When we first moved to Bentonville we struggled to find decent asian food. Thank goodness we found Mama Fu's. It has become our weekly takeout place. The spicy General Fu's chicken is delicious with just enough bite to keep it spicy but not too hot. I really like that I can make it a healthier option with brown rice and steamed chicken. In fact the restaurant offers ideas and menu items for those with dietary restrictions or looking for healthier options. We often order the pork rolls and potstickers. The potstickers are fairly standard but the dipping sauce is delicious, I use the remaining sauce on my rice. I don't know what they do to their pork rolls but they are fantastic, crispy, salty, lots of meat and I'm not usually a fan of Asian - style rolls. You don't even need to use the sauce with them, they are great on their own. Another reason we love this place is for their easy to use app and rewards program. We always order from the app and then get points towards a future order. You just scan your receipt and the total points are saved. For every $100 you spend you get $10 credit to another order which is basically a free meal. Also when you want to use your credit there is no need to wait, you just hit a button and they can scan your phone right there. It's much better than some programs I've seen where you have to wait for an email code that isn't immediate. We've never eaten in the dining room but it seems pretty standard, at the end of a strip mall. Not a very intimate spot but good for fast, decent food. When we order for pickup our orders are always super fast! The one time I did get an incorrect order the staff was very quick to correct it and offer a free meal for my hassle. While I'm not crazy about the extra delivery fee it is worth it on days we just don't want to venture out.

They don't have any normal bags, just tiny plastic bags for stuff. They handed the order to me and a bag. Okay sure let me put this together myself for my pick up order, you are welcome for the $5 tip for doing nothing. Then the soup falls on the floor, I hand it to them and she grabs it and hands it back to me.. Well the soup half spilled on the floor so I am not overly excited to eat that now.. I guess that's what you should expect when you have teenagers handling business. Thankfully the manager was standing around doing nothing other than staring blankly at the line of people while the delivery driver comes in all pissed off and complaining about getting stiffed on a delivery. Very classy, kids!

I always get the chicken pad thai (medium spicy). Never was a fan of tofu until I had it in this - very flavorful and it truly does taste like chicken. If you're looking for a real Thai or Asian place, this isn't it. This is more American-ized. The basil spring rolls are good dipped in the peanut sauce. The customer service is a totally different story. I've been here probably 9-10 times now and I've never seen anyone smile or look like they enjoy their job.

Everything is doused in vinegar. Overpriced slop. Portions are tiny. Very little flavor. Very little meat.

Great atmosphere, waitress is a little pushy and seems to just want her section empty. Took my wife and I's order and walked away without asking if we would be ordering for our 2 year old. Calamari is 5 star Thai Dynamite shrimp is 3 star Korean Street Tacoes( not even close to the real thing) 4 star Seoul Spicy Stir Fry 4 star

Not like it, not dislike. I had the pho soup and was pretty decent. The meal for kids , the carrots were cut on slices but they look old and not fresh at all. The fried rice was a lil cold . We had the ahi tuna also and it was great. So some things were good but in other they need to put an eye on it. I probably could have a better meal

I'm from out of town and really enjoyed the food here. The lettuce wraps were delicious and fresh. The fresh spring rolls were just okay and the egg soup was comforting. I'll definitely be returning next time I am in town to explore more of the menu. The service was fast and efficient.

My son's meal was burnt and dried to the plate, my husband's meal was dried out as well. This place is gross and way, way overpriced. Also, our server was sick due to a kidney stone that he was telling us all about. Don't get me wrong, we felt bad for him being in pain but who wants to hear about someone's kidney stone while trying to eat?

Food is ok quality but the service is not very good. If you order food for delivery you get sent to a call center in Austin, Texas. Very rude over the phone. Also they have a $5.25 delivery charge even for deliveries right up the road. Not worth it for that price.

I had the Thai Cashew Stir Fry with a side of edamame delivered. The latter is tasty enough and the veggies are crispy and fresh, although the portion size is small and dwarfed further in comparison to the rice. I was a little shocked when I opened the edamame box. This is not what $1.99 of edamame looks like, team. Overall? Decent, but way overpriced.

I have tried Mama Fu's a couple of times and the only good thing about the restaurant is the fact that they deliver. Their food lacks authenticity and flavor. I do not recommend this place.

The food is always good and so is the service. I recommend the lettuce wraps for an appetizer or meal and the General Fu. You can get the General Fu spicy or mild and with rice or noodles. Love it!

Bland, expensive food. Won-ton soup is water. Just not much taste to anything I've tried. I was run off in the past by obnoxious servers, but I decided to return to give it another try. The food is pretty awful.

I don't eat here often but when I do, I get take-out. Tonight's order, the bahn mi with a side of edamame. The girl that took my call-in order was friendly, I was told that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Good start. I feel silly admitting that I basically drove half a block from my hotel to get it, but it's cold out, quite dark, and the traffic on this street flies. I was greeted at the door and sent around to the counter to pick up my order. Friendly cashier, in and out in just a couple of minutes. Back in the hotel, I am pleased to see that the salt for the edamame is served on the side. The soy beans were still hot and quite tasty. My sandwich, while far from authentic (but I'm not really here for authenticity anyway) is very good. It's still quite hot. The chicken is lightly fried in large bite-size chunks and bathed in a sweet and spicy sauce. It's piled high on a fresh roll. I like the pickled veggie slaw and the cucumbers. There's another sauce, a creamy one, that makes a nice match to the other tangy-sweet flavors. The sweet potato fries, also hot, are fluffy and crispy and well seasoned. The portions here are large. My meal was $11, I feel like it's reasonably priced. Again, Mama Fu's is not authentic, but on the times I've been in the food has always been hot, prepared fresh, and served by friendly staff in a clean restaurant.

Not great. My son's meal was greasy noodles, which he didn't eat. Topped with slivered chicken in watery teriyaki sauce. My husband ordered beef phad thai, spicy and pronounced it "OK" but no where near pad thai. I had spicy chicken & rice noodles, which was bland.

Not the best. I are here at dinner time. The menu is a little overpriced and the service is slow. I has to ask to refill my drink a few times. I had a noodle dish, which was quite greasy. Otherwise there are a lot of options on the menu.

This place is more of an all in one Asian restaurant than anything else. They need to focus a bit more of what they offer rather thann spread themselves too this and try to tackle Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. I had the lunch trio with hot and sour soup, their Fu fried special and drink for $10. Totally not worth the price. The soup was inedible, there was very little chicken and it was covered with this overly saucey sauce that tasted bad. I don't think I have been to a place and left hungrier than when I arrived.

Back at Mama Fu's after a more than one year hiatus. Last time we were there an obnoxious server way overstepped his bounds and turned us off to the place. But we were back tonight with much improved service and good, if not great, food. I had the steam basket with chicken and ginger sauce. It was good, but not quite warm enough. My wife had pad Thai, and my son had kids chicken and noodles. Nobody raved, but nobody complained either.

Truly Asian fusion fast food that taste like fast food. I ordered red curry with tofu. The tofu is stiff, chewy and not very good. The vegetables were good. The entree did not have a lot of spice or curry flavor. Thai basil noodles was spicy but unfortunately the noodles were under cooked. This place did not satisfy my craving for Asian fusion food at all.

I'd rather go to a buffet and try my luck there than at at Mama Fu's. Everything I ever tried at Mama Fu's was an utter disappointment. It's just not good, and that is a sad, sad thing.

I was borderline 2 stars on this one. The food is bland across the board. It's not bad food, but bland is the word of the day here. Curry rolls are like biting into a grease roll. I love grease, but this is almost inedible. The rest of the food is ok. I do eat there fairly regularly because of the convenience to my location and the extremely clean kitchen. You can watch them handle and prepare your food, which at any Asian food place is a plus. Eat here at lunch if you are hungry for Asian and are like me and refuse to eat at an Asian buffet. Fresh food not bad pricing and ok portions.

Great food, more PF changs than actual chinese, but a lot healthier than traditional Chinese food. Default rice dishes come with brown rice and portion size is right. Surprisingly if you look at the nutrition info online the General Chicken rice dish is really not that bad. The food is no doubt fresh and very tasty, I strongly recommend, just realize that you are getting more of a PEI-WEI PF Changs style kind of food than a traditional Chinese.

Order at the counter and they bring your food to you. I am told at dinner now, they actually wait on you. Tasty food. I am quite fond of the lettuce wraps but I must admit that PF Changs has them beat on the wraps. My family went recently and everyone got something different so we could share and taste it all. The hot and sour soup is good. As well as the egg rolls and curry rolls. Wasn't much I did not like so if you are a fan the asian persuasion, you will no doubt like it. Just as pricey as those local buffets but prepared fresh. Quick too

I came here for lunch once while I was on a business trip at Bentonville. I think they try to make it a fast food version of PF Chang's, which is something they managed to achieve, but they also downgraded the food as well. It gets pretty busy during lunch time for ordering, but the food comes out pretty fast. Oh well, if you happen to be in Bentonville and you don't wanna eat Chick-fil-A and McDonald's everyday, this might be a good place to go. They have some nice salads here.

I went at lunchtime and had the curry. It was awful. Honestly, it was the worst curry I've ever had. I think I know what happens to hobo's when they die in Bentonville. Mama Fu fillets them and cooks them up with just enough bland curry sauce to get their meat a little wet then passes the savings onto you. Only it's not that cheap. I've had better hobo steak elsewhere. Oh, and the girl at the register was rude.

I will try it again, but felt lunch was a little over priced. I love PF Chang's and had seen the previous reviews, so I thought let's give it a try. Also the person who took my order, seemed rushed and a little flushed.

Too pricey. The are trying to be a fast food version of P.F. Changs. Their food is good just too expensive for the type of atmosphere.
