Very nice place one of the cheapest Indian restaurants around Rogers. The food is authentic and tastes very good. However if you go towards closure then sorry don't expect very great food

If you go toward the end of lunch, the food on the buffet is old and dried up. Lots of items needed to be restocked. No one ever came to our table to take our drink order- we just figured that we should go to the buffet on our own. Never returning.

Based on the glowing yelp reviews, came here for lunch. Was highly disappointed. They only serve buffet for lunch.. no chicken vindaloo.. was surprised at how long it seemed the items had been out on buffet. Dry crunchy rice. Crunchy nan.. Crunchy film on the saag paneer.. Super disappointed.. $9 not well spent.

I've only done the lunch buffet, but it is quite good and a fantastic selection for $10. They have a large, double-sided steam table of all vegetarian and another with meat entrees and a third with cold selections (salad, chutneys, fruit, desserts). They bring ample hot naan to your table. My only hesitation - and what occasionally send me back down to Taj periodically - is the level of spice seems to have been toned down too much. The vegetarian stuff is better, but the meat entrees definitely don't have the level of seasonings or heat that I personally prefer. Really nice looking and very clean, with courteous staff.

The lunch buffet was great. Have been meaning to go back. The buffet had a variety of dishes to sample, along with breads, appetizers, and dessert.

Omg if this place were closer I'd go everyday. Unfortunately, I live 30 minutes south of this delicious abode. Every time I go, I have no idea what is in the food but it's delicious. I had the buffet and you can learn about the food and try everything and it's so good. I love the Korma, Tal Dadka, and BUTTER Naan. So good. Thanks Inda Orchard for being my favorite restaurant that truly satisfies.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Excellent curries and very friendly service. I travel to Rogers/Bentonville for business frequently, and I try to make a stop at the "orchard" each time. Last trip I tried their Butter chicken and lamb vindaloo. They were both fantastic (and I frequent Indian restaurants whenever I get the opportunity - so I have some familiarity with what I'm talking about). Nice touch: the rice that came with my take-out was nicely seasoned (cardamom, etc) - not plain white rice. It complimented my meal very well. I have never been there during the lunch hour, but I would love to try their buffet if I am ever able to be there then. A pleasant surprise to get fine Indian meals in NW Arkansas.

One of the best Indian food I have had in the US. I would recommend giving the Goat Biriyani a try.

Buffet is a MUST! So great. I've frequented Indian restaurants in Seattle, NY and the Midwest and this is truly one of the best. Space is nothing special, but it doesn't need to be. The food is what I come here for. Entire delicious vegetarian section. I tried bites of everything the first time I came and each dish was on-point! Balanced, some a bit spicier than others but nothing overwhelming. Surprising favorite has been a roasted okra dish. I'm also a sucker for butter chicken and theirs is one of the best I've had. Only gripe would be that they often run out of naan and are slow to refill it. Naan is so cheap to make- keep it comin'! Service could also use a little improvement- I would describe it as tentative bordering on unwelcoming... But again, I can't get enough of their delicious food, so whatever. Do try- you won't be disappointed!

Wow, the lunch buffet here did not disappoint! I came with a coworker who had recommended it and must say that I enjoyed virtually every dish that was offered. The butter chicken was amazing, and I really enjoyed the chicken tikka masala as well. At the end of the meal I had a yogurt dish at the dessert table that knocked my socks off. $24 w/ no drink for the two of us will keep me from coming back as often as I'd like but I'm already dying to get back here!

We knew it was a good sign when we arrived and most of the customers were Indian. The restaurant is very spacious, clean and well kept up inside. Currently, only a buffet is offered for lunch and dinner is off the menu. We went for dinner and were happy with everything we ordered. This included vegetable samosa to start, garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, lamb vindaloo, and chicken saag. Everything was well seasoned and delicious in our opinion! We are excited to come back to try the buffet at lunch. Naan is about $2 an order, and entrees are generally just over $10 each. Our waitress was pretty attentive, and happy to split the bill for us.

Service is slooooooowww and the clearing trays are inexplicably in the middle of the restaurant full of dirty dishes - nice image, not. However the food is authentic and surprisingly good - would definitely eat here again - but will look for a table away from the trays full of dirty dishes - a shame really given the food is worth the stop.

Saw this place from the road and decided to give it a try. Atmosphere was modern and clean. The portions were very generous for all the appetizers, entres, and side dishes. They had 4-5 different kinds of chutney which was also a plus (don't think they were home made but still pretty good). Went with three co workers and we each tried each others dishes. All were very good--favorite was the chili ghobi. Prices were VERY reasonable as well. Will definitely stop here again and would probably be willing to give 5 stars if the lunch buffet is up to par.

Food is always very good. The service lately tends to only be fair, however, food remains very good.

My second visit to this local family-owned restaurant in the Bentonville Colonnade shopping center at Rainbow Curve (where S. Walton Blvd. curves and becomes SE Walton Blvd. on the 71-B highway) was on Saturday evening and they did not disappoint! My party of three shared delicious vegetarian dishes that were served in attractive tureen-styled, small steel dishes. We had saag paneer, vegetables alfreezi, and some other dish that I don't recall the name of. All were prepared and presented well. My vegetables were overcooked for my taste but were probably fine for most. The rice was light and subtle, cooked to the proper moisture level that made the rice strictly a complement to the main courses. I like my food spicy and they were happy to oblige. We were served by the son of the owners. He's a friendly fellow who explained how they use fresh Thai green chilies in their cooking because the traditional Indian chilies are just too intense for most American palates. I'm by far the biggest fan of spicy ethnic foods of anyone I know and I can only eat one of these tasty little killers. Our waiter said that he will typically eat 4 or 5 at a sitting. Thai chilies are wimpy substitutes for their Indian cousins, apparently. Now this guy is someone who takes his spices seriously! I'll be coming back soon. I have yet to try the Curry Point and Flavors restaurants just up Walton Blvd but they're on my list. I'll probably make several more visits to India Orchard, though, before I strike out for exploring those new territories, as I want to sample more of their vegetarian and vegan dishes, and encourage them to keep the large variety of such items on their menu! I should add that I have not seen a restaurant menu in Arkansas with as many veg*n offerings as they have. This is one reason that I am enthusiastically endorsing India Orchard: we who care about the environment and animal welfare need to support the (few) businesses that are leading the way in this backward, conservative part of the country to healthier lifestyles, a much smaller environmental footprint, and a more humane approach to our society's relationship toward our animal cousins! Thanks, India Orchard, for helping make social change happen here in the belly of the Walmart beast. The reason there are suddenly several Indian restaurants in Bentonville is that Walmart's global corporate imperialism practices have brought some Indian people here to work in various positions with The Empire and with some of their vendor companies that have local offices. As disappointing as it is for me to watch them move into one country after another, I'm happy to see that there are some overdue (if imited) influences being wrought on this company town by the immigrants who bring the best of their cultures with them and share them with those of us Americans who appreciate them and delight in the growing influence that our newfound cultural diversity brings to NW Arkansas. Keep that curry coming, folks!

This is my favorite Indian restaurant in the area. They have a fantastic lunch buffet and their dinners are delicious. My only complaint is that sometimes the food is more spicy than I would like, but I am a total wimp about it. The taste and quality of the food brings me back.

Fantastic and very authentic Indian food. It was such a pleasant find during my business trip here. Would definitely visit the place again if I am in town.

Every time I come to Bentonville, I try to hit another Indian restaurant. This was my first experience at India Orchard. I am in town on business, so I thought I'd check out their menu online, and order for carry out. Sadly they had no menu online, so I just went with my old stand-bys... saag paneer wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was definitely well prepared, and very flavorful. The vegetable somosas were delicious, as they always are. And despite the review I read, stating the wait staff quote of the naan being "so dry, customers have choked on it" I ordered some garlic naan, and it was anything but dry to my relief. While I didn't eat in, I did take a look around while waiting for my food, and certainly feel the atmosphere there is cozy, and inviting. It wasn't terribly busy since I was there on the earlier side of dinner, so it was pretty quiet. The carry out food was packaged in such a way that it would take a long time to get cold. Each item was packed in styrofoam, then wrapped in plastic. While it's probably far from the "green" approach, it certainly served its purpose, as it was piping hot upon arrival to my hotel. All things considered it was a great experience, and I would definitely go there again, but will probably try some other places first.

Best Indian food in NWA so far. I went to dinner with 12 people because our usual Indian place was closed on mondays and I'm really glad we did. I got to sample probably 6 or 7 dishes and all were outstanding. The vegetable samosas were definitely a standout. Very extensive menu with mains running $7-11 including a large side of rice. They also have soups, dosas, and a short selection of Chinese-Indian fare.

It is the best Indian/desi restaurant in Northwest Arkansas. Food is very authentic. There lunch buffet and weekend brunches are great. Ambiance and service is good. Dinner is ala carte. Portion sizes are appropriate. However, it is a little pricier than other Indian restaurants in the area. We have also used them for catering and we were very happy with the price, service and portion size. Highly recommended.

Went here for lunch with a coworker yesterday, for the $10 buffet. The place is clean, the food was competently prepared, and seemed very fresh. Nice mix of vegetarian and meat dishes. Not the best Indian food I've ever had, but probably the best I've had in Arkansas in a few years, and certainly not bad. Asian food is a big "area of opportunity" for Benton County, and India Orchard does a nice job of filling the gap. The crowd was at least 50% Indian, which was reassuring as well.

We ordered masala chai, mixed veg pakoras, bhindi, daal makhani and the mixed tandoori grill. The meat was dry and waaay overcooked but the bhindi and daal were AMAZING! Rich, flavorful and complex. Pakoras were light and crispy. Gulab jamuns were hot and fluffy. Service was very attentive. I will be wadding out of here quite full and happy.

This is the real deal. Went around 7:00 PM on a Thur. night, mid-March 2013. Customers were Indian, Asian, and a few Caucasian. Authentic flavors, good service. Ordered popadum, a pork curry, a lamb dish, and spiced fried cauliflower side. Rice has a few pieces of cloves which was great. Loved ALL the dishes. Only complaint was the chai; it didn't have a nice, smooth feel. Would definitely go back. They have booths as well as tables. Looks like they do a big lunch buffet too.

Another Indian buffet in town! The "Orchard" recently opened on Rainbow Curve in the old piano bar location featuring a great assortment of curried meat dishes and vegetarian options. Be careful with the meat entree's as they are typically cooked bone in style. The Vindaloo was terrific with a great balance of spices but the chicken pieces were large and very difficult to debone to enjoy while sopping up your coconut rice. The panneer was a table favorite as well and as with most Indian restaurants in the area the naan was always empty! Hard to enjoy these dishes without bread. Still it was a great experience and I will return. eatoutnwa.blogspot.com for more Northwest Arkansas Reveiws

Don't waste your time or money at India Orchard. This is the worst Indian food restaurant I have been to locally. The chana masala was very dry, hardly any sauce, and the other dish we ordered was bad as well. It was full of cheap vegetables and were definitely not authentic to an Indian dish. The service was terrible, too. We waited for several minutes for our server to come over, even though he was standing near our table and talking to another server. He didn't refill our drinks or take our plates away when we were finished. The whole experience was a huge disappointment. India Corner and Chutney's in Rogers are much better options.

very good Indian food in Bentonville, Arkansas . . . who'd of thought? - our party of three sampled the samosas as well as the samosa chaat, the sample variety basket of naan breads, plus three different entrees (two with chicken, one with lamb) - everything was very good - I seriously wish they had alcohol to complement the heat and spices, but otherwise all was well - the staff was a bit quirky (we had to buy either 2 or 4 samosas, not 3; also, they refused to bring us naan before the entrees because "it's really dry and people have choked on it"; I'm hoping this young waiter was just a bit undertrained) - overall, though, 4 stars & definitely recommended

Ok, so I know that I'm Korean and not Indian, so you can discount my opinion a bit, but I really enjoy good Indian food. I went here tonight (my forth day living in NW Arkansas), and I was very impressed. I was with a friend, and we ordered the Vegetable Pakoras as an appetizer, and then Butter Chicken and Malaud dal for our entrees. I ordered the plain naan as well. The food was quite delicious and it was very promptly served. Also, the wait staff was very friendly. I would definitely go back there again.

My first visit to any Indian restaurant in b'ville, and I was pleasantly surprised. It has a broad range of Indian food - north, south and indo-Chinese. Reasonable price as well as quick and friendly service. Go!

Best Indian food in NWA. Nice selection on the buffet (lunch) and quality portions for dinner. The lunch buffet is great, but it was $12 a person with waters.... this is why they got 3 stars.
