rib crib. Tuesdays. All you can eat ribs. Great sauce, good people. Relaxed atmosphere. I just left the place and I'm am extremely satiated. Mac and cheese? Excellent. Salad? It's a salad. Ribs? Good by themselves but better with their signature sauce. Their sauce is what makes it. Recommended.

I wish that a restaurant like the Rib Crib existed in California. I ate at Rib Crib several times as I stayed at the Quality Inn next door. Very nice sides like fried okra, beans, macaroni & cheese. I had the pulled pork, chopped brisket, and the star of the show the ribs. I was fortunate enough to be there in the month of May, great weather and just in time for the all you can eat rib special. Two styles of ribs were served St Louis and my favorite baby back. They were served "wet" with your choice of several sauces I had Asian Fusion. The ribs were nice and hot (temp), falling off the bone tender, great bark, and a nice smoke ring, This was the first in my life that I wanted to be a different species (A Cow as they have several stomachs). I would have unhinged my jaw reptile style just to experience this pinnacle of porky pleasure. I think I ate around twenty something of the baby back ribs and sampled the sides. This plate had smoked sausage, slivers of onion, Texas toast and a slice of dill pickle as well. This was served by some really nice ladies, and at one point the man who was in the cooks area asked me if I wanted a box for the leftovers. If you are ever in the Searcy Arkansas area or if you have access to a plane, helicopter, car, motorcycle, or even a real fast moped, you gotta try these ribs.

Edible, but forgettable. The ribs were dry, and the viscera was still attached. Pulled pork was mushy and fatty. Potato salad was nasty. The cowboy beans were really good, though. I can get a better 24 dollar meal in a lot of other places. Bottom line: skip it.

We love the food. My husband got ribs that was so tender and taste was great. I would go back. I got the club sandwich with onion rings. The sandwich was Hugh and tasted great. The waitress good.

I got the ribs because, well it's a rib joint. The viscera on the back of the ribs was still on and they were not very tender. Also, didn't much care for any of the three sauces on the table.

Just had the Rib Crib. I had the chicken, because it was recommended by the waitress. The mac n cheese was out of a box. The chicken was prepped well, but it was a little dry. The service was good, and it seems to be well ran. Bathroom was clean and so was the floor and tables. Not bad, but nothing to write home about.

I've tried many times to give the Rib Crib a shot and I'm always disappointed! Ribs are the worse, always very greasy. I gave 2 stars because there are some good items on the menu. Sandwiches are one saving grace. I would only go here if everything is closed and I need a BBQ fix. Service is just ok!

The Rib Crib is probably the best food in Searcy. They are consistent, food value for the money, decent amount of food per serving. The service is always stellar. The ribs are tender and flavorful, the brisket is always moist and is as close to Texas brisket as I've had. The only negative is the sides are a bit smaller than I'm used to.

The restaurant choices in Searcy are limited, but Rib Crib is among the best. The service is always great, and the food is consistantly good. Rib Crib is a place that you should at least try once, especially if you live in town. I've never had a problem with the service or food here, and the ambiance is rather western. It is also fairly inexpensive, so it is a great little spot for a date or a family night.
