We love Lenny's. The servings are huge! The cold Italian sandwich is great. You can't go wrong with the Philly. The management runs a good ship, because the staff is always on point and very friendly. Five stars for Lenny's in Bentonville.

I do like Lenny's. Been there several times-I always get the philly or the chicken philly. Hot, juicy, fresh and yum! Don't get the large...it is way more than one person can eat. Be sure to grab a card so you can earn a free sub after so many purchases. Also nice that they bring your order to you and don't expect you to take care of the trash.

Came here for lunch a couple weeks ago. I love sandwiches and lunch food. I have felt like it has been hard to find a good quality sandwich place around here, compared to where I use to live. Lenny's sub shop was just fine, but it did not satisfy my desire for a good quality sandwich place. PARKING/WAIT: This store is located in a strip shopping center off of Walton. It is a nice location with plenty of parking out front. We went during a busy time and were able to find decent parking. You wait in a line, order your food and they bring it to you. The line was fairly long when we got there, but it moved pretty quickly. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Friendly customer service. There is also no trash cans, the employees come and take it for you. Also, they wrap up your food if you have left overs. You don't need to lift a finger. They also acknowledged us and said goodbye when we left, so that is nice of them... awwww. haha. Overall, very pleased with their customer service. FOOD: I just wasn't that impressed. I ordered a black bean veggie sandwich, my husband a french dip, and my daughter had a turkey and cheese sandwich. They were all just fine. I guess I am spoiled where I use to live where there were amazing sandwich shops with fresh, delicious ingredients. I just didn't get the same experience here.

I really like Lenny's but this location is awful. I went in one nite to get a cheesesteak with no onions and get home to see it was more onion that steak or cheese. The next time I pull up to the drive through, wait almost 10 minutes and had to call and tell them there was a customer waiting, the employee then tells me "the drive through isn't for placing orders" and "they were very busy", as I left I looked inside and saw 2 people at 6 on a Saturday. Called today (Sunday) for a late lunch and they tell me they don't think I'll have time to get my food because they close at 4, this was at 3:45. I think from now on I'll be taking my business to Which Wich down the street.

A nice, healthy alternative to fast food. Had a delicious Fuji Apple, strawberry, Gouda salad and it was refreshing and filling. My friend had a roast beef and avocado sandwich and shiitake mushroom soup that was pleasant. We sat outside with decent view of a little lake. Highly recommend.

The main reason I seldom buy food here is that they use crushed tomatoes on sandwiches which are very wet and make the bun very soggy. Too many other places will still put a real tomato slice on a sandwich. I ordered two large Philly Cheese Steaks since they don't require tomato. I must admit my Philly Non Cheese Steak was ok but my wife had a better one because they remembered to add the cheese on her sandwich. My personal pet peeve is having my sandwich cut in half but since everyone does it I was not surprised to see that two large sandwiches were actually four smaller sandwiches. However, when I got home and unwrapped them and found the halves cut in half I was not pleased. If I had wanted eight tiny sandwiches I probably would have ordered that. Simply too much money for the quality.

These sandwiches are straight up delicious. The bread is always fresh; never dry. Quality toppings and savory meats. I used to eat here all the time when I lived in Rogers but now that I am only in the area once a month, Lenny's is an absolute every trip as well as bringing one home for later in the week. As far as the restaurant sandwich goes, Lenny's does it right every time.
