Amazing street BBQ tacos! No where around does anything like this. Meat was smokey, and delicious, and they didn't skimp on it either. Sauce was a creamy, smokey BBQ style sauce, and tortillas were grilled for a bit which made them way better than just raw. The guys were very friendly, and our food came out very fast! This is a don't miss spot for lunch any day of the week!

Best BBQ and Tacos in Northwest Arkansas hands down.Located in beautiful downtown bentonville located near crystal bridges. The catering service is also outstanding.

Lunch here was a great experience! Fantastic smoked BBQ, Burnt ends, , with pickles, peppers, cilantro and 2 special sauces.... a little slice of heaven! The owners are friendly and welcoming which added to the great food.

Our road trip took us to Bentonville and a cousin brought us to this place. In a nutshell, it was fine. I'd order a sandwich instead of tacos if I could go back in time, since that seems like what the UrbanSpoon.com reviews recommend more highly. FOOD: We're from Los Angeles, a Mecca of food trucks and tacos. That's the basis for my review of this place. If I had ordered a sandwich, this might be a *way* different review, but coming from LA you can't call something "street tacos" and then serve BBQ meat on a flour tortilla. So this review is just based on the tacos as compared to hundreds of other tacos I've had. - We got some "A Street Hero" tacos with burnt ends, cheese, avocado, Doritos, and the brisket sauce, which tasted like a chipotle mayo. The meat was smokey and the tortilla was toasted to a well-textured crisp. BUT I wish there had been more sauce. It was a little dry and the smokey meat needed the sauce for that savory POW! you want when you bite into food truck fare. Without the sauce the meat lacks the savoriness. - The "Compton" taco (mozzarella, cilantro, tomato, onion, sunflower seeds, avocado, spicy sauce) was just "meh" without a ton of flavor. I'm thinking it just needed more of the brisket sauce. Either way, this brought down our rating of the food. PORTIONS: Seemed alright. If it hadn't been on someone else's recommendation, I wouldn't pay $3 per taco. I'm glad I went just to see an Arkansas spin on the taco. LOCATION: - Divey. Sold out of a trailer right next to a crepe truck. There are some painted picnic benches out front. - Also across from a splash pad where kids were playing in an impressive fountain. My son fell asleep just as we got there, so we missed out on that aspect. Darn! - Close to lots of other small stores.

Hands down the best BBQ in the area, if not the best I have ever had. The tacos are good, especially the Hero. But if you don't order the Jordan sandwich you're doing it wrong. Burnt Ends + Bacon + Cheese + Brisket Sauce all on a sandwich. It is amazing.

Absolutely delicious food. Good selection and assortment of food to choose from. You will leave quite content with the deliciousness that has just filled you up. The only thing about this place being so good is that there is a wait. I got there at 1130 and did not get my food until 1200. I did not mind since I was not a tight schedule but for those who have to get back to work you will be grabbing it and going quickly. Food is worth it but if you want to really enjoy it and take it all in and not have to sit at the picnic tables I recommend walking down to the square and finding a nice place to sit in the shade and eat in peace, people watch, and just go yummmmm.

Nothing much from the outside, but let's be real. It's a food truck! Trust me and just order the "Street hero" taco with smoked Brisket! Delish! Soft taco with brisket, topped with cheese, avocado, and crushed Doritos! Heaven! Ask for extra brisket sauce on the taco bc they are stingy with it.

Great BBQ tacos! I love this place!

Ten stars needed for this gastronomical sensation. A truly unique and delicious spin on BBQ and southern cuisine with a twist. You can taste the time, effort and quality ingredients that go into every bite. Melt in your mouth brisket, and that's no joke cause these guys are so Q you could cut it easily with a cheap plastic fork, which by the way is unnecessary. A great place for a date or the family. A true arkansas diamond shinning bright for the south to enjoy. Btw this business is family owned and operated by the offspring and hard working individuals that believe in true freedom, America and BBQ. Big rub is "merica". God bless everyone and put some big rub Q in their life.

Yummy!! I've been meaning to try this place for a while and finally did. It was so delicious!!!! Since moving here I feel like some of my favorite food is all from food truck. I love food trucks. I'm from CA and food trucks are popular, so I was happy that there were so many good ones in this area. This food truck is located right by hotel 21C and the Crepe food truck. The line usually isn't too bad, but can be long depending on the time. I ordered the Smoke House Tacos (two of them) and they were so delicious. I was sad when they were over haha. My husband ordered the Hero Taco and loved it. I had a bite and it was good. My daughter had a cheese quesadilla and she liked it. Since it is a good truck the seating is outside. We went on a day with beautiful weather - especially or January, so it was nice to be outside. Definitely check this place out, I will be back and hopefully soon!

This is a great place to get a new twist on BBQ. When I first heard of BBQ tacos I wasn't so sure I'd like it, but it's great. I would recommend any of the food on the menu. I've had it all and they are all great. One down side, they often don't put enough meat sauce in the tacos so order extra. Also I love putting the coleslaw with all the selections cause it gives the food a slightly sweet taste. SHOW UP EARLY! This place is BUSY, so they run out of supplies quickly (especially pork).

Delicious fusion of BBQ and tacos, flavors amazing! The Jordan or the Saboroso might sound daunting, but they are incredible! There are two trucks around Bentonville, the first by 21C downtown, the other on the move. Don't miss it!

One of my favorite places. Always friendly and always great food. One of the best BBQ I've had. Recommend Compton or Thai taco

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this place. Got hooked on this when they started delivering to the Walmart office.Delicious food and great customer service. Burnt ends are to die for, especially in a Saboroso. This is the only BBQ place that my wife eats from since she prefers vegetarian. She loves the Compton. And to top it off, they remember my name when I order, even after not going there for a month or so. Absolutely top notch experience.

Best food ever. I miss it so much. Big rub rocks. I wish I knew their recipes; I keep telling my family here in Vegas how amazing the 'Hero' was. Maybe one of these days I'll figure out how to make one of these small pieces of heaven.

Barbecue food truck located near the square. Seating is available. This truck gets busy but the line and food come quick. Cash or plastic is accepted. The electronic payment system was down when I ordered. Friendly and efficient was the man taking the order and informing patrons the meal was ready. I ordered the hero (brisket, cheesy Doritos, cheese, avocado, and brisket sauce), sabroso (burnt brisket ends, tomato, cheese, onion, cilantro, and brisket sauce), and coleslaw. I enjoyed each taco and the coleslaw. The hero was crunchy from the Doritos, tender from the brisket, and fresh with the avocado. Sauce gave an extra dimension of flavor. Sabroso came with the brisket that melted with the balance of vibrant fresh produce and cheese with each bite. Coleslaw reflected respect to the produce without compromising savory found in a good coleslaw. All so delicious was the food. Left impressed. Overall four stars for food and service. The payment system going down was one draw down. I have to account for meals reimbursement at work and credit is usually easier to track. I would come back if I ever visited Bentonville again. Other note, I gave no five stars to places in town.

If you missTexas brisket, get over to Big Rub! I've tried most items, but my order is now: the Original brisket taco, add avacado. Wish they had drinks with ice, but, hey, it's a good truck! GOOD STUFF!!
(4)Vanessa C.
Definitely worth the hype. After months of hearing how great it was we finally tried it. It was awesome! We got the Saborosa, the Hero, Chicken Original, Smoke House, and the Compton tacos. All were delicious! I personally thought the Saborosa was the best, but nobody was disappointed. Looking forward to coming back and trying everything!

Tried big rub today for the first time. Why? Because they posted a video on Facebook of some AMAZING looking brisket. So we gave them a shot. The gentleman outside with the Amish-looking beard told us to try the Hero tacos. These were lightly grilled soft tacos with brisket, cheese, Doritos, and avocado along with a light mayonnaise sauce of some kind. Absolutely delicious and worth the hour of heartburn I endured afterwards! Will be back!

The food here was phenomenal. Such wonderful flavor out of a little food cart. The Hero was a delicious treat. All of the topping combined well. A little under sauced, but the taste was phenomenal. The avocado was perfectly ripe. The Doritos added a nice crunchy texture against the background of super tender meat. The Thai may have been my favorite. Just the right amount of sauce. A little kick from the Sriracha pushed it over the top. The smokehouse was also very good. The crispy French onions worked like the Doritos from the Hero. This taco also needed more sauce. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the others.

Fabulous, unexpected flavor blends! The Jordan and the Saboroso were highly recommended by a foodie friend! I got both...and ate them at the water park across the street! My favorite...the Saboroso! A flour tortilla stuffed with heaven. And that's all I can say about that! The Jordan was meaty and cheesy and delish.....very good, but I will ask for Bbq sauce next time. They will be opening in Walmart Pleasantville next month!!

Great street tacos! I tried the Sobroso (one of the most popular) which was burnt brisket ends on a flour tortilla with onion, cilantro, tomatoes, a little cheese, and brisket sauce which is a creamy garlic sauce that is soooo good. After eating one, I wanted another one!! Looking forward to going back and trying more tacos or a sandwich.

Delicious BBQ. Was very impressed and cool area to hang out and eat when it's nice outside.

In one visit, had a really good brisket taco. Will definitely be back -- next time in NW Arkansas, or maybe tomorrow. Probably could smooth out ordering and serving process, but great food.

I am so glad that Jordan started this business. I love the food and it is always a good place to eat, never had a bad meal. I like to eat there and then walk around the Farmer's Market in Bentonville. I wish they could put a food truck in Fayetteville too.

BBQ tacos, get in my belly. EXACTLY what I want in BBQ and street food. Delicious, thoughtful, fast, playful, and just SMACKS you right in the mouth with sinful flavor. We have had and LOVE everything here. Sabrosos are a must. Favorite sandwich has BBQ, grilled onions, bacon, and bleu cheese (can't remember name.) Could use a little less sauce (though delicious) and a bit more veg or shredded lettuce on tacos, but that's just my personal preference- I love the fresh crunch. Love the location right off the Bentonville square. They just built their own nice patio with cute painted picnic tables. Charming. And upgraded to a new truck! Congrats!Hotel across the street has incredible art- do yourself a favor and walk through. In the summer there is a spray park across the street for the kids and/or you to wash off the BBQ sauce too ;) And Crepes Paulette right beside where you should get a sweet lemon crepe for dessert. Perfectly surprising and legit street treats in small town AR.

Comming from nyc I've had a lot of "gourmet food trucks." I worked up there for two weeks and ate the crap out I that truck. Been living in NWA currently and visiting this area for years. It's hands done the best BBQ and best Taco. Personal favorite is the Compton veggie taco and adding the brisket to it. And get the brisket sauce. Added bonus the service is great and the owners awesome!

Unique flavors and simply delicious ! Keep it up and we'll be repeat customers specially for the sobroso!
