50/50 on this place. Not the best Red Lobster I have been to, but I haven't been for a while. It was okay. It's not like having fresh seafood.

My daughter and I went. The food was good. Our server, Daniel was great! However, the hostess was extremely rude. We mentioned it to the manager, who only said, sorry, I'm on my way out for the evening. Ta ta! Gone. Never eating here again.

I gave one star because the waitress was nice. Everything was out of a can. It was so bad. I will never eat here again.

When did Red Lobster become so average? Traveling on business and was delighted to see this restaurant close to my hotel. Arrived around 8 pm and there was still a short wait for a table, which was encouraging. Service was very good, although the fresh catch list was pitiful. I don't consider salmon and talapia a great choice. Ordered the stuffed flounder and shrimp fettuccine combo, which comes with salad. Food arrived quickly, the salad was good. The stuffed flounder was lost on this huge plate, and was pretty average. The fettuccine wasn't. It was linguine, that was barely warm and the sauce was too buttery and the whole thing was in a clump. Shrimp? More like plankton. Really, I can't even taste those little things. I would rather 2 or 3 decent sized shrimp than have those tiny little crustaceans they passed for shrimp. The folks across from me were there when I arrived and still there when I left. They ate about 450 shrimp, which must have been the endless shrimp thing. I could actually see those shrimp. Which I suppose is the reason that on the regular plates, we get plankton. You have to make up with mediocrity, in order to placate the masses with over indulgence. Very disappointing. I won't be back soon.

Red Lobster isn't what it used to be. Got some snow crab and lobster, the snow crab was okay but had a slightly fishy taste and their soft shells were a little bit difficult the crack, aside from that was pretty dried out. The strawberry short cake in a jar was disappointing because the cake tasted like it was previously frozen strawberries word it far from good quality. The service, however, was decent and deserved reasonable gratuity. My wife and I concluded that we will probably never return here unless they change something drastically. I can't recommend eating here , because although the food wasn't terrible, it was far from great, which Red Lobster, at one point many years ago, actually was great.

Went there on a tuesday night for dinner with my mum and neighbor, was happily surprised. There was a line waiting when we got there around 6:30, but it wasn't too bad, about 20 mins. The service at the beginning was super super slow, it took them more than 10 minutes to just bring us water, i was actually pretty upset by then and was wondering what's going on.... but it turned out that they were just too busy. The waitress was super nice, we ordered a soup to share, and she actually split up the soup for us anyways, and brought extra spoons for dessert without us asking. Their triple chocolate brownie is really good, warm and melted with ice cream. I always enjoy their coconut shrimp too, it is one of my favorite. Their biscuits are great too, a little bit on the greasy size if you are watching out for your weight, but tastes great!!!!

So, I looked at the reviews and decided to give it a shot. So I could understand a three or four star rating IF, you do not venture outside of Arkansas AND if you think food in Arkansas is crap in general. All of that being said, food in Arkansas is not crap and I do not live here so I have some other perspective. Now, I do not know where else to get Sea Food in Arkansas, but I would imagine Little Rock has something else to offer. My wife and I went here at about 8:00 PM and it was almost empty. They were seating everyone in the front area so they could clean up the back. Problem, we waited 15 minutes to be seated because the front was full. The rest of the place, a ghost town. Then, after we were seated and eating, they started cleaning the front. Nice to know they tear down the booths (remove the seats and clean underneath) but not in the booth next to me while I am eating. It was kind of disgusting. Now to the food. All I will say is that the Cheddar Bay biscuits were as good as always. The fried shrimp was frozen and I have had better from the grocery store frozen section. The crab my wife ordered was extremely old. It has been sitting in hot water waiting to be served probably most of the evening. It was soggy and tasteless. So if you are going to go, go early and cross your fingers. I would suggest getting what ever special they are running because quite frankly, the product I was served was not worth it.

I've eaten at this Red Lobster many times over the years, so I'm very familiar with the location and service. However, I wanted to give a particular shout-out to the server we had on our lunch visit on November 13. My husband and I stopped there after a doctor's visit and were so glad we did!!! Yes, it took a few minutes for our server to stop by our table, but that's only because he was busy. He MORE than made up for it, though! His name was Josea (but pronounced like Jose), and he was EXCEPTIONAL!!! He was very personable, had a great sense of humor, and took care of us. The food and drinks were wonderful, and Josea even answered my husband's question about his cologne and told us where to get it cheap! LOL! We will definitely visit this Red Lobster again and will request Josea's section every time. You've got a great employee in Josea. Don't lose him!!!

We have ate here 3 times (guess we are gluttons for punishment!) and all 3 times the service was awful. Manager was nice first time and said she would come back and check on us after our waiter disappeared for 10 minutes, but then she forgot to come back also!!! Whatever you do do not let them sit you in the back room unless you like the smell of a musty basement with your dinner. BTW, the food is good, to bad the service is so bad.

I will not say this is the best Red Lobster, but we found it passable . Our server was very nice, attentive and got out orders right. My fish tasted fishy so that did not get food marks. Next time I will send it back; but due to the group I was with, I didn't want to make a fuss. Salad was just ok, I've had much better ones at other RL's. I really do hope management can make a change with the product at this location a it does seem subpar for the chain. But I found the people here caring and nice.
