Great service 99% of the time and the staff is very attentive. The food is great most of the time but there are days when it has its "this has been better" moments, but overall very tasty for both breakfast and lunch. Prices are pretty good as well and the location is convenient.

It's kind of hit and miss here. I'm a creature of habit and will always order the same thing and more often than not I will say "It's been better." But that's really true, sometimes it just does taste better. The atmosphere and the staff are fine. I love everything about Cracker Barrel I just wish the food could be more consistent.

Ok, great food at this location, but my server, Zach, was awful. Literally messed everything up that you could. It's pathetic really. If you go just pray you don't get him. The other servers and management took care of me though. They made it worth it.

The hostess had us waiting for about 5 minutes or so. She, however did apologize for the delay. It was one of those nights though. The meal we ordered was incorrect, but they made up for it by fairly decent service & sincerity about the mixup. They do have some new help on the floor & a few trainers, which may be slightly out of their depth. We tipped a little extra; they were trying hard & everyone makes mistakes; be it trainee or trainer. The service was at least appropriate. We did end up with an extra order of Lemon Pepper Fish, which we took home, rather than waste it.

Sweet Lord! I can't believe it! So... We decided to stop in as we were craving breakfast for dinner! CB, you didn't disappoint! Don't take this the wrong way, but it's Cracker Barrel! "Old faithful"... No bells and whistles, good breakfast, good biscuits (ask for strawberry jam), good service, pay at the register as you exit, country store, rocking chairs, checkers... DONE! I know what to expect and my expectations aren't too high because (I mean) it's Cracker Barrel! I certainly didn't plan on writing a review, but I had to... Because of FRIGGIN' JONATHAN M.! He made our visit spectacular! Who knew?! After we told the cashier and had her radio a manager about our experience, my husband and I walked out of there scratching our heads like "What the crap just happened?", "Who was that guy?" What a pleasant surprise! "John" (as displayed on his apron) went above and beyond! He made it his duty to give us 5 star service at Cracker Barrel! I haven't had service this meticulous in FOREVER! You'd think we were the only table in the building! $10 tip John! You SO deserve it! As you can tell, I'm beside myself and overly pleased with my Cracker Barrel visit! We'll be back looking for YOU "John!" Thank you and good night!

I have been here multiple times (with my dad, who loves the breakfast). I only go when I am outvoted by my family. Nothing I have ordered during any visit has been any good. This is the only place I know that can mess up a grilled cheese sandwich! How hard is cheese, butter, and bread? I thought breakfast would be a safer route, so I tried pancakes and sausage. The sausage was under-cooked, and very pink in the middle. I didn't want food poisoning that day, so I left it untouched. I will continue to avoid CB whenever possible.

Honestly one of the worst meals I've ever had. Our waitress was wonderful. Very attentive. That is the only good thing I can say about the meal. Went there for my daughter's 9th birthday at her request, and even she couldn't eat her chicken, which was dry and overdone. I had a salad thinking they couldn't ruin that, but they managed to do so. Dry rubbery chicken, brown, wilted lettuce, salad dressing that was salty and too sweet at the same time. But the kicker was my husband's meal. His dumplings were slimy--like eating a slug. I tasted his meatloaf and almost gagged. The carrots that he couldn't wait to try were obviously old, watery and tasteless. And those biscuits--like eating flour. A horrible meal in horrible, gloomy atmosphere.

This place is the PITS! Dirty, run hard and put up wet! slow service, cold grits, cold gravy, toast that looks like bread (when well done toast was requested), limp, tasteless green beans, completely cold okra.....big process problems here.....beware!
