Place very clean, customer service average at that time of day 12:30pm student looked board an unenthused. Ordered lunch roll's bento box. It was good and fresh but very commercial. I will still prefer migies sushi over this place, but if you want commercial manufactured sushi in a clean place and have never had real sushi this is the place .... Not bad but not a 10. Its a 7

Teriyaki chicken tasted old and dry. The vegetables were soggy and cold. I ate two bites and couldn't bring myself to eat anymore. My husband and I paid for this horrible meal and then went to another restaurant. We won't be going back. Save your money, this place has really gone down hill.

The best place for sushi! Always super fast when eating in or take out! Highly recommended!!

What a DISAPPOINTMENT!! The price for a dinner box was $15 for only two choices, and $18 for three choices. I ordered the tempura and beef teriyaki. OH MY...why would you put green peppers in with the beef? This is not traditional Japanese food. They are far from it. The miso soup had mushrooms in it.....YUK!!! The salad dressing was horrible. Sorry KOBE you are not all that for what you charge. Never to return!!!

Talk about awful !! If you want a giant pile of mayo and want to overpay for a plate of stir fry , then this is the place for you . Their signature sushi roll is the Kobe roll, a Cali roll topped with the most mayo drenched imitation crab meat I've ever seen . Impossible to pick up with chop sticks. The fish is never that fresh, because it's all frozen. The tuna has appeared dried up on multiple occasions. The lo mien is not a wheat noodle like it's supposed to be , but some kind of linguini , and is extremely greasy. The red snapper is talapia, I've seen the package they take it out of. The hibachi chefs are obviously drinking the vodka they use to light the grills . I've only seen one or two of them actually do an impressive show . There service is ok , most of the servers are friendly and helpful enough , but the exact opposite is true about the owners and manager .

Food is over priced for what it is (fairly tasteless), and a HORRIBLE staff. The biggest complaint I have on this establishment is the staff. The servers don't know what they are doing, they are rude, and slow about everything. Part of this I blame on the management for giving the servers sections they cannot handle. I have gone their twice and both times ended up highly disappointed. The last time I was in I had a server who had tables all over the place, took over 15 minutes to greet my table, another 15 to bring us drinks, and after being told about an allergy brought food to the table that couldn't be eaten therefore making that one person have to wait. When the manager was confronted the only thing that was said was sorry, here's a gift card. I didn't think this resolved anything. All in all not a place I will be returning to.

This is my go to place for sushi when im in Fayetteville. Their fired rice is the best in town.

Every single thing that was put on the grill had a slab (what looked like 1 to 2 cups) of butter added to it as well as what looked like a quarter cup of salt. That adds up when you think of each thing that's cooked per meal... Rice, noodles, vegetables, and then your choice of meat. This resulted in salty and greasy food.

Granite it was late at night but... On the way back from a wedding rehearsal we could not decide on a place to eat. Finally we decided shogun. We passed by this place and decided to try something different than the normal shogun. Food took forever, wait staff was inexperienced. Food was less than mediocre. Against my better judgement I was in the mood for fried rice AND steak (usually doesn't go together) but none the less the stomach wants what the stomach wants. Rice was "OK" steak was like an old boot sole.

Best sushi in NWA. The freshest rolls I've had. Great nigiri and sashimi as well. You won't regret this place.

Come hungry. You can't stop eating because the variety is so good. Miso soup had mushrooms in it, which is NOT traditional but still ok.

We ate here for a birthday party and there was a really long blond hair found in the fried rice. It took forever to find the waiter to tell him. Once we found him, he held the hair up in the air and stated that he didn't have anyone in the kitchen with that color/length of hair. He took the plate and replaced it with a new plant without rice. He asked if we wanted a free piece of cheesecake. UMMM NO! Then he told us that her plate would be discounted. When we received the ticket, they took the rice off the ticket but still charged for everything else. After dealing with the waiters mouthiness, the manager came over and she wanted to charge her for everything but the rice as well. Finally they took the meal off but charged for a $2 tea. Don't go to this place. Very humid and sticky feeling in the restaurant and smells weird as well.

Kobe has awesome sushi. This place is in my top 3 choices for sushi in the NWA area. You must try the Lobster tail roll. A bit pricey but definitely worth it! Firecracker roll is pretty awesome as well. Never had a problem with service. The decor is interesting though as it use be a former American restaurant so it has a "cabin-y" look with a touch of japanese/sushi decor. I'm a repeat customer here. Never tried their hibachi grill, but their entrees are pretty awesome as well.
