This is the best place for breakfast in NWA. You may have to wait for a table but its worth it. The service is outstanding and the food is wonderful! I love the pancakes!!!

Came here this morning for breakfast. Was a little hesitant just because of other reviews, but now I have no idea why there are bad reviews. Our experience was good. WAIT: We came around 10am (Saturday morning) had didn't have a wait. There wasn't a ton of open tables, but luckily we were seated right away. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The hostess, cashier and our waiter all gave us good customer service. Very friendly. FOOD: Food was good. Good, normal food. My husband ordered the Farmers Breakfast and he liked it. Came with Blueberry Pancakes, Sausage, Hashbrowns and Eggs. I had the BE Fit Breakfast: cranberry pancakes, egg white scrambled, fruit cup, and sliced tomato. My daughter had the Little Farmer's (on the kids menu): scarmbled egg, two pancakes, potatoes, and 1 sausage link. PRICE: Very reasonable priced. Not expensive. Overall: I would probably go back again sometime.

Don't know why there are so many negative reviews. We have been eating there at least once a month since they opened. The food and service has been good. We went last Sunday with a coupon that was good for 2:00 til closing. Got there about 2:20 and finished at 3:00. Was surprised to only get a lunch menu. We usually get both lunch and dinner menus. I had wanted to get a steak which have always been great. Menu only had salads and sandwiches. I'm not much for sandwiches but ordered one anyway. By the time we were finished, we were the only customers there and the staff was cleaning. As we walked out the door, I noticed the hours had been changed so that they closed at 3:00 every day. That was the reason for the lunch only menu. So my coupon was only good for 1 hour. We'll probably go back for breakfast, but not lunch.

I'm not sure why all the negative reviews but my experience was good. Not the best but certainly not bad. I was in town to meet family at a halfway point to celebrate Christmas. We came here on a Saturday morning and we had 6 people plus a baby. Of course there was going to be a wait. The hostess was gracious and gave us a menu to look at. Waitress was very sweet and offered our little guest some extra crayons to keep the attention. As for the food...... Delicious! I absolutely LOVED the biscuits. Add in some extra gravy and you have me for life haha! I had eggs scrambled and a side of bacon. Crispy and also tasty. My boyfriend ordered a skillet meal and ate every piece! The coffee was normal everyday Folgers so nothing extraordinary. I think this may be our new breakfast place when we come to Rogers!

Poor service. Two other families were served before us and then the waitress claims that SOMEONE bumped our meal. We were not happy but we are naturally mellow and decided we would never return. I requested sugar and waitress just threw a handful of packets on table and walked away, almost obviously to avoid me asking for sthg more. Husband still decided to tip 100 percent to show that ppl can still be kind even when they are not treated equally.

This was my third time to visit bob Evans. Food is always good. But in reading some of thr reviews below, I have to agree. Our waitress was Heather H. She took good care of us, was friendly, and attentive. My only complaint was the blonde haired middle aged waitress that was constantly yellong at people. Yelled at the kitchen, "you're killing me", "don't you know how to make over medium eggs", "can't you do anything right", and complaining to the customers about how stupid the kitchen crew were. Guess my issue is that in a professional environment, these type of co-workers need to find a better time and place to vent their frustrations. I get they were unhappy with the kitchen service, but I, for one, don't plan on going back due to her. Didn't catch her name, but I'm sure they know who was working today if they read this. Ruined the whole experience for me.

Went to breakfast here with a group from work. Service was friendly but getting our food did seem slow. When we did get our food it was hot and fresh so no complaints. I like how you can choose different "breakfast sides" whether it be country sausage gravy, fruit, hash browns, etc. I actually order the mini sampler which wasn't mini at all but only $5. One egg, two strips of bacon with a biscuit and my side was gravy-good old fashioned pan skillet gravy. I ordered an extra pancake side to boot. STUFFED. It's a nice addition for another breakfast place to frequent and is in a good location. They also have a bakery at the front checkout area full of cookies, cakes and brownies for takeout. Looked yummy.

Wow, if I could give this place no stars I would. If I could stand outside and tell people to go to another place, I would. There is a Red Robin right next door, that is where people should be going! I went back, after my first horrendous experience, only because we were sent coupons by the company as an apology for the terrible experience we had the first time. If I could take back that 2 hours (yes, you read that right, TWO HOURS!!!) of my life, I would. I would have never walked through those doors. They have their soup at a hot bar right at the food window, yet we didn't get the soup we ordered for about 30 minutes after we ordered it. My husband was brought out the wrong order, not once but TWICE! He had two steaks, which were all fat and gristle, given to him before they figured out that he didn't order a steak! I ordered grilled chicken because it was so good the last time and subbed fries for the mashed potatoes....I was brought out a plate with two grilled chicken breasts on it. Just a white plate, with chicken. no fries, no garnish of any kind. It was so unappealing looking that I didn't want to eat it. I had to ask for my fries to be brought to me. It was a nightmare, the whole experience was a nightmare and what's worse, the table next to us was having the same problems. We all walked out without the "free" dessert because we were sick of waiting!! The manager came to our table about 4 times and said sorry, but you cannot make up for a terrible restaurant just by saying sorry a bunch of times. She did take our check completely out of the computer, so we didn't even have to use the coupons we were given, that being said....they will most likely never get used because I am not going back. I really think they should stick to tourist towns and places where bad service doesn't matter. Does such a place exist??

Went on Sunday around noon with the "after church" crowd. Looked packed but we were seated within 10 mins. Service was excellent & fast. Food was out & hot. Perfect sized portions. The crepes were fantastic. I ordered a biscuit with country gravy, too. The gravy was so good. Everyone at the table had some with their meal. Daughter ordered fit breakfast. 2 dollar size pancakes with eggs & fruit. Hubby ordered country biscuit breakfast. Everything was fantastic. We WILL be back.

This was my third time to visit this Bob Evans location and I really hope to never be back. We walked in and were clearly waiting to be seated but not one person even glanced at us. The cashier was at the front at the time checking someone out but not once did he acknowledge we were waiting. After his transaction was finished, he just walked away without a simple, someone will be with you soon. We probably stood there another 5 minutes (restaurant was not busy) before the hostess appeared and seated us. It was another fairly long wait for the waiter to approach us and inquire about drink orders. He did apologize. We ordered our drinks and asked if he could go ahead and bring our obviously fussy toddler a bowl of fruit. A good 5-7 minutes went by before he brought our drinks and came without the fruit bowl. We placed our order and had to remind him that we had already placed an order for fruit and asked him to bring it immediately. The service improved for the remaining of our visit, but I was already writing them off in my mind. We had something very similar to this happen during another visit. The food was "good enough", but I really hope I don't have to return to this location. The staff just appears to be in their own world and not observant with their customers. My husband (who is the Bob Evans fan) is making me add that the biscuits are the best in the business!

I drove by this spot and decided to pull in. I sat at the counter and the service was awesome. My food was served hot and quick. The restaurant seemed new and very clean. With that being said, it is another dime-a-dozen type of breakfast joint and food wise it did nothing to distinguish itself from the pack of competitors. If a simple meal that you can rely on time and time again is what you are looking for, then this Bob Evans may be the spot for you. I wasn't blown away by the end product food wise, but the excellent service and reliability of this chain will lure me back I'm sure in the future.

Bleck coffee. But food was good and service was warm and timely. The .79 cinnamon blossom is forgettable. Nice interior. 3-4 stars overall.

My wife and I had breakfast today. We both had the Homestead breakfast For $8.79. The sausage is great, biscuits adequate and great gravy but overall a very poor value for the money. The hash browns were almost nonexistent and the eggs seemed very small. The size might be my imagination but for that much money I think another 15 cent egg is in order. Bottom line is there are far too many restaurants serving a much better breakfast at a much better price in this town.
