Very fresh, and very tasty burgers and fresh cut, perfectly seasoned fries! The delivery is only after 5:00. Prices could be a little bit lower I'm guessing, but a premium burger that is well taken care of, is going to cost a little more. Reminds me a lot of Five Guys, which is a good thing! Can't wait to branch out a little on their menu, like trying their garden burger.

Excellent burgers, I give them 5 stars and they are the best I've had in Fayetteville. Small hole in the wall place, very friendly staff and high quality ingredients. Creative selections on burger choices and they will make them however you would like. The fries are at time a bit greasy for my taste, but they do use real potatoes cut thin which is a plus. Don't want to miss having one of their fine burgers!

Best burger in town. Far superior to Hugo's (blasphemy, I know). Sure it's a small joint. Can be hard to find a spot to sit during busy hours, but worth it. Everything is fresh, fries are terrific, and the fried mushrooms are spectacular. Also, the best crab cake sandwich in the area, hands down. Give it a shot. Highly recommended.

It smelled delicious. But the prices for just the burger were crazy. A meal for two was going to cost over $30 and that was just burgers and fries. The young lady at the counter said that the amount of fries would fill a to-go container. So we had decided on just I one order of fries. so that would be two burgers and one order of fries no drinks for a total of 28.00.

The burger is one of the best in town. If you want a true old fashion big burger this is the place to go. The fries are fresh cut and AMAZING. Its a little hole in the wall but a true gem for the west side of Fayetteville.

This place maybe a hole in the wall but the burgers are nothing to sneeze at. I had the junior burger with a fried egg and the brioche bun and it was perfect. Not too big, not too small and the egg was just a little runny ( as all eggs should be). We split an order of fries, which I'm glad we did because the portions are huge. The cashier was friendly and helped us navigate the menu and pointed out the more popular items. I will definitely be going back.

Figured I would give them another shot. This time I just ordered the fried okra and the stuffed jalapeños. The jalapenos were really tasty, but there was too much batter so it was quite doughy. The okra I actually gave away because it was nasty. It has the snotty-slimy texture that makes you gag when you eat it. My friend had the double with a fried egg and said that he could have made it better at home. Its just not worth going back.

I never know what to expect when dining at a "hole-in-the-wall" restaurant such as The Burger Patti. I parked there for a meal, and found out they serve a great burger. The Burger Patti is located in a rather small strip building that they share with two other businesses; I literally passed by it numerous times, and did not even recognize the fact that it was there. I would say I got lucky one day, and recognized the fact that it was there. Well, I can definitely say that it was a trip, and a meal, well worth it. The Burger Patti serves the basics of a burger & fries place: burgers and fries. There's not too much else on the menu, but they do have some menu items that could get a non-beef sandwich enthusiast, such as the turkey burger or the chicken fried chicken sandwich. When I walked into the building, I immediately noticed that one of the employees there was eating a meal with food that they serve; what that tells me is ... if an employee is willing to eat their own food, it must be good (kind of like the whole "cannot trust a chef who does not eat what they cook" saying.) My sandwich of choice was the "Mexi-burger" with avocado added with a side of fries. The burger was one of the better burgers I have had. I looked at the beef patty, and could just see the tasty spices cooked in the burger, and the fries seemed to be covered in the same spices. Also, the burger was rather large, and could be enough to feed two decently hungry people. However, there are only about four or five tables, and only about enough seating for about 14-16 people. I did not go there during a busy time, but if it did get super busy, I could see seating being an issue for those who want to dine-in. Ultimately, I recommend The Burger Patti for a good local burger. Thanks to the burger's taste, I could definitely see myself going back in again for another meal.

Always fresh, fast, friendly and spot on price wise. Burgers are above the standard. If you find that you need a burger fix try them out. I've had the garden burger, House burger, fries and stuffed jalapenos. I've been very pleased with everything.

Love this burger joint! Friendly staff and always good burgers. Fries are enough to share for two. I always add avocado to my burger and it's always fresh. They even have a reward program!

If I could separate the food from the service and location they would be marked very differently. The food is really good and deserves 4 stars. I enjoyed the use of pepper in the beef and on the fries. There are great options to jazz it up a bit too if you are so inclined. The bun was a bit dry. The girl that took our order smelled of fresh cigarettes and was a real 'bowl of sunshine'. Fortunately, she didn't make any of the food. I think a different location would help this place as I try to steer clear of West Fayetteville with all those strip malls and heavy traffic.
