Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Time for an update especially since its been 4 years AND the fact that they have moved to a new location. The restaurant has a nice fine dining feel and is nicely decorated and set up. Our meal was really good. My husband still likes the lasagna and my nieces both love the place. I tried her fettucini alfredo which was rich in flavor. I picked a more healthy dish of grilled mahi mahi and veggies in a white wine sauce. It was really good. I steared clear of the bread for the most part but they bring a huge basket of braided bread which the girls devoured. I will definitely go back, probably more for dinner than doing lunch there again. We went on a Sunday so not sure if they have any lunch portion/specials during the weekdays. I'd hope so. It took a bit to get waited on to place a drink and food order but once we did, the service was really attentive. She knew we were on our way to catch a movie and accomodated our need to speed up.

We eat here frequently and the food is consistantly good. The service is always friendly and efficient and the owner comes by to check on everyone to see how they're doing. Excellent service, very good food. Recommended!

We went here for a celebration dinner after our son graduated from U of A. We are from Texas so we relied on recommendations from friends who live near Rogers. We had reservations, but since we weren't familiar with the area, and didn't know how long it would take to get there or exactly where the restaurant was, we unintentionally arrived 15 minutes early, which really annoyed the hostess - but I'm not sure why because our table was ready. She was sure to tell our waiter (very loudly) that we were early. After that everything was great - our waiter was excellent and the food was outstanding. We were a party of 8, and everyone was very pleased with their food. The ambiance was very nice and the prices were very reasonable. We certainly wish we had discovered this place before our son graduated!!

Our dinner was delicious and our waitress was excellent. If you go, you should ask for Addie. She is very attentive and her timing is superb. Our first time here so we tried a few things. My husbands meatballs were juicy, flavorful and the sauce with them was great. I had the linguini with mussels, calamari, shrimp, scallops, and clams. Crazy good and all of the seafood was cooked properly, not a single chewy bite!!! The only reason I didn't give the fifth star was the other waiter that was working the tables near us. I saw two of his tables walk out without ever ordering and a third sit without even a drink that say before us and we were on our salads by the time he showed up with a glass of wine and a beer. Had he been our waiter I'm quite sure we would not have had dinner. Luckily we did not and had a fantastic experience.

By far the best Italian food in Northwest Arkansas. Amazing, amazing, AMAZING! The food is fresh, the service is impeccable, and the prices are ridiculously low. I enjoy making my own pasta, sauces, and pizza at home in the traditional Italian style, so my standards are pretty high. Napoli's goes so far beyond my standards! I strongly recommend this place to anyone who likes good Italian food. Scratch that - I recommend Napoli's to anyone that likes food! Period.

Hands down best Italian in NWA and one of the best restaurants period. Upgraded wine list makes it even better. Staff is awesome and the manager Alex is great. You can change any plate you want with sauces and pasta just ask. The olive oil dip is unbelievable along with the fresh bread. This is not a chain but a family owned business that cares about customers. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

Your typical cheesy looking Italian-American restaurant. I'm sure Italians from Italy would be appalled. I'm sure Italian-Americans would be okay with it. Inside looks like some sort of cave. The free braided bread was probably the best thing. The olive oil/balsamic vinaigrette + extras dipping sauce was really unique and addicting. Good ratio of all the ingredients so it wasn't too tart or too oily. I got the Spaghetti Carbonara which isn't like the traditional kind. It's more like spaghetti with some red vodka sauce with cubed bits of ham. While it wasn't true to name, it was still acceptable. Heavy as expected. Good service, family friendly. A bit dark inside.

In town to catch a flight and my wife wanted Italian and came to Napolis when our first choice was closed. Let me say this is not your typical Napolis, great environment and good food and service. Most are like a fast food place but this is a real Italian restaurant. Our server Mercedes was great and the people at the door were very welcoming. Issue was the food was normal. Had pasta sampler, it was good but nothing special; overall sauce was slightly bitter and pasta over cooked. Manicotti was good but though the meat ravioli and lasagna were good, "where was the meat". My wife really liked her pasta and marinara with mushrooms, "above average". Nice meal and priced good, just not a home run...
(3)Devin H.
Love eating here! It's great for dinner but I usually come for lunch. The service is always good and the pasta is amazing. The Alfredo sauce is always fresh and creamy. The spinach artichoke appetizers is extremely delicious too! Eat here. You won't be disappointed.

Best Italian place in town! Beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere. There is nothing bad on the menu! This one is much better than the others.
(5)Mandy S.
Food was alright, nothing to write home about. Staff was great.

Wow, what a difference a year makes!! This place has gone downhill so badly that it really makes me sad! I used to tell all my friends to go here, eat the wonderful food and enjoy the super nice service. I wish I could still say that, but neither is true anymore. The last 3 times I have gone the service has been deplorable, and the food, which was amazing, was room temperature and just a HUGE let down. One of the worst servers they have, he is rude, demanding, slow and just in general horrible, is an OWNER!!! This fact alone makes me not want to go back, because if the owner can get away with being a jerk to patrons, how does he expect the rest of his staff to treat people?! I considered removing my earlier, glowing review, but no, I want people to see that this used to be a fantastic place but when an owner stops caring, nothing can save it! ***BTW*** I was with reviewer Stephanie M. on her trip to Napoli and I can attest to the ridiculousness of that experience.

I've heard nothing but good things about this place so I decided to check it out. I was sorely disappointed. The service was awful. I felt very rushed the entire time. If I needed more than one thing, my server cut me off and ran off. The salad was gross; Their "house" dressing tasted like cocktail sauce. Their penne with marinara was bland and watery. I tried ordering dessert with coffee. I was never asked if I wanted cream or sugar and when I finally got my server's attention, my coffee was cold and he acted like I was running him to death. Tried to ask for a manager, they never came so I just paid my bill and left. I might give this place another try but not anytime soon.

Best Neapolitan style pizza pie in the area we've found so far. And living with a true nyc pizza snob from Manhattan that says a lot. Everything else is great too. Love their manicotti and lasagna. Definitely a go too in town for great authentic Italian food.

Not only the food was great, but they were very kind and helpful sending me ASAP the credit card I had forgotten... Thank you!

Well, I hadn't eaten at this restaurant prior to its move to the strip center. So for the first time out: Nice place, comfortably casual, cool with low lighting, and we were promptly greeted, seated, and menus and drink orders taken. The bar offers 4 beers on tap, a few more in bottles including some decent imports, and about 15 different wines by the glass - all at decent prices. The menu is certainly extensive, with all the normal things represented - baked pastas, basic sauce topped pasta or stuffed pasta, veal or chicken entrees, a bit of seafood, and pizza. Prices are mostly $10-15, and most includes a simple salad and pretty good bread knots. We opted for the tomato basil salad dressing, which was really good. Hubby went with his standby, chicken parmigiana, and I had veal siciliano. The chicken was very moist and flavorful and not at all greasy and the marinara on the spaghetti was pretty tasty. I found the siciliano preparation to be really good - mushrooms, capers, and artichoke hearts in a light white wine sauce - but the veal was tough. I ended up eating some of the veal and all the pasta, and figuring I'll come back for another try, but stick with chicken. It seems some restaurants who probably don't sell a lot of veal have trouble getting that wonderful texture it should have. We opted to try the lemon cake with marscapone icing on our servers' suggestion, and it was very light, with just enough sweetness to perfectly finish off a nice meal. Our server was a friendly lady who was pleasant and efficient. Really nice service experience at this price point. I don't think they'll replace my love of Carrabba's, but it's definitely going to warrant another visit.

Excellent food and service. Had the lasagna with a salad, with fried calamari as an appetizer.

Generaly food was good however one person in our party had a bone in their chicken Alfredo. Restaurant never offered to comp any portion of bill.

As someone from an area outside AR, I am spoiled. However, this food was horrible. They used garlic salt instead of garlic powder, making the food too salty. I had some type of minestrone soup, which was not good at all. I also bad gnocchi, which had some type of pesto sauce that wasn't even good and the salt burned my tongue. When it was all said and done, I asked the waiter for the canoli that I asked about earlier, which he returned 10 min later to tell me they were out. What a disappointment. Go to Pesto Cafe or Geraldi's in Fayetteville down the road behind powerhouse seafood. This is place isn't even close to real italian food

Our new favorite Italian in Northwest Arkansas! The atmosphere is great, service is fast and efficient, portions are large and prices are very reasonable. I had the Ravioli Portobello which was delicious. The portion was large enough to have extra for dinner the next day. My fiance had the Chicken Genovese which has an alfredo/marinara sauce. There were several pieces of chicken and plenty of noodles. We will definitely be returning.

Been here three times in the last month and the food is awesome. Service is very good as well. Not sure what caused others' disappointment, but I highly recommend. Authentic east coast style Italian cuisine and New York style pizza. Everything is made fresh to order in their kitchen. Family owned and operated. Suggest the sausage appetizer, Napoli special, chicken parm, chicken diavolo, and chicken piccata

Checked into my hotel and headed out to critique a local restaurant. The time nearing 8:30pm and the recommended Indian restaurant closing at 9 was my intended target. On the way I notice a strip mall Italian restaurant so I wheel in. The atmosphere was surprisingly wonderful and my waiter indeed passed for Italian, I immediately forgot where I was. I order an Italian birra and the chicken Toscana. The food was very good and fresh, and had the onion and sundried tomato cream sauce been allowed more reduction time, I would have awarded another star. The waiter said the desserts were house made so I tried the limoncello cake, a very fresh and pleasing finish to my unexpected diamond in a strip mall. I predict further tastings with their adequate wine list will be an even better experience.

Best restaurant in the area! The Modo Mio with Chicken is amazing! Especially with a glass of the Placido Pinot Grigio and a tiramisu for dessert. i recently had some family members visiting from N.Y. and they were really impressed with the food as well.
