Diabetics at Jamba Juice:
Eating good food at the right time can control your blood sugar, also stop you from craving wrong sort of food. Jamba Juice offers drinks in three separate sizes: 16, 24, and 32-ounce. You can choose the lowest serving size and cut down on sugars and calorie intake. If you're diabetic and concerned about the sugar intake, then you can opt for the smaller 9.5-ounce smoothies available for kids at Jamba Juice.
Foods to Avoid at Jamba Juice for Diabetics:
Jamba Juice is primarily known for its highly satisfying and nutritive smoothies and juices. Almost every smoothie and juice item on the Jamba Juice menu contains sugar. Diabetics are recommended to opt for smaller serving size while ordering at Jamba Juice. Also, avoid opting for creamy treats as all the smoothies offered in this category contain a load of sugars.
Keep the sugar content below 50g per meal at Jamba Juice and ensure that you don't follow it with a heavy meal. A small size regular smoothie is equivalent to a meal for everyone. Classic smoothies at Jamba Juice are also heavily loaded with sugars. Stay away from that section if you are a diabetic.

I have been looking for a good seafood place since moving from southeast Texas. I loved the oysters and the snow crab in the bag. Be ready for a tasty and messy meal. The fried oreos were AMAZING! I will definitely go again. I want to try the crab claw drink next time.

SO DELICIOUS! If you want fresh seafood, and not at a chain restaurant then this is your place. Came with a friend and we got two pounds of snow crab legs in the Cajun seasoning. It definitely had a kick but the overall flavor was to die for. I will definitely be coming back again and again! *also prepare to get messy!

Had dinner with my daughter and her friend here Saturday night April 25th . Was seated right away and the waitress Allison came right over to take drink and appetizer orders. Alligator bites and crawfish tails were excellent, very well seasoned and fresh and hot. Drinks came out right away as well. No utensils which confused us at first but the waitress explained that it was that way because most of the appetizers were finger foods. That was fine because we didn't need them. We ordered crawfish, shrimp and catfish. All were excellent and well seasoned. Daughter ordered the key lime pie and said it was good except the crust was not firm annd looked undercooked. Fried oreos were very good according to her friend. Overall it was a very good experience and I will definitely go back again. Bobby

The food is delicious here!! Some friends and I went on Wednesday for the Oyster deal (50 cents each). They were delicious!!! I also ordered a pound of shrimp in a bag with some delicious potatoes and corn (definitely get the corn). The seasoning I chose was the woo pig soooiee with medium heat and it was AMAZINGLY good. I know the seasoning is their secret but I wished they had it for sale because I would totally buy it. lol I see a lot of bad reviews about the service, luckily it wasn't busy so we were seated right away and our waiter got our drinks and food out pretty quick. He filled up our drinks and checked up ok us twice. I thought he did a pretty good job. Anyways, I am sooooo excited to return!! Sucks that they didn't have crawfish, dungeness crabs or king crabs because of it being out of season they said. Hopefully everything on the menu will be available on my next visit to town.

Service was friendly and prompt. Bartender greeted us when we walked in and seated us. Allison served us and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The boiled clams were garlicky delicious. Messy, but that is what it is.
(3)James D.
Horrible sums it up. Service was terrible. Waiter did not know the menu at all and had to be flagged down for refills and napkins. I got the shrimp poboy... it had exactly 4 shrimp. I asked no mayo and was assured it would have none. It came literally dripping with it. I asked fir a replacement and thr same exact sandwich came out with the mayo scraped off. I then asked for s manager who argued poboys always have mayo... that may be in her mind but it makes no difference I asked for none.. I finally got a 4 shrimp poboy with cold shrimp which i am convinced was taken off the first poboy. My wife ordered the alligator sandwich and it tasted like a salt lick... so much in fact I am sure my BP jumped up. We will not bother to go back and fight the horrible parking and food.

Man food was amazing great amazing; my complements to the chef . Crab couldn't get better. Oysters best around nwa . But the service was bad food took like 45 minutes and that entire time we weren't checked on once by our waitress .
(3)Sumi W.
My boyfriend and I came here for an early dinner. There was no one there. We ordered a dozen oysters and a pound of shrimp. The oysters smelled like they had been sitting out to long and the shrimp was so hard to peel we couldn't eat them. The service was very slow. They don't even have silverware. Will not be going back. I was really looking forward to eating here was very disappointed
(1)Katina R.
Very disappointed! Service was poor, seafood gross, and out of several things. I asked for check and said I would pay for food even though we did not eat food. They tried to make us stay, felt trapped. Go to bentonville and eat at fish city so much better.

Incredible food at Juicy Tails! The gals that waited on us were helpful and friendly. We brought a birthday cake for my 5 year old niece and they brought it out with candles and sang to her too. I will be returning!

Oh Juicy Tails, how I seriously wanted to really like you, but however, my experiences there have resulted in me writing this 2-star review. My group had found this restaurant earlier in the day on Yelp, and was looking forward to the food choices at Juicy Tails. This place seemed exciting as a new alternative seafood restaurant. However, afterwards, the experience became rather poor. My group was seated and served by a female server who seemed to know nothing about what was happening with their menu, or for that matter, customer service at all. The server first told us the menu items that they did not have (due to running out of the items.) Then, I had a question about the "Softshell crab Po'boy": being unfamiliar with what "softshell crab" is, I specifically asked the server if the meat in a Softshell crab Po'boy is pulled crab meat from the shell out on the Po'boy: the server said "yes", so I ordered it. The other items we had ordered were a crawfish étouffée for me, and a catfish meal and chicken gumbo for the other person in my group. When we received the food, instead of getting an étouffée and a gumbo, we were given 2 gumbos. And, then I learned what "softshell crab" truly is: basically a whole crab that recently shed its shell, leaving a "softshell" on the crab, and basically leaving the crab served whole. The server had provided me the wrong answer regarding the food, and I had no desire to eat it. After the server passed by my table THREE TIMES to attend a table with three college men, (and not providing us the ketchup the server asked if we wanted when our food came out), she asked us about 10 minutes later if we liked our food. I told the server about the fact that softshell crab is NOT pulled crab meat (like she said it was): she said that she thought I was talking about one of their "oyster" menu items; I never even once said the word "oyster" that entire day (so I have no idea how there was ANY confusion.) The server ended up taking the softshell crab Po'boy off the bill, but that did not make up for the other service issues (such as the ketchup we never received, or the fact that we received two gumbos.) in addition, the server was in a terrible mood after she took the sandwich off the bill, and it showed, rushing past the table to avoid interacting with my table. I have no desire to go back to Juicy Tails. However, the food that I did eat was decently good, so it wasn't a total bust.
(2)Sam G.
Surprised me at how tasty the food was. Don't go if you don't like getting messy. Bib worthy (they'll even put it on for you). Had the crab legs and crawfish. The sauce is awesome. 90's throwback music, a full bar, and cool sinks.
(5)Barbie T.
The food was really really good!!!! Happily surprised!!!! Great service. Prompt, efficient and I could not have been happier with our experience. Oysters on the half shell, gumbo and fried crawfish tails!!!! Yummy!!!! Hubby had fried shrimp and okra!!!! John was our bartender and was wonderful!!!!
(4)Jeanie S.
When we went there the food and service was good. Then we went back and was very disappointed in the food and service. The sausage was loaded with grissel and was absolutely gross, won't be going back!

Long story (review?) short: Absolutely delicious, mouthwatering food. Awful, practically non-existent service. A friend and I went here on a Saturday night a few weeks ago. There was a wait when we arrived, so we opted to sit at the bar and have a drink until our name was called. Even sitting at the bar, directly in front of the bartender, it still took a good 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. On the plus side, they had $5 margaritas that night, which were delicious and well made. While seated at the bar, a guy came up and tried to order a sweet tea, to which the bartender immediately barked, "We're out." The man seemed a little flustered, and asked if he could just get unsweet tea with some sugar. If you've got tea and sugar, how do you run out of sweet tea? We were seated soon after by the hostess and given menus. After about 15 minutes, our server still hadn't been by. Luckily since we were seated directly next to the hostess station, we were able to ask her questions about the menu, since we had a lot of them and our server had yet to make an appearance. The hostess explained everything to us, including the "bag" system, different levels of heat, and seasoning available. FYI, for those of you whose server is as inattentive as ours: the Woo Pig Sooie seasoning is a combo of the three that are available. We opted for a bag of crawfish, snow crab legs, some potatoes, an ear of corn, and sausage, on medium heat with the WPS seasoning. We also got a dozen oysters as an appetizer. The hostess had told us none of the seafood was frozen, but I have my doubts about the oysters. I've had plenty of both fresh and frozen oysters to know the difference, and these definitely weren't fresh. Granted for frozen, they were pretty good, and we slurped them down. It took awhile for our food to come out, which is understandable given the nature of what they offer, but during that time our water glasses remained empty and the tray of oyster leftovers didn't get removed, even though we had piled everything up and pushed it to the far end of the table. We eventually just went directly up to the bar for another margarita, since our server had been by our table exactly once in the half hour since we had been seated, when he got our initial order. We saw several other patrons seated in the bar area do the same. Our food came, which our server unceremoniously dumped onto our table and then scurried off without asking if we needed anything else. Which we did - lemons, cocktail sauce, etc. Once again the hostess helped us out, and put in another drink order for us. The food was delicious, but they had given us 2 ears of corn and no sausage. We brought it to the hostess' attention, and a few minutes later our server appeared with a baggie of plain sausage, no seasoning added, and plopped it onto the table. An acquaintance who is also a server there stopped by our table to chat and noticed the bag of unseasoned sausage, so he took it back to the kitchen for us so it could be properly seasoned, which I was grateful for because it was absolutely delicious. The medium seasoning was pretty spicy in my opinion. Not so spicy it was unpleasant, but enough to where our always-empty water glasses were quite noticeable and annoying. We finished every bite of food and then waited a good while for our check. I think in all, we were there for a little over 2 hours. Like I said, the food was a hit. Other than the small oversight with the sausage, everything was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to go back, if not for the absolutely atrocious service. All the servers I saw seemed extremely young and inexperienced. It was odd too, because they were constantly running everywhere, yet no one ever seemed to get any service. Having more experienced wait staff who have waited tables before in a high volume restaurant would do this place a world of good. I'm really hopeful this happens soon, because I would hate to see this place go under - it's so delicious and unique to this area! One last thing - each table would benefit mightily from having a roll of quality paper towels available. For food like this, a tiny napkin dispenser with cafeteria grade napkins just doesn't cut it. You might as well be wiping your hands with a kitten. I wish Juicy Tails the best of luck, but if they don't step up the service, they'll be gone in 6 months!
(3)Lacey G.
I ate here today, went about 4:30 or so, so it was completely dead so unlike many other reviewers I had excellent service. My waiter was attentive and not over bearing. I got the crawfish bag, medium heat with the woo pig sooie spice option and I added an ear of corn. My food I found to be very good, the corn was by far my favorite part.. I should have gotten 2, and I felt like the price was very fair for what I got. Now to why my rating is only 3 stars, my boyfriend got the Catfish basket, now maybe it was just a bad day but he found it to be bland and not at all appetizing, and we both noticed the portion (of catfish, there were a TON of fries) seemed small for the price. Like I said before there is a chance it was just a bad day to order the catfish but we decided that we probably will not return to this restaurant.
(3)Jeff R.
Tonight, service was just barely ok, our waitress was running around like her head was cut off. Then to order, the waitress finally showed up to take our order, we had to ask about the menu. She explained it very well. We ordered Oysters on the half shell and shrimp in the woo pig sooie sauce. She comes back to tell us they were out of Oysters, that they sold out last night. The Shrimp came the potatoes were great, but the shrimp was way over cooked. After 3 or 4 of over cooked shrimp, I asked to see the Manager, he comes over to the table only to tell me the shrimp are just fine and that I don't know what I am talking about. I asked for my check and when we leave he is basically sleeping at the bar. I think the idea is great just the people are carrying it out!!!!
(1)Jonathan N.
The food was good. Our server was good, but we overheard another server taking an order for crawfish when they were out. We left before he had to go back and give them the bad news. They were out of a few items on the menu and didn't have a kids' menu. The experience was fine, but Spicy Tails doesn't have the vibe of a place that will be open in 6 months.
(3)Terry T.
Nice idea for a restaurant, good food, reasonably priced. Definitely going back. It was almost too spicy for my wife and we got medium, so be wary if don't like it hot.
(5)Foodie Q.
The food here was so good, I got fried shrimp tacos with fries and my boyfriend got crawfish in a bag with corn\ potatoes both were very good. As for the service the waitress was very nice and fast to take our order. All in all we will go again. Watch out for those happy hours on food and drinks the best.

**Attention: Owner of Juicy Tails, PLEASE READ** We stopped in on a Friday. The food at Juicy Tails is nothing short of excellent. We had a bowl of gumbo and étouffée. The étouffée was more like gumbo (the chefs may want to look at a recipe that resembles a traditional étouffée), but it was still tasty. We had a couple pounds of snow crab, and it was cooked perfectly, buttery, juicy and spiced to perfection. It was spectacular. The potatoes, corn and sausage were excellent. This is a home run coming out of the kitchen. 5 stars! Now for the negatives and why this review shows 3 stars. The service is abhorrent. Understand that I don't mean that we had a bad server. It is an issue of management. The service overall lacks polish, organization, and experience. The hostess was obviously new (which is fine, but put an experienced person with her to keep the seams tight). She showed me to my table and walked straight back to her station. It was 15min before I was spoken to again by the staff. We ordered two drinks and it was at least 10min until they arrived (2 bottles of beer! C'mon!). We ordered our food then and the waitress answered our questions about menu items just fine. The food took a little while but these menu items take time to cook. We understood that. However, we were not checked on or even so much as glanced at until our food arrived (approx 30min). We had been done with our beers 5min after we got them. Like I said, the food was really great and made us forget for a bit about the service we had received up to that point. BUT after we finished, it took another 10-15 min to cash us out. Unacceptable. I say this with sincerity: please please please fix this problem. Your food is great. I want to come back despite these issues. I really think it can be fixed by simply having a seasoned restaurant manager running front-of-house. It was clear that there was zero supervision or training over the logistics. This is the type of business where the food comes out of the kitchen very slowly; that's just the nature of the product. The waitstaff MUST understand that the tables need frequent attention and interaction. That is owed to the patrons, yes, but most importantly, it's owed to the staff. I will come back. The food is THAT GOOD. But I won't come back often, and I don't think I'm alone. The business will fail if these issues aren't dealt with. I will gladly write a new glowing review if I see a difference next time. I hope to.
(3)Laura V.
A great idea to try in NWA. Authentic Cajun style food and it tasted good. We had "in the bag" shrimp and clams "Woo Pig Sooie" style (high garlic content). Also had the gumbo which was very good. It was, however, served in a tiny (paper) cup with a plastic spoon which was not the easiest to eat. Our server (sorry I can't remember her name) was FANTASTIC! I think this place can do well with a few upgrades. It did just open. The food and concept are good and they have a full bar. I will go back and try other menu items. I'd suggest you give it a try. I only wish I could remember my server's name so you could ask for her.
(3)Brian A.
If you like seafood in a bowl of butter, this is for you. It is done well. I think it's kind of gross. Would really prefer something like a lowland boil. It's just too much butter for me.
(3)Amber C.
Limited menu, they run out of their menu items quick. The food was really good, but the service was awful! You could tell the waitress was flustered, even though she did all she could most of the blame was the kitchen. First off we got there and waited 45 mins, my brother only waited that long bc he wanted crawfish, but they were out along with a couple other menu items. We waited about a lil less than an hour to get our food. They brought everyone's food out about 5 mins apart and after they brought out 4 out of 6 of our meals then they decide to tell my dad that they ran out of the calamari that he ordered. By that time pretty much everyone was pissed. My dad just got up and left and my brother (who got his food 20 mins after mine) refused his meal. Everyone ended up getting their meal free, which of course wasn't my intentions. But the service was just horrible, food great (the little we got to try of it), but I really felt bad for our waitress. I felt like she just wanted to cry. If they can get their kitchen and service organized it can be great. But this ruined our experience.

I get the feeling that the manager must be experienced in runnig a kitchen, but not so great at front of store management. Food was great. The service was terrible! Our waitress was so overwhelmed that she couldnt keep the scowl off of her face. I have never seen such polar opposites i food and servive.
