Have been waiting for about an hour now.... People that got here 30 minutes after us already got their food. When we first got here we were quickly asked what we wanted to drink. The rest has been terrible. We have seriously been waiting for an hour for chicken tenders and fries.... Something that takes about 10 minutes max. Not to mention, I see they only have one bartender who is also SERVING tables. I am getting furious and wish to warn everyone. Even on a Sunday afternoon you will get less than average SLOW service. The rumors are true, so stray away if you can. Update: After we finally got the food it was actually pretty good. If you're willing to wait and pay a little more, this place isn't half bad.

I wouldn't even give this place a star but it's required. My boyfriend and I came to this bar to watch a Sunday NFL game and we have been nothing but ignored and given snub looks to. Firstly we waited 40 minutes for the manager to change a tv then we waited an additional 15 on top of that 40 to get refills on drinks and to place a good order. God knows how long it will take the food to come out, and if it will even be correct! This is such a let down because we heard this bar was the best of you want to watch football and so far it has been nothing but a nightmare.

The Draft has got to be the best bar in the Central Arkansas Area ! They have a beer tap at every table. What a great concept ! The food is fabulous as well.

I was excited to take my dad to try out the draft tables. After we are seated the waiter tells us the draft pulls have not been working at the tables for at least 6 months. We decide to order appetizers and the guacamole comes out brown we send it back. During the next hour, our waiter tells us three times our food is the next order up. During that hour I never saw food come out of the kitchen and the restaurant was full. By this time we were fed up and just asked for our tabs so we could go somewhere else. Also, the menu online is not up to date. My dad and mother-in-law checked out the menus beforehand and the restaurant no longer served the items they wanted. I enjoy supporting locally owned places but I won't be back to this one.

This place has beer taps at each table. The burgers are mouth watering and its a great place to watch a game. If I loved in Arkansas this would be my bar of choice. The food was good I didn't like the way the ranch taste but the honey mustard made up for that. My blue moon didn't come with an orange slice which is unusual. The waitress staff was friendly. I'm glad I found this place. Top notch

Man.. Where to start. This place was so bad it was worth going out of my way to download this app just to write a review. I have never dealt with such horrible service. If I could describe the wait staff in one word, it would be worthless.

One of the worst experiences I have had in a bar ever. I honestly didn't know where our waitress was the entire time. Waited 45+ minutes for good to come out and a ton other fails. Don't think I'll ever go back.

I wish there was a way to give no stars. I write this review as I wait for my tab because I basically have all the time in the world. All of our food came out at different times, the last plate came out after we sat and waited for an hour. Everyone's food had at least one thing wrong with it and when the manager came out with the late food she argued with us about how long it really took, "I really doubt you waited an hour for it". I cannot believe the manager had the nerve to talk back and argue with a customer. The tables have yet to be bussed and about half the drink orders have been wrong so far. I have never experienced this bad of service before and I can promise I will never come back. In all the waitress was going her best but she had no support from her coworkers or the management staff. Do yourself a favor and don't come to The Draft.

Bar first. Restaurant second. If you want anything more than a bar experience, don't bother. Otherwise this place is great. This is a place to grab a drink from a beer to a cocktail (with some wine in between). The food is exactly what you expect: bar food. Wings, chips with dip, burgers with some added extras to pad the menu into a full restaurant such as sandwiches, fish and steak but the moment you walk in the atmosphere is apparent exactly whom it is geared toward: drinking college students Usually when you get exactly what you expect from a place I give at least 4 stars. I love getting beer on tap, lots of choices and cocktails I've never heard of ready to be tried and with options to keep the price low but here's the catch: this is supposed to be a restaurant. I expect more than cheap bar food and burgers (which they have) but the kitchen crew needs some help. Sandwiches in my experience(s) are big bun, little else and not exactly dressed up. Burgers are on point with almost a dozen different styles and that is why I will keep coming back here.

If you are wanting to go to a restaurant similar to a nicer Buffalo Wild Wings, get there before 9 pm. If you want to go to a club where you can't hear yourself think, go after 9 pm. Great food, adequate beer selection, cool atmosphere. Prices are decent. Can't beat Old Chicago though.

This place is popular because it is one of the few sports bars in town, but the food is awful and the beer sales are a racket. The on-table taps somehow come out to being a FORTUNE for one or two beers. Not sure how the math works on those. If you must eat, the quesadillas are a solid choice, but don't get a burger. Worst burger I've ever had. I only go here because of work functions :-(

Great place for sports!!!! Big screens & TVs EVERYWHERE ... The food is good and the outside patio (with its own bar) is amazing. Also, staying true to their "sports" image the Draft host a Baggo League. BAGGO is a favorite tailgating game and playing it at The Draft allows me to enjoy my favorite game year around. it's cool that the Draft decided to be an official Arkansas Baggo League location instead of just just throwing some boards outside like other bars do. This place is a must visit.

I think this is a great new place for Conway area! The concept is great. They have a couple taps on the large tables, tons of large TVs, and some good food to nosh on. Definitely a place to post up and watch sports. First off, a small complaint.. It bothered me that I wasn't greeted by one of the two hostess when I walked in, they were talking to another employee and I stood there for a minute, unacknowledged. But...other than that the rest of my experience was good. Once we sat down we were greeted by our server. He was friendly. We didn't take advantage of the taps (mainly a domestic selection at the table from what I could see) Our group ordered some drinks from the bar, Big Ass Margarita, Tequila Sunrise, and some Blue Moons. Which reached out table in a timely manner. Had a few apps to start, mozzarella sticks, mini mac and the pretzel. It says on the menu that the pretzel is filled with cream cheese and served with queso, mustard, and melted butter, however it showed up with with chocolate and powdered sugar. Which was AMAZING but i was confused that something like that is on the app part of the menu and not a dessert option. For our entrees I had the Razorback which was a bacon cheeseburger. It was scrumptious with the side of onion rings :) I know it tough opening a new establishment and there is going to be some kinks but I'm a patient person and would go back in a heartbeat.

The Draft cannot be beat as far as sports bars in Conway go. The food is excellent, as are the drinks. It is a little prcier than a lot of places in town, but the nice atmosphere and great quality of the products definitely makes up for it.

I'm surprised by some of the bad reviews. I guess anyone can have a bad experience at a place that normally hits a home run. The food, mainly sandwiches and burgers, is actually good. The beer selection is decent. This place has beer taps at some of tables. I have never seen this before. Conway should be happy. Conway is in a dry county and it wasn't that long ago when you could not get a drink at any restaurant in Conway.

The sad thing about this new joint is that the owner obviously spent 6 figures on an amazing build out, huge tv's and screens every way you turn your head, and a great atmosphere with the latest in technology. Who'd have thought you could help yourself to various taps of beer... The food is also pretty darn good. The pretzel for an appetizer didn't let us down. Was a little bit sweet, but a must try. The homeade chips are awesome. And my club sandwich was a 3.5 out of 5, which is better than your average club. The service is HORRENDOUS! Obviously understaffed, and these girls don't have a clue (I did see one guy server). Not only did my companions wait over 15 mins for 2 longnecks, it was a hassle to get another one for one of my friends, and the other said forget it, it wasn't worth the wait. We had to hunt down our waitress for the bill, and all of the alcohol was DOUBLED. Yes, we ordered 3 beers, were charged for 6. Unfortunately, if they don't get their act together real quick, the owner of this place will go to his grave in debt.

I suspect there is a specific niche of people who will absolutely love The Draft. ... Personally, I hated the place... Maybe they were just having a bad night. Or maybe it just wasn't for me. Or perhaps it was a little bit of both. During my recent visit, the entire restaurant (bar?) seemed chaotic and poorly managed. I LOVED the idea of having beer taps at my table, but HATED both of the beers that were on tap there, so I never got to take advantage of that neat feature. Also, the table was very small and in a high traffic area...it was as though the table we were seated at was added in as an afterthought.. Even though there were countless TV's in the establishment, none of them were fully visible from where I was seated. [Not to mention the intense noise of dozens of TVs tuned to different sports programs; all at the same volume level} The wait staff were not particularly hospitable, nor prompt. I cannot comment on the food, as we only ordered drinks. I found myself wondering whether the waitress would deserve a tip if one had purchased only "self-serve" lager. Overall, I'd say that The Draft is a good choice for middle-aged males who want to watch sporting events with their friends while pouring their own drinks.... Oh. Wait. That sounds remarkably familiar. ...Staying at home with a few friends, having a few beers, and watching the big game on the TV. The Draft is just like that. ...but less comfortable, noisier (damn those TV's), and more expensive.

Neat concept. A bit expensive, but the table taps are real nifty.

Terrible service. Inattentive bartenders and poor beer selection for a place that prides itself on its beer. Part of this is probably because of its proximity to UCA and the fraternity crowd, but when your exotic brew is Landshark, you've got problems. Poor showing.

Keep in mind, this place is new. The staff are a little slow and maybe inexperienced, but the quality of food and variety of craft beer are unmatched in Conway. At night, the atmosphere livens up and the place is electric. So, if you're in a hurry to eat or have to be waited on nonstop, go to Taco Bell or have mommy make your food and drink. Quit your whining and try to think of someone else besides yourself.
(4)Chris A.
I love this place. Food is good and the atmosphere is awesome. You can pour your own beer right at the table and it's ice cold! Service is good and it's very reasonably priced. There's no better place to watch a game or big event. I will be back again!

Great bar for Conway area. As I quote a friend of mine, "I would be happy to bring corporate customers to the place." Beer and sports screens is certainly the focus. I would like to see more tap variety, but the food is really good and the beer systems are really fun! Staff is polite and friendly and goes out of their way to please. I like this place. I think it a great addition for Conway. You will see me every Friday after work for a little wind down and pint. My wife likes the mixed drinks and they have a great variety too. Good fun minutes from UCA and business centers of Conway.

I've been there four times, twice I've had horrible service, also cheese steak isn't good... Pretzel safe bet and good, get the cheese and mustard not the sugary dips.
