Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

The atmosphere was nice and the server was friendly, but that ends the list of endearing qualities. My husband's tortellini tasted like a jar of Alfredo was mixed with frozen spinach and then showered with garlic salt. My Chicken Siciliano was a hot mess. The plate arrived looking like someone had slopped some clear goo and random garnish everywhere. My super thin chicken breasts had no indication that they were freshly cooked and I suspect they might have been boiled. My spaghetti noodles were overcooked and mushy. I was super disappointed that I used our restaurant budget for the week on this location.

Joe's is awesome!!!! Same Italian restaurant as in Springdale (which is currently closed due to fire damage) but smaller and more quaint. Food is so good, clean atmosphere and great staff!!! Love the Weddinton location!!!

Fantastic food, quaint and clean environment, and great service. It's a much better environment than Noodles and the food doesn't even compare. The interior is much, much nicer than the outside suggests. This is a really great place to get very tasty Italian food. For the amount and quality of the food, the prices are exceptional as well. It's definitely worth coming here if you want Italian.

I'm not sure if this restaurant is affiliated with Joe's Pizza and Pasta in Fort Smith or not. I was excited, however, because that was one of our carry-out staples in Fort Smith. I thought it was and maybe came in with different expectations than I should have had. My favorite menu item at our old Joe's was the Tortellini Siciliano, which is....nowhere on the menu here. I ordered a sandwich which was large for the price and tasty but nothing I'd rave about. Service was alright considering it was like 2 in the afternoon and they probably weren't expecting customers. (Honestly I think reviewers who complain about service just come off as super snobby, but I digress.) Overall: Decent, but nothing special. A solid 3/5.

Great food, service excellent. A little more attention to detail and I'd have given five stars. (Error on order repeated on correction. Didn't send back again because I was ready to eat and didn't want to wait again. :(

The gods have been good and given us a great Italian place on the west side! Good wine! Terrific lasagna, manicotti, ravioli and totally amazing sea food combo! Oh so good!!!! The lemoncello cake was lovely! Go there! I'll be back for sure!

The service, atmosphere and the food are awesome!! I was so disappointed when we were traveling here and the Springdale location was closed, I found out there was another, so we drove to Fayetteville. I had the manicotti and it was delicious. Out waitress was very nice and attentive .

Great authentic Italian at a reasonable price! I had the seafood combo! I thought I was tasting the ocean for the first time! Spoonfuls of crab, shrimp, clams,& calamari ! Everything was perfect!

The food was great. We had the sampler with lasagne, ravioli and manicotti. The atmosphere was good with low background music. The service was excellent. Our server was Sydney and she was attentive and courteous. She offered to package what we could not eat at the time because the portions were generous. I have nothing bad to say about this place. The price was reasonable.
