Perfect. Quaint. Chic. And Farm-to-Table. We got the Hash Skillet, and Hog Country Burrito. Both were delicious. Presentation was nice. Burrito wasn't smothered and meant to be held, which is ideal. Would come here everyday if could.

Our last morning in Fayetteville and we wanted something unique. We chose this place because we appreciate Farm-To-Table. The wait was absolutely ridiculous... probably the worst part of the entire experience. The food was fantastic... you can truly tell the difference when food is Farm Fresh. The eggs were cooked exactly to order, they serve your food hot and accurately. Wish they had better wait staff... some of them seemed to be lacking in attentiveness and apparently forgot they were waiting tables at times. We would absolutely go back again... hopefully they've "streamlined" by the time we make it there again.

( Long review, sorry. It seems I can't write anything without it becoming a story, but I do try to make it as short as I can) So unfortunate!! My Wife and I were so excited about this place, local farm to table food fare, a charming establishment, what's not to like, right.....right? Unfortunately, we were let down, and in a big way. First impressions. Charming on the outside, it's a renovated home turned Restaurant in the middle of south Fayetteville with a nice garden, and wonderful porch. You really feel like you're walking up to a friend or relatives home to enjoy a wonderful meal. All locally produced ingredients, from every last herb, to every piece of meat, and bread. Farm to table, so needless to say, we were even more excited! Then, we walked through the door... First time we've ever been there, so we didn't know where to check in at. We looked around aimlessly, as there isn't a greeter anywhere insight. I did notice a bar, and I started making my way towards it, in hopes of receiving instruction and/or acquirement of a table. I get stopped by a young lady, and asked "How many?" She wasn't wearing a uniform, or any identification indicating that she was a staff member, so I was a bit surprised. Firstly, I'd like to point out that this shouldn't be how you greet a customer. What happened to "Hello, welcome to Farmers Table Cafe, how may I help you?" Call me old fashioned, but your first impression, is a lasting one, and your first chance to impress. We tell her "two please" and she is some what accommodating with a reply stating that it'll be about a twenty minute wait. I checked my watch, it's 9:15. We move outside to wait while watching a sweet looking couple play Baggo. At 10:00 our name is called. So much for twenty minutes. We sit, peruse the menu, and decide what we would like before being greeted by our server. Our server, another young lady, early twenties'ish takes our meal order along with our drink order, and scurries away with what we hoped would be a quick return with our drinks. Nope! When we received our drink order it was 10:20. It took twenty minutes to receive our drinks. Wow! This should of been an indication of how the morning was to pass. Which would be very, very, very....slowly. Our server only checked on us one time during the period of receiving our drinks, and receiving our food. Not very attending to say the least. The food...which arrived at about five minutes past eleven. We've now been waiting for almost two hours, for eggs. So, the food! Such a let down. My wife received the Arkansawyer, which consisted of eggs, biscuit and gravy, house potatoes. and bacon. My wife said the biscuit was dry, the gravy was far under seasoned, and the bacon was burnt. I'm wondering how the chef or person in charge of the food, could send out burnt bacon? It was black as asphalt. The potatoes, although had okay flavor, were dry. I elected the Bennie on a biscuit. Again, biscuit was dry, hollandaise sauce was tasteless, the local Canadian bacon was also dried out, and chewed like jerky. As a positive, the salad with citrus dressing was fantastic! However, even that was turned into disappointment on account of our services lack of attention, and empathy. The real victims here, was the gorgeous local produce that was just completely disrespected, and treated with such misunderstanding. It painful to see. If the owners of this restaurant were to read my review, I would like to offer up some pleas, as I want to see a locally owned place like this succeed, and be a joy to eat at. 1. Let's get some more training with the wait staff. Have someone in charge of greeting. The first impression sets the tone for the entire experience. Empathy, and attention needs addressing. Asking the customer if anything is needed periodically, goes along way. When the food isn't coming out of the kitchen, addressing the customers with an explanation, along with apologies helps to ease the customer, and let's them know that you care for their comfort, and that you respect them as paying patrons. 2. The Food! Local Farm to table! I love it! Buuuuut! Make it deliciously appetizing! Under seasoning isn't a good thing. Salt, is a breakfasts best friend. Please use it! It also needs to be hot, and cooked to perfection. Not a single plate need to go out to a table until it is perfect. Sending out Americas favorite breakfast meat (Bacon) burnt to a crisp is just plain disrespectful, both to the customer, and the pig it came from. You have the ingredients, make them shine! Please! I'm begging you! You have an amazing concept, a beautiful place, and all the tools you need to make it happen. P.S. Get you staff a shirt, and name tag, at the very least.

Brat was excellent. Sounds like the BBQ chicken and the beans & greens bowl was a big hit. Very friendly and great service.

This place is amazing. We had pancakes, biscuits and gravy and the hash. All exceptional!! Everything is so fresh and yummy. Place is super clean. I will be back every trip to Fayetteville!

Wonderful staff and wonderful food. The biscuits were to die for, fluffy and melting in your mouth. The eggs were fresh and local. My coffee and water were always full. All all this at a very reasonable price.

Had lunch here today. I'm traveling for work and was looking for something light but filling. Found this place on a Yelp. It's a gem! Local, tasty organic food AND friendly service. I had the pintos and greens with cornbread. For desert, the lemon blueberry pie. All prepared and seasoned just right. Wish I came to this area more often.

This was my first time at Farmer's Table and most likely my only time. I arrived with some excitement. I love a good breakfast place and being farm to table was a plus. However, the service was really a let down. I arrived shortly after they opened at 8 AM. It was already packed full. There was no one at the door to greet me. I wasn't sure if it was seat yourself or if there was a hostess. No one wore any type of uniform or t-shirt that made them stand out as someone working there. I made my way to a coffee bar area and asked someone. Finally, I noticed a girl who looked like a hostess wandering by and I asked for a table for one. She walked me outside and asked that I choose one of the two tops. I sat for about 15 minutes perusing the menu before anyone came by and asked for my drink order. When the waitress finally came over, I was ready to order but she walked away as soon as I said "Coffee". It was almost 20 minutes before I was able to put in my food order. I ordered an omelette with gluten free toast. I was excited about the gluten free toast as most places don't always that option. After ordering, I waited and waited and waited. I actually ran down my phone battery from 100%-83% surfing the web and checking social media due to the long wait time. I did get my coffee refilled. However, I felt like I was not much of a priority as I was by myself. My coffee got refilled after the 6 top table next to me got refills. I felt like a bit of an after thought. Kind of "Oh ya! There's a guy in the corner. I guess I should see if he needs coffee too." After an hour from when I was seated, I asked the gentleman filling my coffee for what seemed like a 9th time, if it would be much longer. I mentioned that I checked in on social media over an hour ago. He came back and said my order had been placed about 40 minutes ago but they were out of gluten free toast. The good news was that He would comp my meal. I thought comping my meal was the right way to handle the situation. I also noticed other tables that were seated a bit after me asking about the wait time. Several tables seemed to get their meals comped due to the wait. When the food came, the kitchen substituted potatoes for the gluten free toast. I was disappointed. I really should have been provided the option to chose my own substitution. I ordered gluten free for a reason. Thankfully, I don't have celiac or I might have had to send back the order. With all of that happening, I got the feeling they really didn't care about a one top table and was much more attentive to the large parties. I felt like an after thought through out my entire dining process. Long story short, I waited an hour for an omelette that was good but not great. On the plus side, they comped the meal - hence the 2 star rating.

After a few bad experiences with food in Arkansas, we finally got a home run at the Farmer's Table. This place is great for breakfast. Their "beat in the state" bacon was out of this world. Their pancakes were very impressive. Our server seemed a little upset and negative, but the food and coffee was too good to give this restaurant from heaven anything less than 5 stars.

Love this place. Their pancakes and eggs benedict are my favorite. But that salad taste so fresh! Just like eating in my own garden. Yummy

I prefer to go off peak hours, because it's a small place that gets really full. The sweet potato pancakes are out of this world good, and the breakfast burrito is pretty decent as well. I wouldn't get the chai latte again, though. It's a yummy place that is definitely in the "keep Fayetteville funky" family.

Breakfast is great but don't hesitate to try lunch as well. The burgers are fantastic! For breakfast it is all good but I really like the biscuits and sausage gravy.

Everything was fresh and good. The mushroom pinwheel appetizer was delicious. Don't miss the pie! Today's was Chocolate Chess Pie! Service is a little slow and seating is limited, but worth the wait.

We really wanted to love this place. The menu looked great and we had heard from some locals that it was worth the trek, so we took a long walk over on a Thursday morning and got ready for a tasty breakfast. I got the Benny on a Biscuit but asked about the house potatoes because I didn't want to miss them if they were great, and our server insisted they were, so I got a side of those, too. My friend got the hash skillet and asked if she could substitute sweet potatoes for regular. That was a no-go, but my friend said it was no problem and that she was still going to order it. My other friend got the Rise-and-Shine. The service was well-meaning but a bit off the ball. We got our food and my potatoes were not only terribly seasoned but cold. We had to ask for ketchup a few times, and my friend didn't get her side of greens until we asked about them. The portions were small, and we left hungry. I rated this three stars because I really believe that on another day we could have a great experience. They have the recipe for success - they just need to be more consistent.

The entire dining experience took 2 hours. After waiting over an hour for food, they finally brought a complimentary muffin. However, when our food finally came the omelets were missing mushrooms and peppers (2 of the 4 items listed on the menu for that omelet) with no explanation. After letting the kitchen know, we were given 15% off the bill. Overall poor experience. Hard to rate the food items since they didn't represent the menu well.

It was my turn to choose breakfast. I looked at the places near us in Fayetteville and liked the reviews of this one.. I was excited to try a local spot! Was impressed with the entrance and the country furnishings. Waitresses were all friendly. My husband loving omelettes and pancakes was looking forward to my choice of this restaurant. He ordered a bacon omelette and a side pancake. Pancake was not a choice side item. Said we would pay the $1.00 up charge. We wanted the sweet potato pancakes but was told they no longer had them on the menu. Oh well. His omelette came and we both looked at each other like "really" for $9.00. Remember I said his meat choice was bacon. He cut into it and began eating it. I mean he was hungry so dig in! I said "I thought you ordered a bacon omelette". He said "I did". "Ok where's the bacon"? Found a 2" piece in the bottom of it. Showed it to the waitress and said'" This is all the bacon that is in this omelette and it was in the bottom of it. She said "Oh! Let me tell the cook". Came back with his pancake and said the owner said " Thats all the bacon we put in our omelettes" If we were not sitting so close to other tables I would have sent it back. I hate complaining around others. We asked for some more bacon please. She came back with a piece on a plate that seriously was 2" long. Said "I'm so sorry but this is a order. Oh well it is what it is ! I guess it made me fill like they they didn't care enough to evenly distribute the ingredients throughout . The pancake was something a child would have cooked. So heavy and thick it was gooey in the middle. He only ate half because the goo started there. Told her about it and she said " Yes they need to cook it longer". She did offer to get us a pancake to go. After paying the bill it was a upgrade of $3.00. We were not happy at all. I did get the greens with over easy eggs and side of house potatoes. I gave my husband one of my eggs and 1/2 the potatoes. So for $27.00 this was a flop of a breakfast. Not worth the money or experience. We love to go to local establishments. This one is not on the to do again list. EVER! Would not even recommend it. Sorry and fill bad about it. But just won't happen. 2 eggs and a piece of Swiss cheese and 2"piece of bacon. $12.00. Really. Not that a omelette isn't worth $9.00. But let's put something in it to make it that!!! I will post a picture of the omelette. Look at the right side and you can see the a little wad of bacon. It was a flat omelette? Guess you all get my drift. And then to top it all off when we got in the car the cook came out the back was had to have his smoke. Just a little unimpressed!

The Farmer's Table Cafe is a fairly new restaurant serving breakfast and brunch. The restaurant prides itself in serving fresh, local ingredients. I absolutely love the concept! It is trendy and hip with lots of decor flair. Why 3 stars then? There were two main problems: service and food. The service itself was good; our waiter took our order in a timely manner and was very nice. The problem was the arrival and departure. When we arrived, someone took our reservation and told us it would be "a minute". We waited near the door (where there is no space) for about 5 minutes and nothing. We then walked outside and sat on the porch for another 20 minutes. It would be nice to know the actual wait time than something vague. It also took a while to get our check. Our food came out at a reasonable time. I ordered the Arkansawyer while my significant other ordered the Two Creeks Chicken BLT Wrap. The Arkansawyer underwhelming lacked seasoning. The gravy for the biscuits needed salt and pepper. The eggs, which I ordered over easy, were overcooked. They weren't even runny! My company told me the BLT wrap was tasty but lacked flavor. Overall, our first visit to The Farmer's Table was "okay". I didn't feel anything special but I am willing to give this place another shot. Maybe they are still working on the kinks. I am curious if the "Where Locals Meet & Eat" locale will be here to stay.

Having only been to Arkansas a few times I figured I would venture out and find something to eat for a late breakfast. Well, that all went out the window once I saw the special that was being served at the Farmer's Table Cafe. It was a Burger with grilled onions, smoked gouda cheese, bacon and a sauce that topped it off perfectly. For an appetizer I had the chicken tortilla soup, which was also tasty and fresh. Plus, they had an extensive list of organic teas and coffees. The food was great and the service was fantastic. I will definitely come back next time I am in Fayetteville.

Bland and overpriced. Surprising considering some of the other farm to table choices in Fayetteville.

Phenom food and environment is charming. Walked here on the trail from Dickson Inn. Beautiful. Now I've got to walk off the sweet potato pancakes! Eggs and kale: divine!

Hands down best breakfast in Arkansas. Great to finally have an incredible restaurant like this to bring out-of-towners and show them a taste of what makes Fayetteville unique. We need more places like this in Fayetteville! Everything about this place is amazing. The food, the atmosphere, the people, the concept, everything is great. This very well could be the best breakfast I have ever eaten. Everyone at the table ordered something different and it was all great. The menu is incredibly well thought out and delicious. Locally sourced food. Friendly, happy people. This place is exactly what Fayetteville needs.

Biscuits and gravy, dos hermanos coffee. Slower service but ok, as that seemed to be the case everyone in NW Ar. Just a little slower then what we're used to in Houston, TX which we always assumed was about as sluggish as it got. Not a big deal though. Cool little spot though, seems to be an old house converted which is always fun. Seems like your average farm to table restaurant. Everything was fresh and the food pretty simple, but that's the appeal! Everyone enjoyed their meals and I'd certainly stop back through to try more in the future.

Great concept! I love the idea of fresh local humanely raised foods. However, my husbands eggs were undercooked, the potatoes were dry and the service was average. Great patio, coffee and truvia and cute space. They could make some changes and this place would be above average.

We visited Farmer's Table for the first time last Saturday. First impressions are everything and it was hard to tell where you put your name in.. You have to walk to the back of the restaurant to the bar to get your name on the list. It was also super packed and they don't have many convenient places to wait indoors if the weather is cold. First impressions aside, the food was fantastic! We ordered a bbq chicken sandwich, side salad and beans and cornbread. All of it was so fresh and flavorful and it felt like eating a lovingly cooked homemade meal. I love and admire that they use local ingredients and it's very evident in the flavor! It was also super affordable which you can't often find when fresh, local ingredients are used. The quality is very apparent! Our waitress was also very attentive and never let our water glasses reach half full. We will definitely be going back.

Tried this place for breakfast and was impressed. Most breakfast menus are typical, but not here. They have traditional favorites and a few variations like the Asian omelette and Lavender Limosa. I had the Arkansawyer - eggs, sausage, grits, and the best biscuits. The lunch menu looks good too. Can't wait to try it.

    (5)
  • Charlie H.

At $11 for the Arkansawer, it's an overpriced breakfast that's just so-so. The cheese grits were a watery gruel. The Rolling Pin is better at a little more than half the price. Also took forever, even though only one other table was occupied.

Farmer's Table Cafe was delicious! I went with a friend on a Sunday morning and the restaurant was packed. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table but the staff was doing a great job at getting people seated at clean tables as quickly as people got up. I had a great cup of Hot Chocolate and ordered the Arkansawyer to eat. I ordered scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and sausage. The scrambled eggs were some of the best eggs I've ever had. They were extremely fresh and light and had the perfect amount of cheese in them. The handmade biscuits and gravy were great. I absolutely loved the freshness of the biscuit and the rich flavors of the gravy. The house potatoes and sausage were fantastic as well. I can't wait to go back and eat here again!

This restauraunt is fabulous. The fresh ingredients, the great meals, energetic staff are a wonderful addition to nwa. I had the eggs benedict and the ham biscuit and eggs were perfect. My kids loved their blt and garbanzo burger as well. I will be coming again soon.

This restaurant is excellent for people who like organic, homegrown food. I had a tasty cheeseburger on a homemade bun, chopped potatoes with a spicy dip, homemade bread, two cups of vegetable soup with chopped up bratwurst and sweet tea. The restaurant is in a refurnished home, and the atmosphere was calm and serene. Before you enter the restaurant, you should look at its garden.

Great Sunday brunch! Waited about 15-20 minutes for a table but it was a nice day outside. Excellent place, feels like moms brunch at home. Food and service was great...will be back soon.

I like the idea of local restaurants serving local food and I love that they focus on this aspect; nonetheless, the food wasn't fantastic and the service was subpar. We went around lunch time, 11/11:30, and were excited to be able to have breakfast foods. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, which wasn't bad. They were full but I wouldn't say busy. No line or anything. First, we ordered the fall dip appetizer, which is supposed to be a chorizo cheese dip and then black bean dip. The waitress brought it out, set it down, and said, "it's not black bean today, but refried bean dip" and left. It was really weird and hello, those beans aren't the same and we might have not wanted the dip! (But let's face it, we will eat anything.) The refried bean dip was boring, but the chorizo dip was really great! If asked, I would have liked double chorizo and no refried beans. Next, we had the garbanzo bean burger. It was great! Unfortunately, we also ordered the side of potatoes; they were cold and dry with poor seasoning. All we could taste was the coconut oil... We think. We also ordered biscuits and gravy, meat choice. The biscuits were undercooked in the middle, but had a stale, crispy texture outside. It was bad. And the gravy was just not good. We ordered the side of kale and we got rainbow chard. Once again, we ate it, but would have liked a heads up about the change. We waited to get our ticket for a while. There were about 10 tables and at least 2 waiters, so we were surprised by the slow service. Overall, we left full and were happy with the burger and chorizo dip, but we didn't enjoy our experience enough to come back. Oh, the coffee was good!

What a gem! quaint, personable and delicious, the Farmer's Table Cafe is a much needed local joint new to Fayetteville. The food is local, comes quickly, and is absolutely delicious. There were a few small issues (i ordered my eggs over hard, and they came over easy), but surely these wrinkles are still getting ironed out. i will most definitely be back!

I have been to Farmer's Table a few times and honestly have not been dissappointed with my choices of entrée. I have had brunch as well as lunch on different occasions and I have been pleased every time. The reason I have given this place 3 starts is because of the environment. DO NOT eat outside on the right side of the building. I have been unfortunate enough to sit out there twice now (against my will) and each time have been BOMBARDED with a flock of flies whose sole purpose is to annoy those who are unlucky enough to be seated here. I'm not sure why it is so awful in that particular area but it's almost unbearable. We had to set a plate with pieces of food on it at the far end of our table just in the hopes of distracting the hoard. The wait staff seemed to be oblivious to the swarm but the other patrons in our area were feeling our pain. It's not a bad place to eat and I would recommend this place, only if YOU SIT INSIDE! !!

  • Ryan L.

Really appreciated the local greens and humanely raised ("animal welfare-approved") meats. I had the hash, which wasn't terribly special but the single strip of bacon was delicious. Service was great even for a party of 6 outside on the deck. And they offered separate checks for all of us! They were out of the buckwheat toast but brought out another gluten-free option. I would come back to try other things on the menu.

My husband and I went to the Farmer's Table Cafe as our first meal in AR. It was the perfect start to all of the delicious food that was ahead of us on our trip. This cafe is wonderful and it is the only restaurant that we went to twice in our 7 day trip; it was that good. My husband had the Arkansawyer and I had the rise and shine dish, and both of us LOVED our choices. (Again, when we came back, we repeated our dishes) The ingredients were clearly fresh and from the farm, and coming from Illinois, I have never had bacon this fresh and amazing. When my husband had a bite of my bacon, we needed to get another side of it so he could have his own serving. The pumpkin pie and apple pie were a huge portions, and were so decadent, it was a crime to not finish them! The service was kind and friendly; it was obvious that this place was a restaurant that had regulars and many familiar and local staff and visitors. It was a great small town feel, from the intimate dining setting to the mason jar mugs, it was such a wonderful place to greet travelers. Highly recommended, a true gem!

It was nice, I ate way too much but hey its fresh, local, good ingredients so its hard not to overindulge. I had the pancakes, super yummy and fat. 2 poached eggs, again yumm factor.

Good things come to those who wait. In the case of this place, GREAT things! I've been here twice and waited a littler longer the second time around but I must tell you that it was definitely worth it! It's the place where LOCALS come to meet for breakfast! What a great atmosphere. It's what Arsaga's on the Depot and Common Grounds should aspire to be. Common Grounds should just shut its doors. There's nothing real about that place but this review is not about them. It's about my new favorite place to go for breakfast and in particular sweet potato pancakes!!

Perhaps it's the fact that when I was growing up in NWA, the best places to eat breakfast were in the same category as Luby's and Shoney's but this place was a VERY pleasant surprise. Half the reason why this place was such a refreshing change is the location. It is in what seems to be an old house. If you look closely, all of the "landscaping" is actually a collection of herbs and vegetable plants. When you walk in, it's a little crowded with the usual flannel-clad, big glassed, and bearded crowd, but you are met by a friendly wait staff that offers you a big mug of hot coffee to drink while you are waiting for a seat. If you're looking for fine china and matching chairs, this is definitely not the place. However, the location has a TON of character. The menu is not overwhelming and the selections are simple and fresh. I had the huevos rancheros and they were yummy. Being in what is obviously a hipster-inspired joint, I felt obligated to ask for the sriracha sauce. Overall, the entire experience was enjoyable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Fayetteville looking for a unique (at least to Arkansas) place to eat.

A solid breakfast spot when stopping through Fayetteville. I enjoyed the hash skillet and the house coffee. While I was a little underwhelmed with my dish, those around me enjoyed the breakfast sandwich as well as the bNg's. However, I applaud the atmosphere in a former house and a good cup of joe.

I think this restaurant was good. Amazing? Not really. It gets rave reviews, but I was underwhelmed after so much hype. We waited 35 minutes for a table, got some coffee while we waited, which we paid for at the coffee bar. We knew what we wanted when we were seated, but after ordering it was still another 15 minutes before our food arrived. My husband and I both ordered the Arkansawyer--eggs any way, bacon, biscuits and gravy and potatoes. I thought it was all decent, with the potatoes being a little on the dry overcooked side. The service was fine except for being double charged for the coffees we already paid for at the bar (they quickly fixed it when we pointed it out) But it's not a place I'd think "wow, I have to go stand and wait in cramped spaces to eat that amazing breakfast"

  • Ellie C.

If you're looking for a perfect brunch spot in NWA, this is it. The food is fresh and delicious. It's hearty comfort without that feeling afterwards of needing to exercise and not eat anything for the rest of the day. It's obviously that a lot of care is put into the food. I suggest the French toast and house potatoes that will leave you wanting double of both once you're finished. The price is also refreshing... Cheaper than going to a place like Village Inn, and bigger portions of much better, more satisfying food. Don't miss an opportunity to treat yourself to a breakfast as breakfast was meant to be!

Ate here for the first time while visiting family for the holidays from Portland, OR. Originally from Fayetteville, I greatly appreciate this type of place. The kind staff, the good food, and the quaint environment reminds me why Fayetteville will always be considered 'home'. The Farmer's Table could easily give any place in Portland a run for its money!

Love the food, the atmosphere, and the staff is very nice. That being said, I would change a few things. Seating is very limited, it is a small place, and no one wants to sit on the deck during winter time. If you are waiting for seats inside then it feels like you are hovering over the other patrons. The bar area does not seemed to get used very much that would be a perfect area for bar tables to stand at or maybe some more seating. When you walk in the front door there is not much direction as to what you are supposed to do. Do you seat yourself or wait for someone. There needs to be a sign. It would be nice if you were acknowledged. We waited almost 10 minutes before any staff came to us. Still, this restaurant has a lot of potential and the food is wonderful!

Excellent place for brunch! Went on a Saturday and sat out on the patio! It was delightful. The coffee was hot and the bacon was AMAZING! Those two things add up to 5 stars in my book! They speak about using local ingredients from farmers in the area which is all the rage right now and something that I do enjoy knowing. It makes me feel good about myself in some small, pathetic way as if I am responsible for contributing to other people's well being as if they would destitute without me enjoying the food at this restaurant. But overall an A+ from me, but get there early because the place fills up on Saturday morning. We arrived around 8 and by 9 people were waiting for tables.

New place. Review based on 2 experiences and numerous conversations that have happened among my peers. Great Concept! Great Fresh Local(when available) food. Trendy, young atmosphere. Food is good, service is personable and good. Here is the problem, which can and I assume will be fixed. Execution, and I don't mean food placement/plate presentation or garnishments. Everything they do is so close to being great, but most of it relies entirely on the freshness and quality of the product being used. We will continue to eat here as I overheard the manager/owner telling a table that they were going to try a new menu starting next week. I think that that is a great idea, but they could just fine tune what they are already serving and make those dishes great. Portions are fairly small, so if you have a big appetite, you may want to order big. Prices are cheap, which is in no way how I evaluate food, but worth mentioning. There needs to be some BIG flavors added to a few selections As always this will not be my only review of this place, I update as I go.

Fantastic food and service but the wait was terrible. We had the Benny and Arkansawyer and you can definitely tell the food is home made from scratch. Biscuits and eggs were delicious. The waitress constantly refilled our coffee and water. Bad news: we waited an hour for food after ordering.

Since opening, they've really stepped up their game. I eat here at least once a week and haven't had a single meal that wasn't a solid five stars. And that includes no more overcooked eggs :) Love this place!

I had high hopes for The Farmers Table. The locally grown, gluten & vegan friendly model seemed like the kind of place I'd want to be. I was also attracted to the fact that it's in an adorable old house w a nice patio area. I was even prepared to wait 30 minutes for a table (the reviews had warned about long, cramped wait times). Unfortunately I was disappointed with the experience. The wait time was the worst. I got there at 10:15, was seated at 11:00, and got my food at 11:40. My eggs Benedict were barely warm. It was nice to have ham that was apparently cruelty free, but I'm not sure that justifies an hour and half wait with average quality preparation. The lady behind me was complaining to the chef about the quality of her pancakes. I will say that their butter was amazing and it is to their credit that they offered us complimentary pie to make up for our wait. But then we had to wait for them to warm the pie in the oven and ended up getting it to go.

I created a yelp account just to post this review. The building and concept were interesting and fresh for Fayetteville. We arrived at 9:30am on Saturday and luckily scored a table. The service was prompt and efficient. The coffee was overly dark and somewhat burnt. Our order was taken accurately. Food was prompt to show up, almost as if it was already waiting. It appeared so when it arrived at the table. My over medium eggs came out as a raw over easy. The potatoes were lukewarm, and they were oddly over seasoned. The biscuits were very good, but the gravy on them was just okay. The locally sourced sausage looked like dog food, and honestly tasted accordingly. I went to this place because yelp has never steered me wrong before. Breakfast for two with tip was almost $30. I am in town visiting from the Seattle, WA area, and I couldn't have been more disappointed with food quality. It's not that hard to make a simple, quality breakfast. Don't overthink it.
