Waffle House is the best breakfast around. It's cheap and quick, and there's a jukebox. Murphy's the best waitress ever!!!

Went here the other day for breakfast with my family during breakfast. Wait: We came during breakfast time around 10am. We did not have to wait very long. Atmosphere: Old diner. This place has been around for a while and you can tell. Doesn't mean it's a bad place - it's just a old diner. The waiters take your order and serve you from behind the counter - most of the tables are right next to the kitchen/counter. There is also a lady who yells out orders constantly. Can be either funny or annoying depending on your mood haha - I found it funny. Food: The food was just normal, nothing too great. I had the peanut butter waffle - which is one large waffle with peanut butter chips melted on top. Some other people I was with ordered some other items that included eggs, sausage, toast, etc. They said there's was good too. Price: SUPER CHEAP - which is great.

The best wait staff I have ever seen- try the country ham and grits bowl- sit at counter as all you need to know in like can be learned at the waffle house

It's a diner. The place was clean. A hostess greeted us at the door. Food was very good. Love the old-time waffles, not the Belgian ones that most places serve. Eggs and sausage were good, too. Our server was friendly and kept the coffee coming. First time we've been to a Waffle House in 20+ years! but this one's good and we'll go back. Be sure to ask for the $5 menu. They don't automatically hand those out.

There's nothing like the Waffle House in the UK. Finding a decent breakfast that isn't a standing-up bacon roll is a real challenge. We Americans don't know how good we have it, in terms of breakfast choices. WH is a great option for a cheap carbohydrate load! Try and sit at the counter, as it's enjoyable watching the ordering process and the cooks preparing a dozen meals all at once. It's like an orchestra, with the wait staff calling out "home fries in a ring" or "smothered and covered" which is my own favorite - chopped onions and topped with cheese.

This Waffle House is great. The food is prepared well, its kept pretty clean, and the staff is courteous. I worked an evening shift and several of my coworkers and I would go here frequently late at night after work. On the weekends, people from the bars and clubs close by would come in and still want to party. We always had a great time and met a lot of new people.
