The food was great but the server could have been at least a bit friendly or smile at least. She looked like she hated her job and didn't want to be there. She didn't acknowledge that she heard us when we were asking for something. She did ask a few times if everything was ok and if we needed drinks but she looked like someone was forcing her to do it. Next time I'll go pick up the food and eat at home.

This was my first time going to a Cracker Barrel and it was a good time. We went on Labor day, so it was pretty crowded, but it did not take long to get a table - at most 10 minutes. If you have to wait there is plenty to do. They have plenty of seating outside and a few chess sets to play. Inside they have a very large store that you can browse. They offer a lot of different items - from food, candy, clothes, toys, gifts, trinkets, décor, and more. We came around 11am and we ordered breakfast... FOOD: Entrees: Mamas French Toast with added Hashbrowns Biscuits & Gravy Kids One Egg - comes with egg, biscuits and orange slices All the food was delicious. Customer Service: Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. I'd come back here.

Your usual Cracker Barrel set up with a nice country store and restaurant. I actually really like shopping at the store to pick up unique gifts for hard to buy for people...they always have something. My kids really like it because they can get breakfast anytime. I would recommend them much more for breakfast as the lunch items are pretty standard. Can't beat hot syrup for pancakes, YEAH!!! Solid service and the wait usually isn't too bad even on busy days. Price is affordable so taking the entire family out doesn't cost a fortune and you feel like you're getting some decent food. Service is hit or miss depending on your server. Some of the servers are fantastic while others are just OK. In general a friendly place to pick up a unique gift or a good meal quickly.

As you can see from my past reviews, I have been to and reviewed many Cracker Barrels. They have all received at least 4 stars for consistency and quality breakfast foods. That being said, here is the difference with this one and why I only give it 2 stars: The ham was bad. I don't mean tasted bad, I mean it was rotten. Smelled and tasted rotten. Server did not get our order correct. I know they are new, but our server seemed to have little to no idea what she was doing. We came in on a Tuesday around 10 am, so they were not even close to busy, so I was even more perplexed by the bad service. Service was slow Floors are so slick, you can push a table like it is on ice. I actually stood to use the restroom and did not look when pulling my chair up to the table to leave, and pulled the old lady sitting behind me to our table(because the floors/tables/chairs are so slick.) by accidentally grabbing the back of her chair instead of mine.

What's not to love about Cracker Barrel? Great country feel breakfast with so many options and many "healthy" choice options (egg beaters, turkey bacon and turkey sausage, sugar free syrups and low sugar preservatives, etc). I love the hash brown casserole and most every breakfast comes with grits. The "store" gift shop area is always fun to meander around whether you are waiting to be seated or after you eat.

Fun games for the kids but the food was not what I have come to expect from a Cracker Barrel. The Pecan crusted catfish was raw in the middle and the rolls were bland. Disappointed in a restaurant I actually love going to. Hopefully a one time occurrence.

Pancakes are delicious. If you like hot, ask for the Tabasco Peppers on Vinegar. Service was great! When they opened the service was a little bit slow, but now they are up to speed.

Not a good Cracker Barrel! In general I like Cracker Barrel this one misses the mark. Monday morning and it was slow. We were seated and waited over 5 min before I went and found a server. Ordered biscuits and gravy and 2 scrambled eggs. Portion control!!! Biscuits were tiny compared to what I'm used to getting at cracker barrel, somewhere someone got my other egg and were still waiting for the Tabasco Sauce. it was clean and smelled great with the fire burning. Won't be back we'll stick with the Village Inn across the street much better service and value!

Great food for a fair price. Table was kind of small for a party of five. Service was OK.

Tried coming back. This time the waitress dropped my bacon twice, man handled my biscuit as it was falling and dropped off the check. Too bad she forgot the syrup. We asked and waited 20 min. Breakfast was cold. Horrible service. Consistently horrible. Not coming back.

Went on Sunday around 1:30. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated. No problem. As expected. Was seated next to 2 empty tables. Waited about 10 minutes. No one acknowledged our presence. Would have liked something to drink. Other people were finally seated at the 2 empty tables and immediately a waitress showed up to take their orders. WTF. Got up and went to a better restaurant. Will probably never go back.
