find new dishes to try. Every meal is consistently enjoyable and I find myself having the same of three or four dishes. The margaritas are are wonderful, assuming you like them on the rocks. I can't say anything about their frozen drinks as that's just not how I like them. Your ice water glass doesn't stay empty either. The fajita for two will feed a small army! Their portions are very generous! You can even get sautéed jalapeños if your into the heat, which I am! I've even added chorizo to the beef fajita nachos, which was wonderful. You can tweak menu items to your heart's content. All around great little restaurant that's a family favorite.
