My favorite place for lunch or dinner! Fresh delicious sandwiches, tasty truffle fries, and local beers. But the crowning glory is the house made kettle chips. A sandwich and chips on the patio is a little piece of heaven!

"Hot and ready no waiting" sign should be taken down. Ordered a game day special on my 30 minute dinner break. Took about that long to get my food. To go cups had no lids and almost all beverages in the dispenser were empty. I will never return to this snails den for another mediocre sandwich.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received. The sandwiches were killer as well! Unless you a ridiculous amount, a half sandwich is plenty for one person. We had the chicken portabello swiss and chipotle pork and they were both phenomenal. The truffle fries were a little over-seasoned for our preference, but everything else was perfect. Do yourself a favor and eat here!

I ate here today after the lunch rush and before the dinner rush. I'm not too crazy about the Green Submarine on Weddington, or subs in general, but it was close, and we were in a rush. When I asked for a $1 order of kettle chips with my sandwich, I was told they were out of house made chips. I said "oh no worries, not a big deal!" Which the apologetic manager (maybe?) dismissed, saying he was going to give me free ruffle chips, which was not necessary but very kind. As we sat down and before our sandwiches came out, he brought over two cups of their mushroom bisque (delicious, delicious. My boyfriend hates mushrooms but raved about this soup), no charge, for the trouble of not having chips. When our sandwiches came out (they were enormous* as well as delicious), there were ruffle chips for the both of us. Giving people free soup and chips doesn't seem like much, but for a new business, just to replace a $1 menu item, and paired with the warm friendliness it was presented with, it made a big impression. Already looking forward to going back. *a full size is two subs. HUGE YA'LL, HUGE.

This location is very convenient to downtown and a quick for lunch. This is one of the few places that I seek to try everything on the menu. I'm rarely disappointed and constantly find new favorites. Make sure you try the homemade chips.

Can't feel my face when I eat here. IT. IS. THAT. GOOD. Every sandwich, every combo is unbelievable. I've lived in Fayetteville for 8 years and this has been my go-to sandwich place ever since they opened the original place on weddington. A++

Love this spot. I wish they delivered farther, because parking on Dickson st. for lunch is horrible. Soups are Awesome and sandwiches are better than average.
