This place is the perfect microcosm of the randomness of the Northwest Arkansas area. This place was located for years on Dickson Street. Then for some reason it moved north of town out near an old drive-in theater. Strange location. The food is okay but I don't think it's as good as it was at the original location. And do not order a pizza, because it will take about 45 minutes. It's inexplicable really. Places open and close at random, it's not really based on whether they're good or not. It's just the way it is in this area. It was that way 25 years ago, and although people want to say it has changed, it's still like it was in 1988.

I was in there with family for the first time yesterday (1/29) and was disappointed. Based on reviews I read here, I did not have high hopes but we gave it a shot anyways. Service was definitely good. Very friendly and fairly prompt delivery of drinks and food. I had the Steak & Eggs off the Brunch menu. It was a lot of food for $10.95 but not exactly good food. About 1/3 of my steak was gristle. The eggs were nothing to write home about. The toast was pretty soggy and the hash browns were mush. Someone else in the group had a burger and they said it tasted just like a regular old burger. Nothing to justify the price. Bottom line, pretty good service, unique atmosphere, and crappy food.

Decent place, breakfast all day Saturday & Sunday. I really like the catfish Po' Boy. Really good bread makes it a great sandwich. Other menu items are good. Pizzas are fine too. Nothing is gourmet but that's not what they try to do here. A ++ French dip too. Service is very good and consistent.

I've only ever had appetizers and drinks at this place and it was pretty unimpressive. The pizza tasted like any frozen pizza you'd get in a grocery store, the rest of the options were all fried and pretty bland. The drinks were a little too pricey even for the simple cocktails.

I came in on a Sunday around 11:30 for brunch. We were sat in a booth next to a large community of elderly people. It took about 3 minutes before the waitress even got our drink orders which was annoying considering we were in a hurry. We asked the waitress for her favorite dish and she said she didn't like any of the food which turned us off. I ordered an omelette with ham and green peppers. It was an hour before our food got to us, a little warning would have been nice. The food was average at best and the toast was burnt. I asked for some more and they refused. We left without paying, enraged. I will not be returning.

Low key, under the radar spot. Friendly and fast staff, local beers and solid grub. Burger is full of flavor especially with grill sauce. Fries are cooked perfectly.

It pains me to write this review as I frequented OTC/The Grill while it was on Dickson during my college years. I always found great food there, especially after a long Saturday night. Last night's Razorbacks debacle against Texas Tech left me me in need of "comfort food" and OTC popped into my head. I ignored the Yelp reviews... this was my first mistake. Other reviews that highlight a good wait staff that serves meals incorrectly, cold and very very late (1 hr wait for our food today) should be heeded. A great local restaurant that sadly has lost my long-standing Fayetteville patronage. OTC probably doesn't need me or my family's business based on the crowd they had today, but let this be a warning to anyone who wants to live in nostalgia.... or wants a meal (a) in a timely fashion, (b) warm to hot and/or (c) as you ordered it. I had given this place a couple of chances in recent years with lackluster results. This is the final kick at the can for me. Special note: the wait staff tried to make it right in the end - which is admirable - but too late for this patron. Too many other options in Fayetteville that are more convenient to get to.

The catfish here is unparalleled. The batter is thin and crisp, so you can enjoy the flesh of the fish and not gag on batter. Take note: the pies and crust are made from scratch. This is a family owned business which used to be on Dickson Street (a long time ago). I like to get the appetizer plate of catfish and a house salad, so I can focus on 'what is important.'

Comfortable, family friendly environment with classic American cuisine. We enjoyed the Hot Corner, which was a burger patty with American cheese, onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, lettuce on whole wheat bread. The fries were delicious too. Nothing beats a good burger and a local beer.

I've been going here for years and it's one of my favorite places in town. The service is always outstanding. Wendy, my favorite waitress, always knows what I want when I walk in the door, but gives me a chance to change it up if I'd like. Portions are huge and I always split. There is no charge AND they separate it out in the kitchen for you. The drinks are stiff, the food is the best type of American comfort food, you can play pool and there is even a cute little gift shop. I would recommend this hometown gem to any visitor! All the locals already go there all the time!

French Dip is best thing on menu - REAL French fries! Fun shopping in the little gift shop attached when open.

I hadn't been here yet but a friend kept telling me to try it. My husband didn't want to because he thought it looked bad from the outside. Well he was mistaken. The inside of the restaurant is much nicer than you'd expect and the food was a pleasant surprise. The only reason I'm only doing 4 stars is because I need to eat inside the restaurant to get the full experience. I plan on doing that but this time was just a to-go order. I'll say this, it was one of the best reuben sandwich's I've ever had. They had very good corned beef and plenty of kraut & dressing. The marble rye was perfect and the fries are fresh and hand cut. It was great and I'll be back for sure.

Lots of menu options but nothing fabulous. The salmon salad was recommended but it was below-average. Salmon was under-seasoned and the salad was plain. Service was attentive though and we could not have asked for a nicer waitress. Just wish she had something better to bring to the table.

We had dinner there this past Friday night. We were drawn there by an ad on Facebook indicating they would have Prime Rib. This was our second time eating at ROTC since they moved off of Dickson Street. The service was a bit quirky but acceptable. The meal included a house salad, a large baked potato, a vegetable medley of green beans and mushrooms, and a large piece of toasted French bread. The salad was a simple mixed green salad with no noteworthy characteristics. It served as something to nosh on while waiting on our main course. The prime rib was everything you would want it to be. A hearty cut cooked, and seasoned perfectly. After the first bite the conversation stopped and the only sounds coming from our table were moans of enjoyment. The potato was large and hot, the green bean medley was not and was very oily. The steak was so good that we have invited several family members to go with us this Friday to try it out. Update: Invited the family for Prime Rib. Steak was excellent but the service was shaky. The food was good enough to overcome the service.
