Poor service and pricey for pretty bland food. We were there between 3 & 4 pm and the place was pretty empty, but the waitress still took her time getting to us and then got my order wrong. Both my husband and I ordered Bison burgers, I ordered mine wrapped in lettuce and with avocado and pickles. What I got was a Bison patty topped with shredded lettuce and a slice of tomato. Would've been OK if the meat would have had any flavor but it was way bland, no flavor whatsoever. So I decided to asked the waitress for the avo and pickles that she initially didn't bring and all she came back with was the avo and then charged me extra for it :( Paid $36 for 2 bland burgers, not impressed with this place at all. Atmosphere wise, it was just ok. Nothing about this place sticks out except the poor service and the bland food.

Great atmosphere, nice location, food was good but not over the top amazing, service was a little slow but very kind.

Nothing special about this sports bar. Typical selection of beer and drinks. I ordered a burger and it was burnt on a stale bun that fell apart when I picked it up. The wait staff was good and attentive even though they were busy. If you're in the area, I would go but definitely not worth driving.

Food here aren't too bad. However, my friends and I came here in a slow Sunday afternoon. Most of the foods we ordered were not available. We wanted to order fries and they were out. We wanted teriyaki wings but they were also out. Napkins were ran out also. Silverware weren't even handed out to us. Service was horrendous. Since fries were out, we still had to pay extra for onion rings since we couldn't substitute fries as our side orders. The restaurant has nice atmosphere but is not well prepared when it comes to dining. I wouldn't recommend anybody to eat here. Maybe just to hang out for a sporting event and a drink, but definitely not for a dining experience.

The best wings I have ever had. Service is great, live music tonight was fun. They smoke the wings then fry them and toss them in whatever sauce you want. I'm visiting from Tulsa, nothing there like this place.

Went there today for the first time. The first thing I noticed was the temperature of the restaurant was extremely hot! No, the AC wasn't broken just turned up to a high temp. The atmosphere is non-existent. Ordered the cheeseburger with onion rings. The burger had something STRONG minced up in it. Couldn't decided whether it was onion or garlic or both. Very over powering & not good. I got a total of 5 small-medium onion rings with my burger. Doughy & disappointing. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone based upon my visit today. Not worth sitting in stifling heat for...definitely!

Great turkey burger. Fries were cooked well too. Awesome service during lunchtime. Absolutely no complaints.

Look, I usually don't have / take the time to write a review of any business, but my wife and I ate here after two years, and I guess it wasn't memorable enough for us to come back,,,,,until last week. Honestly, we were just burned out on our regulars stops and thought we'd give The Tavern another shot. The last time our experience was not-so-great, and this time, again - not-so-great. My wife got the flat bread / pizza and I got the buffalo chicken sandwich; two relatively easy items to prepare,,,,,,,,,one would think. Well, we waited exacted thirty minutes and the place was less than half full. Both entrées were just very average, and neither worth the $11 price point. The flat bread was heavy on the basil, and the buffalo chicken sandwich had just an average sized, breaded breast of chicken, with buffalo sauce poured on top, and that's about it - nothing special at all to command that price. And the fries tasted as if they were cooked in the same oil as the chicken breast, and we only ate a couple and passed on the rest. So that's average food, high prices and very slow service.......... won't be back.

Good burger. Great fries. Wives had strawberry salad and have it string reviews. Pitchers of beer. I'll definitely be back!
(5)Ashley C.
My best friend and I have been here several times, and have been thrilled each and every single time. From the fried mushrooms, to the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, to the wings... everything has been delicious. Only thing I've not loved was a pomegranate margarita that the waitress happily exchanged for a Guinness. Love this place for dine-in and carry out orders. Highly recommended.

Don't expect to get anything but booze here. Been here for an hour waiting on food. Food that isn't good at all. No idea why I even gave them another chance. I knew better. If you're an alcoholic then this place is your dream.

I sent an email to the restaurant & never heard back from anyone, so I'm posting this review on Yelp. We have had ridiculously bad service the past two times we have been here, and it has been with the same waitress (myra). The first incident she mixed our wing order up (not a big deal) but acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her to put in the correct order after bringing us the wrong one. She actually made us feel bad for this! Her attitude was so negative towards us, we couldn't wait to leave. We came back a few weeks ago before a movie & she was our waitress again. She walked to our table without even a smile & asked for our drinks. Then she took 20 minutes just to take our food order. The place was NOT busy at all. She never refilled our drinks or even asked if we needed anything else. I had a craft beer & she brought it out in the bottle, never offered a glass. If she would have ever came back to our table I would have asked for one, but she did not. We're pretty sure she forgot about our food because even though we ordered nachos & 16 wings, it took a very long time (usually is fast). We noticed one of the cooks from the back look at our table then run back into the kitchen, then run out with our food. When we got it, it was barely warm! We were starving and running late for a movie so said oh well. Then I literally had to flag her down to take our credit card even though we let her know earlier we were in a hurry to leave. Seriously not worth it for this pathetic service & the management just disregarding it!

I had a sandwich and some french fries here that exceeded my expectations. The place is a standard sports bar with waitresses whose uniform include yoga/stretchy pants. The workers were friendly and the service was prompt. The interior isn't very warm/cozy because of the cement and vaulted ceilings. The layout is a bit strange from the booth I sat in. I would definitely stop by this place again if I were shopping in the area but I wouldn't drive out of my way or crave anything here.
(3)Amy A.
This place has a nice atmosphere with live music but is slightly overpriced. I didn't order an appetizer because the cheesesticks were way too expensive. My drinks were also expensive. I had 3 and the 2nd one tasted like cough syrup. A fun environment though.

I went to the Tavern today for lunch. It was really quiet, with just a handful of patrons at the time. I was skeptical. But I was wrong. I had the burger. It was very flavorful, and very hot. Our waitress was great, and the waiter who brought out our food and got us a couple of additional food items was awesome as well. The manager came by our table to make sure that things were going well. I would return because the food was good and the service was perfect.

Horrible service and prices have gone up. Wait staff and cleaning staff both could not care to have their jobs.
(1)Jason K.
This is my goto sports bar in Little Rock. The cheese dip is good. The wings are good. The burgers are good. There are plenty of beers to choose from and plenty of TVs to watch the game or fight on. On ultra busy nights like when a UFC event is going on it can get ridiculous busy and service might be a little slow but other than that this is a great place.
(4)Amber L.
Not bad, not bad at all. Which surprised me really, as I am typically disappointed with bar food. However, the Tavern is located in an upscale shopping center, is plenty spacious, and smoke free. It's not the typical bar scene, or bar food, which I can appreciate. Although prices are a little steep ($12 for a salad), they do run plenty of specials. The chicken quesadilla was half price and decent (the jalapenos are a nice touch); Strawberry Salad was flavorful and a huge portion size; and the others in my party seemed to enjoy the Chipotle Chicken & Avocado. Service was slow....really slow, actually. But the bartender was also our waitress, and she was plenty busy - hence the slow service. Overall....not bad. :)
(3)J. T.
Bartenders are rude to waitresses and DICKs to customers. No reason to ever go back. Hurry up and go out of business so a professionally ran establishment can take your lease.

Good local place. Great staff. The food is good and it is a great place to catch a game with friends. TV volume can be a bit loud on some game nights. I like the Bison Burgers, and their hot wings are quite good.
(4)Kenneth R.
The food here is good. I really enjoy the wings. However, good luck on the servers! I have eaten here several times but you better not be in a hurry because it takes forever to be waited on, your glass will stay empty and they just don't seem happy to be there.
(2)Joe L.
Not a good experience but would eat there again. My wife ordered sirloin steak. What came out was ground beef steak. Asked our waitress about it and she said that's how it's supposed to be. 10 minutes later she brings out a sirloin steak and said she was mistaken. Food was on par with an Applebee's but pricier.
(3)Dan J.
it seems like they dont really care. they dont care about the food, atmosphere, bar (no draft beer), no service....just nothing. void of any substance whatsoever. you can not charge people $ and give them nothing in return. unfortunately that looks like what the owners of the tavern have tried to do. being in some high-end fancy mall isnt going to make you successful. i want my $40 back.
(1)Chris N.
I am not a picky eater at all but i just had to create an account on Yelp to rate this restaurant and hopefully spare a potential customer the horrible experience we had. As mentioned in the other reviews the service was extremely slow and it wasn't even busy during a late lunch on Sunday. I can deal with slow service but the main issues were not having any of the food options we requested: French fries, teriyaki wings, pork chops, corn on the cob and no napkins!? All of these were notified to us well after we were waiting for the food "Oh by the way we are out of..." But the best part was when we asked about them being out of fries and to substitute for another side the waitress said "Yes for $1.00 extra"? Then she proceeded to say "We do not have French fries but there is a McDonald's down the street". If you are just going there to watch a game and have a beer it may be a different experience but if you are actually going for the service and quality of food I would strongly advise you pick a different option.

This place is amazing! They dont have the widest selection of beer but the beer they do have are some of the best prices ive seen anywhere else around! And though the drunk guy singing was annoying they cant control that, people just have fun! Also the two appetizers my party got we're both quite delicious. As well as the catering they provided to my job was outstanding as well. Seriously give this place a shot.
(4)Crystal K.
I have been going to the Tavern since it opened. Now with having a rough start, this place has done a complete 180. They have great food, hands down the best wings in town, the wings are smoked before they are fried then tossed in your sauce of choice. The Philly Cheese steaks actually offers chez wiz, now anybody that has ever had a philly knows that it is topped with chez wiz, is there anywhere in the state of Arkansas that actually offers this? It might have taken a while to get the drafts but now that they have it, they offer 16 beers on tap. A 16 oz domestic beer cost $2.50 and that's at regular price, you can't beat that! Plenty of HD tvs to watch all of the games, free wifi, Karaoke on Tuesdays, bands on the weekends and even buzz time trivia. They have a large patio and friendly staff. The Tavern is the place to be!
