Passing through Harrison on business. Had dinner here tonight and it was just fabulous. Don't let the outside fool you, this place is very nice inside with a very polite staff and very good, reasonably priced menu. If your a local and not dining here you are missing out big time.. I'll definitely be back when I'm the area.

Stopped here for dinner on an overnight for business, very friendly, lots of menu options. Food was really good. Staff recommended the Roma White Pizza (good mix of garlic, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese on a light crispy crust) with side salad. More than enough for two people, generous servings. We really liked the house Italian dressing. Good local place to stop when you are passing thru Harrison area. Would come here again

Wonderful food and service! Did not expect to have such a wonderful dinner as we were traveling through and weren't familiar with the area. White pizza was great, cheese ravioli was super tasty and the cannoli was just perfect! Would highly recommend Roma!

Being italian, it's tonight to find good authentic italian food...this is it! We had their pasta sampler, calzone and their spinach and artichoke dip. All of was outstanding. And if you like great service, they had that too!

This is not American Italian cuisine. I've never been to Italy, but I've also never tasted the spices used in these dishes. The pomodoro and marinara was just slightly sweet, and no one at the table could identify the spice. The bread was fresh and buttery, service was wonderful and the prices not low but not prohibitive. It may be in a strip mall, but it would be a perfect place for dates, prom, birthdays, any special occasion. No beer yet, but you won't mind when you taste the sauces. Also, best spinach artichoke dip I have ever tasted.

Generous helpings, marinara was slightly sweet and very good. The wait staff was friendly & prompt. Price for portion was great. If I lived in Harrison, I would eat here often.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
