Went here today for the first time. Of course we were taken back by how loud the restaurant part is. Don't go if you have a headache or want to visit. It did seem to get a bit quieter before we left. As to food....we had the lunch specials. Great price and the burger with fries looked great, but our grilled chicken salads, a huge disappointment. Bagged lettuce as usual these days, but worse, the "grilled chicken"was straight out of a bag too. The kind you can buy and keep for weeks due to amount of preservatives and ice cold. When I order grilled chicken breast salad I kind of expect a real chicken breast that was cooked at restaurant, sliced and put atop the salad. Not premade chicken pieces. The greens were wilted as well. BUT on the flip side, I was so hungry I did eat some and it isn't awful...just not as described. My son didn't eat much of his. I would like to return but will NOT order salad .Service was kind ...I think they are still learning the menu. I hope management will read this and change the salads.....that chicken is really not ok for any restaurant to serve.

Just your average BWW... Service is okay, depending on your server... The food is usually pretty good, as are the drinks... Don't mind going here, but not my first choice either... (The Cantrell location seems to be the better of the two in my opinion)

I don't think anyone refutes the fact that BWW has some of the best sports fare around. Which is what keeps me coming back and of course to watch headline UFC fights. However if there can be any change it would be the customer service which seems like EVERY BWW lacks. Of the total 5 times I've been there so far only once did I have a good waitress. We'll see what happens after the next couple goes.

waited over thirty minutes for two of us to get lunch and the place had maybe 25 people at the time. Not impressed!!

Food was good but sign said fast break lunch. Shouldn't have taken an hour. Waitress friendly but very slow. Probably 10 minutes just to get our drinks.

Nice recovery. Had an issue with the server taking her sweet time bringing a 30 second turn around item, then she got the order wrong ,and had an attitude after I went to leave and made a snarky remark as she walked behind me. Continued with the attitude and is clearly . unprofessional, and rude. You don't have to say anything to any directly to know she's running her mouth and portraying negative energy. Why the five stars? The absolute professionalism of the new waitress(nikki)and manager.(ben) Polite friendly and personally handled my order. Food was delicious as always, but the manager turned the entire evening around. Thank you ben and Nikki

Asked for the happy hour specials and was told by the waitress that they don't do happy hour there...since when doesn't BWW do happy hour?

Wow, was really looking forward to having some good food, a few drinks and watching the Coca Cola 600 on the big screen. Food was mediocre at best, the drinks were ok, and not one tv on the race. One of the biggest races of the year. Not one TV. But, it's all good. There was almost a dozen TVs showing the exciting sport of Rowing. Because you know, we here in Arkansas are HUGE Rowing followers. Off to Twin Peaks we go....

Went there for the football game on Sunday. Plenty of tvs. The place was crowded but the waitress checked on us regularly. The food was great and inexpensive. Much better than Hooters who does not put sound on their tvs during games. I would recommend this place if you have to watch your team play.

If you want to go to a place that can be slow and you can still feel like an invisible ghost then this is your place. Both the hosting station and waitstaff are inattentive so be forewarned. Read Corrie's and RW reviews if you don't believe me. Update: Service somewhat better lately.

The switch to Pepsi was a star by itself. A lot of staff turnover means most of our regular servers aren't there after a few months. Service is fair, not always prompt. Food is always great, just want Coke products back.

I love BWW, and this one is a 1/2 mile from my house! Brand new, just opened today. Pretty much the same as any other BWW, food is good, great on tap beer selection, lots of TVs and sports. I'd give it 6 stars if I could just because it's so close to my house.

Standard B Dub's. Good beer choices, decent wings, soggy fries, teensy burgers, and NTN. It still irks me, but like all other B Dub's they charge extra for celery and blue cheese on the side. Total rookie move as far as wing joints go. If you're a spice fanatic, their Blazin' wings are decent, not painful, but at least some heat. Usually clears out around 9:00pm because the main crowd just shows up for dinner. Busy on game days as to be expected of any sports bar.

The wings are so-so. Then environment is noisy, and it's hard to hear people sitting next to you.

The only thing I've ever had there is their Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich and it is really, really, really good! Fries are average.

First the good: It is like what you see in all the commercials: Lots of sports on TV, bright, airy, great atmosphere. Now the bad: The primary purpose of going to a restaurant is to get food, and here is where this particular location failed. Our wings were stale (like they had been under a heating lamp for hours) and poorly sauced. I ordered a Cherry Limeade that was almost undrinkable. Wings are too easy to prepare for this to happen. Service was a bit spotty. I will give them another shot, and hopefully by the quality of the food and service will match the atmosphere.

Never been to BWW before so we chose a quiet Monday afternoon. Ashley our bartender was very pleasant and attentive and the food was quick and hot as you would expect. I had the wings which gave you any number of coating and heat choices, I went for somewhere in the middle and was surprised at how good they were. I get my wings at Hooters but BWW definitely gives them a run for their money. All in all worth a visit.

Our first visit and our last. We came in shortly after being seated in the booths, and were ignored for a good ten minutes until finally we asked for a manager about why we weren't being served. But enough is enough when we realized how rude the servers were. Before we left we told the manager our concerns and how more than several waiters disregarded us, and how we waved down a waiter only to be mouthed that he wasn't our server. However, we were told rudely by the waiting staff how we seated ourselves! The outrage! We were seated by the hostess and ignores by the servers, but here we were being told that we brought it upon ourselves to not get any service? So, if you want to leering waiters disregarding your existence as you sit awkwardly waiting for hopefully someone to ask you if you want a drink then you definitely should come here. They make you feel as if you owe them something, and as if they own the restaurant to do whatever they want! My long lost desire for those gaverno wings are gone.

So, sadly they have gone downhill and quickly. It took them over 5min to even notice us to seat us. There were only about 6 or 7 tables of people and twice that many servers and even two visible managers chatting and leaning against the soda machines, but even so after over 10min without anyone coming to even take a drink order, we left. Probably won't return to this one as there are other wing establishments within a few blocks that are just as good and you can actually get service.

I've eaten here twice since they recently opened. Both times with wife and 3 kids. Each time it took at least 5-10 minutes before anyone aknowledged we had sat down. Once our drinks were served it took 35 minutes for our food to arrive. We actually had to ask the hostess to refill our drinks and we also walked up to the drink station to refill them ourselves. The menu says the wings come with celery or carrots, your choice, but each time our waitress never asked and we never recieved celery or carrots and had to ask for them after the wings were already brought to table. No one here seemed to really care much about the customers except the few managers.
