Solid place. Catfish is really good. Lunch buffet is $12.50 and it has ribs, catfish and shrimp on it. The salad bar has some really good items on it and they all seem homemade and not out of a Sysco catalogue They have crab legs on Saturday and Tuesday after 4 pm. Service was also good.

This place is amazing. The catfish is hands down the best I've ever had. It is so fresh, crispy, and hot. The fried squash is fantastic, the hush puppies are fabulous, and the breaded shrimp is out of this world. The service is great and the prices are pretty fair for the quality. My only complaint is that they don't open til 4:30pm but the food is good enough that I'm willing to wait.

5 stars for the ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT CRAB LEG night on Tuesdays!!! Seriously the best value for money you can find when it comes to seafood (I think it's either $25 or $27). They offer to bring hot crab legs out to your table or you can go get cool ones from the bar. My husband teases me because I could spend hours cracking all of the legs. :) Highly recommend this place on Tuesdays!!!

Probably one of the worst restaurants for seafood. Its disgusting. The "baked crab" was under cooked. The waitress didn't even pick up the dirty plates. I had to ask her for a refill. Save your money. I rather go to red lobster or even make my catfish dinner at home.

A local legend. From frog legs to fresh catfish, from hushpuppies to fried corn-on-the-cob, these guys do it right. The buffet will likely kill you, but it'll be a sweet death. One of the best catfish po boys outside of Nawlins. Damn fine food.

Catfish Cove is another of those formerly-great Fort Smith restaurants that has taken a nosedive in recent times. Gone are the fresh, thick-cut, firm-fleshed catfish cuts, fresh fried foods, and mouthwatering fried okra and fried squash that bit like a potato chip on the outside and just right inside. The restaurant has managed to keep its delightfully kitschy nautical theme, but now the tables and chairs are sticky to the touch, the place smells of cooking grease, the floors are oily, and the bathrooms are not handicapped accessible. More often than not now, the okra is burned to a crisp, the catfish (which alarmingly seems to have been past-date based on the flesh texture and taste) is overcooked, the desserts and breads stale, and the squash is floppy and greasy. It is a far cry from the awesome buffet it was when we first started bringing our guests and business lunches there just a year before. It certainly isn't worth the price they are charging for the buffet now. frog legs to fresh catfish, from hushpuppies to fried corn-on-the-cob
