Hands down the best steaks in Cabot! The manager hand cuts them fresh every day; and the quality is always consistent. They usually have a weekend special that is very reasonable for a Ribeye that usually includes shrimp and two sides. The Caesar salad dressing has recently changed for the better; the recent add of real croutons also makes it a yummy win. Chicken fried steaks are actual steak and not breaded pressed patties and are usually large enough for for sharing. Barbecue and burgers are also a nice choice for picky eaters. Home style fries are the only way to go here! Breakfast is also great and has a loyal daily customer base. Just make sure and tell them you like your hashbrowns extra crispy or else they won't have that crunchy goodness. Lastly, this is one of the few places I can order a Sweet Tea that it is not watered down. Might seem insignificant to some, but true Southerners understand the struggle of quality restaurant sweet tea.

Got the Bacon Cheeseburger, had them add Cajun seasoning to it. Wonderful ! Wife had chicken tenders. Said they were ok.

Really hit and miss at this place sometimes the food is good sometimes it isn't. Service generally poor to bad. I have walked out happy with my experience and I have also walked out without eating. Good luck.

Had a chance up eat her today. I had the catfish, okra, and turnip greens!! It was all good!!! The turnip greens were the best ever. The hush puppies has a nice Cajun kick!

We have always enjoyed eating here. It was so bad last night however, I am not sure I want to take my family back. I would rather make the trip to NLR to Cracker Barrel. We (a party of 6. 3 adults four children) arrived around 8:20. We ordered three appetizers to start. We had one appetizer as a meal for a child, a child's meal, and four large entrees. Our appetizers came out with our meals. Our drinks were never refilled. I finally had to ask for a refill of tea from my daughter and I to be told they had already dumped out the tea because it was 9 o'clock. It was JUST then nine o'clock. We had gotten our meals maybe 15 min prior. The kids were very busy cleaning up around us. Including mopping and sweeping. The sever then asked my friend if he was ready to check out as he was in the middle of trying to finish his meal. I asked for a manager and a very young girl come out to talk to us. I told her of our issues and she simple acted like she did not care and just want to clean up and go home. She offered us pie (which we did not take) and a very insincere apology. I plan on trying to contact the owner soon. I ran out of time today due to work issues, and I doubt the owner will be there tonight, as it seems to be high school kids doing as they wish. It just saddens me that one of our favorite places to eat in Cabot is being blacked balled on our list over the poor work ethnics and attitudes of the kids that work there. NOT saying all kids are bad. You go to Larry's Pizza that is worked my all high school kids and you get excellent service and excellent food!!!!

If you want good food at at fare price go here. I think this place has the best burger in town. Everyone is always friendly and I have always gotten good service there.

Service is always slow, waitress was argumentative and made excuses as to why the food was slow to come out. I would not recommend this place.

The place is decent when the owner is there. We went early in the evening and it was like a high school party for the employees. Loud obnoxious yelling in the kitchen. The service was slower than normal and a few items were served cold. They did make it right. I will still go back. But if that had been my first time there I doubt I would.

Very slow for initial service then only to get our drinks wrong. Wife ordered Chicken Fried Steak and it was a frozen beef patty with freezer burn and a ton of gravy covering it all up, which was ordered on the side. I had a 16 oz ribeye which was overcooked and tough as a piece of leather. At least my kids liked their grilled cheese but it's hard to mess that up.

Beware: Not a place you can go with a family, we were a group of 7, waited for 30 minutes to not be seated. Group after group seated before us. The hostess showed her lack of training when she told us she saved a table for us and was waiting for the one next to it to clear. Another employee then seated a smaller family at the empty table reserved for us. We could see the hostess tell the manager about the situation and he just walked away. When the poor girl came to apologize, I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was sorry and all he would do was apologize and we were just going to have to wait. I explained that it was Father's Day and I had my Dad and husband with me and that we lived in Cabot and would like to be able to eat breakfast there. He again told me he was sorry and there was nothing he could do. No offer to pay for my dad's breakfast, comp drinks, or ask if we could split the group. They've lost our business. Headed to IHOP and were seated immediately. Even had two waitresses serving us. And it was delicious! Thanks Sawbucks for the great IHOP experience!

Nice local southern food dishes. Kids 10 and under eat free on Thursday. Give it a try. Breakfast is great to.
