The country fried steak is not very good. I don't recommend it. Most food at Logan's is good and the service is good. Sometimes I think I will just go to Logan's for the bread. It is wonderful,

Next time you feel like throwing peanut shells on the floor, I suggest avoiding Logans - for same or better food and better customer service, try Colton's instead. Logan's food is fine, I don't recall anything bad here, nor anything you can't ge elsewhere. But twice I've experienced customer service issues here - rare for me anywhere. Most recently the restaurant did not to know about their nut-e club (which they avertise instore) and refused a coupon they sent us. They suggested we printed our own coupon, embarrassed us in front of others. To make it worse, Logan's contacted me after I submitted a review, to inform me they don't have coupons. Seems the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I think they want me to change my review, not sure how this response could accomplish that. With so many rich choices in the Fayetteville market with similar food but better customer service, I can't imagine why I'd ever go back to Logan's.

It's your typical franchise steakhouse that offers complimentary bread rolls and peanuts that you toss the shells on the ground. My server did a good job. My steak was fine. My sides of sweet potato fries and steamed broccoli weren't shabby.

Service was good and attentive. Four of us ate there and each of us liked our food. I wasn't too fond of the shrimp but found the steak great. I would go back and just order a steak or one of their salads.

Went there about 2 PM July 5, 2013. We were seated in a booth in the bar. We looked across the way toward the kitchen area and could see about 3 waiters/waitresses just tacking. It seemed like 5 minutes before we ever saw a waiter. A young man by the name of Joe took care of us. He in himself was very nice and did a pretty decent job. We had to ask 2 times to have the music turned down. I ordered a bread free burger with cheese. I came barely Luke warm and it tasted like the old soy burgers at school. Just awful. It had been a long time since we had been there, at least a couple of years, because our time before was not so great either. Heads up. They seemed to be crowded all the time meaning one would think they are good. Personally, we're 0-2. Maybe the beer is good.

Our favorite place for wonderful pork chops, and baked potatoes. Ask for Alyssa, she's the manager, she's amazing!

Real good, as chains go. Pretty decent and cheap weekly plate deal, too.

Our experience included having a margarita & a glass of reisling, watching the Mavs beat the Heat. We ended up requesting our meal to go as the resturant was REALLY dirty (like I was 6 inches taller from the peanut shells) However, once they found out were rooting for the RIGHT team the frowns & short answers stopped. Great food, but PLEASE WORK ON $10 tips. U got it because we got it :-)

I see some really bad reviews for the place on here, but it isn't a 1 star for sure. I have been several times and the rolls are always awesome and the steaks are actually pretty good. I have tried the ribs and found them to be "Meh..." The shrimp is standard fare (outta the frozen bag). The trick is to fill up on peanuts and the awesome rolls... I really like the rolls.. did I mention that? Logan's is the place you go when you are in a large group and you can't decide on a restaurant.

In SoCal terms, this place is like a cross between a Chili's, Lucille's, and Red Robin. They actually do have several locations in Cali, but in boonie areas. It's one of those restaurants where you get to eat peanuts, then throw the shells on the floor. It's fun at first, but gets old fast. There's something unsettling about hearing the crunch sound underneath your feet. We came in here for a late lunch and the place was expectedly quiet. The menu was filled with your usual burgers, ribs, and steaks. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, so I simply ordered chicken tenders with fries at a whopping $10. I could get better tasting and bigger chicken strips at half the price somewhere else. Their bread rolls are okay. It's light and fluffy, brushed lightly with butter on top. If I was really hungry, I could probably destroy about a dozen of these soft bread pillows.

I like the place. The food is typically good and the service is usually a little above average. I eat here about 2-3 times a month. I'm not going to claim that it's the best place in town but you go here expecting certain food that tastes a certain way and decent service and that's exactly what you get. If I wanted high class I'd go to Ruth's Cris. It's exactly what you expect from the time you walk in till the time you walk out. The prices compare to just about any typical chain restaurants. Red Robin, Chili's, Applebees, Colton's, etc.

I went there today. I am/was shocked. This place is a lot like a Coulton's steak house but with probably a better selection on it's menu. The service was not very good at all. We were sat and it took at least 20 minutes for our server to come to our table. There were like 10-15 waiters just sitting around chatting. There were only 10-16 customers. The atmosphere was very much like a Coulton's steakhouse all the way down to eating peanuts and throwing the shells on the floor. The really bad deal breaker is one person I was with ordered a cheeseburger with Swiss cheese. When the food FINALLY came they gave her a Cheeseburger with Pepper Jack Cheese. Now that isn't awful, I mean mistakes happen but what happened next was surely a health violation. After the waiter left and was gone for a good 10-15 minutes doing what I really don't know. We had to flag down a different waiter and send the sandwich back. A little bit afterwards the original waiter brought the cheeseburger with the Swiss cheese on it. Cool...then he told us...Yeah I had to go get this one off the other table, they had ordered the one with the pepper jack and the order got switched! HELLO? WTF? OK the order got switched...but I know my friend had already touched and prodded on the burger with the pepper jack and I am sure the other table had done the same with her sandwich! Take then both back and make new ones that haven't been handled by other people! But no he set it there and left! At the end of it the manager came by and said hey, sorry but here is a free appetizer on me. Of course my friend got charged for a sandwich that was not edible and they didn't even offer to make good or anything. That has got

I really hate to give a bad review. When I go into a restaurant, I want them to do well and I want to have a good experience and good food. However, I think it is fair to let you know my experience. I am a first time visitor to Logan's and very likely the last time. But first the good (meaning, "why I gave 2-stars and not 1"). When we walked in, we were seated promptly. The server was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. We asked some questions which she gave excellent recommendations. During the meal, she checked in regularly, glasses were refilled on time, and when we had issues (boy, did we have issues!) she was quick to solve them in the way she could. For that, we tipped well, because the faults I am about to mention had nothing to with the server. Now the bad: - After ordering a lemonade, it took 10 minutes, yes 10 MINUTES for it to make it to our table. I know this was not the server's fault, because we were sitting near the bar and I had my eye on the bartender the whole time. - Speaking of the bartender, he was far more interested in talking to his buddies sitting at the bar than making drinks. Even while making drinks, he continued to laugh and have a great time with his friends, while not really paying much attention to what he was making. I was happy our lemonade tasted fine. - We both ordered Caesar salad. My ordered her dressing on the side. When it came, there was a piece of tin or metal IN THE DRESSING!! We told our server, who promptly got a new one, metal-free. I am thankful for the servers promptness, but what are the cooks doing back in the kitchen by not seeing this before it came out? And why a chunk of metal?! Something weird happening..... - My wife ordered the steak skewer with he veggie skewer. She ordered medium-rare. When they came out, the first problem was the veggie skewer. It was char-black. Ew! We told the server, and she quickly took it away and got a new one. Interestingly, it only too maybe 30sec for her to do this. Are these things pre-made and just sitting out? Made me wonder what other shortcuts Logan's was taking.... mmmmmm - As for the steak skewer, it was well-done. We did not send our server again because it would have the third time and my wife would have had to wait to eat. So she ate as much of the beef jerkey as she could. - As for my food, I ordered a full rack of ribs with a side of sweet potato fries. The Fries were obviously frozen from like walmart or something. Ew! Why not cut your own potatoes? More shortcuts again. The rack of ribs looked dry when I got them, even though they were covered in some kind of BBQ sauce. The sauce was bland and the ribs were dry (i.e., over cooked). We again said nothing to our server because then it would have been another 20-30min before we would eat and we were pretty much read y to get out. About ten minutes after we left, both of us had stomach aches for the rest of the night. Overall: great service (although when there are multiple mistakes from the kitchen, the manager should stop by, apologize, and do something about the check. Oh well. Poor management) and bad food. Not recommended. Spend you money elsewhere. I am sure glad we had a giftcard.
