As good as any sandwich shop I've ever been to.. If you are horrible of figuring out what to put on a sandwich, you may be screwed. It's a build your own type of thing, but here is what I got, I recommend everyone trying it just like this: White Bread Ruben Double Meat Double Cheese Deli Mustard 1000 Island Sour Kraut Red Onions Heated... YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!

Came here yesterday for lunch with my family. I've been to a which wich before, but this was my first time at this location. We came right before lunch time, so it wasn't too crowded. As time went on it became more crowded. So, the deal here is your build your own sandwich. The board lists all different kinds of meats and sandwiches you can make. Then you grab one of the paper bags - they are numbered and each number stands for a type of sandwich (ex. turkey, veggie, etc.) Then you use a pen and mark all the different toppings you want and if you want a hot or cold sandwich. There are also a few options for how you want your sandwich wrapped - different kinds of bread and you also can lettuce wrap it. There are a lot of options for toppings, such as veggies, cheese, sauces, dressings, spices, etc. The first time I went to a which wich I didn't do a good job of combining yummy flavors haha, this past time I did a good job and it was delicious. I love sandwiches and this was a decent place to come get one for lunch. I will definitely come back.

Since my first impression of this restaurant was negative, we've tried it three times and have given up on it. It is too expensive and the food is just not that good. How it works: Pick up a brown bag that has a basic meat or type of sandwich marked on it. Then choose the base bag. On the bag are options for sub sandwich bread and then for additional items like meats, cheeses, condiments, and other toppings. Circle the size of bread/sub. Circle the various items you want on your base sandwich. Then turn the bag over to the cashier. At that point you choose if you want a combo with chips and a beverage. You tell the cashier and she rings you up. Your bag goes down an assembly line and is constructed and then put in your bag to pick up. It's really not that simple unless you are a regular. If you are new to the concept, you really need help from staff to figure out this strange way of making your sandwich so you get what you want. That help was not there. Prices were not posted and when I asked, I got the brush-off. For 2 combo meals (sandwich, chips, beverage), it cost over $22. Too rich for my blood. Service: I just felt completely lost, even on my 3rd visit. The staff did not make the effort to help me even though I asked. Way too taxing for a sub sandwich. It's literally frustrating! I don't want to be frustrated just for a sandwich. Food: We've eaten here 3 times. I've gotten the Reuben sandwich each time, hoping each time that it will be right. If anything, it got worse. They do not have rye bread as an option so I ordered wheat bread and it just wasn't right. There is very little corned beef and only a couple pieces of cheese. I have 1000 Island Dressing in the fridge since there isn't much of that on their sandwich. Not much sauerkraut either. Just too much bread for too little stuffing. My boyfriend got the signature sandwich, The Wicked, that has 5 meats (turkey, ham, roast beef, pepperoni, and bacon) and a choice of 3 cheeses. He got lettuce, tomato, etc. on it as well. It's a decent sandwich but awfully expensive. Overall, this restaurant has been very disappointing. There are lots of sub and sandwich places in the area. I just want to eat a good sandwich at a good price where I don't have to over-think my meal.

Went there during my lunch break yesterday and waited over 45 minutes. If they had more orders than they could handle; then they should've informed me of the excessive wait for a sandwich.

New to the area and recently opened, decided to try for lunch today. Interesting set up, you choose a sandwich "number" on the menu based on the meat (such as turkey, ham, chicken, etc) and grab a corresponding brown sack with the number, take a Sharpie and fill out your order for what you want on your sandwich, bread type, etc (see pic), turn it in and pay and your order moves down the assembly line of employees to make your sandwich where it is wrapped up and bagged in that sack for you to pick up. Quick service and I was happy to see some great "fixings" in addition to all the usuals such as avocado slices and pesto spread for example. Sandwiches come in 3 sizes and can be toasted or not. Fountain drinks and chips available as well as handdipped shakes and cookies. Good location. Enjoyed that they have tables set up outside to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Its just as good as other sandwich shops in the area. Nothing really makes it stand out other than a few "different" ingredients you can add on. My only real complaint was that the chip selection was fairly minimal. You should have all the staple chips and if you are going to offer baked lays, have more than just BBQ. Having Coke product is a plus but no Coke Zero? I'll have lunch again here.

We have a LOT of sandwich places in Bentonville. Most are mediocre. So anything that is an improvement over Subway or Jimmy Johns deserves attention. I reviewed Clark's Steaks and loved it, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention Which Wich. I tried this franchise for the first time in San Jose, California and enjoyed it. This time I ordered a roast beef with cheese whiz (been an addict since Clark's). I really enjoyed it! I am looking forward to trying some of their more "gourmet" sandwiches like the Monte Cristo, or the Elvis. The chips are also worth mentioning. Not sure what the spice they put on them is... kind of tastes like the same spice they put on KFC chicken. lol -- either way, YUM!

Good sandwich if you know how to build a good sandwich. You control you're own destiny.

Interesting ordering concept but not for me. I prefer to give my order to a live person instead of marking a bag. I also like to see the sandwich being assembled and see the ingredient containers. All that is blocked from view here. It's almost like buying from a vending machine. That being said, the sandwiches are ok. I'd say no better or worse than any average sandwich chain. I had the Wicked which is a bit pricey for what it is. Not bad but too much cheap pepperoni over powered the other meats. Sandwich roll was nothing special and could be much better. Nothing awful but because of the silly ordering system and average sandwiches I'll buy where I can still get personal service.
