Honestly you deserve no stars. The establishment is embarrassing to the chain. We were seated immediately and that's about all I have good to say about that. Ignored for 10-15 and a waitress happened to notice that we had received no drinks after the 4th or 5th time she walked by. Her attitude was poor and her service was worse. SLIMY browned fruit is not what you serve to customers then argue that it's "fine you all were eating it earlier before your shift" when we try to send it back. The cooks. Over hard means not running at all. Throughly cook. Just awful service, undercooked and over cooked rotten food. Dirty booth. Clean up your establishment take pride in your work and make changes. Also DIDNT appreciate walking in through smokers directly in front with our children. We should have gone somewhere else and now we know in the future too

I should have listened to the reviews here. I was never asked for one water refill even after my water was obviously empty. Additionally our initial drinks were ignored. This place is poorly managed & diesnt do the classic diner any justice. I get better service at McDonalds by 16 year olds.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And that's why it's important that you choose well. Denny's does a fine job of serving up a good load of carbohydrates, proteins and fats that will fill you up and get you going. This location is a "Classic Diner" style, which just means that they have a lot of extra chrome inside and out. They're also open 24 hours to satisfy your late night munchies! Rather than wait for a table, I took a seat at the counter. My waitress had my coffee ready before I'd even opened the menu! Lots of breakfast choices including a "pick 4 for $5.99" deal. I went with that, assembling a traditional meal of eggs over medium, wheat toast, home fries and pancakes. One nod to the holiday season, I chose the cranberry orange pancakes. The meal came out quickly, and my seat at the counter gave me an interesting view to see a bit of the kitchen and the plates being prepared and sent out for the waitstaff to assemble into complete meals. That looks like a really hard job, especially as Denny's has a very varied menu with many options, compared to the simpler Waffle House across the street. This morning, there was only one cook working back there, but he managed to keep on top of things so they didn't back up. The meal was well loaded in grease and fat, but it was delicious. I had popped out and gotten a 50 cent newspaper from the machine out front and the food lasted just as long as the paper did. Tip: Please take extra care of your breakfast waitress. The usual 15% tip isn't right for these folks - they work really hard for a meal that is much less expensive than dinner and typically are much harder to deliver properly.

Called in my order for me and my boyfriend and the lady on the phone was super rude, but I still made my order, she said it was going be ready in 15mins when we arrived order was not ready. They said they don't make the order until the customer comes in..what's the point of ordering to go over the phone? Needless to say waited a total of 40mins. If there's bad customer service guess what customers stop coming which means you're business closes down

When we walked in and the waitresses argued over who had to seat us, we should have left. The waitress did not understand or speak English so we pointed at what we wanted, I got the small steak and it was raw even though I told her and the other waitress I wanted it medium, it was barely warm. I have nothing positive to say about this place, besides the fact that it was right beside my hotel.

Breakfast was marginal after walking in with all the Dennys smokers at the front door but the topper was when my waitress belched in front of me while I was trying to have breakfast. Never again

The waitress appeared to be high. Service is slow. Waitress asked if we needed anything else but never asked if we were ready to order. Not coming to this Denny again.

I like the vintage look from the outside, but me and my husband weren't really impressed with the inside. When I first walked in I noticed a really strange foul odor that smelt like something between bleach, and urine. We proceeded to our table when I noticed the lady cooking behind the counter. She wasn't wearing gloves and her hair was not in a hair net. I had almost completely lost my appetite by this point but considering there was no other place open at 4 in the morning I proceeded with getting the chicken quesadilla. I found a long blonde strand of hair on my plate (my hair is brown) and my husband got corn when he ordered hash-browns. We were still polite and gave a nice tip without complaint but least to say I was pretty frustrated considering it was only me and my husband and one other couple in the restaurant.

Horrible experience. We walked in with 8 people when restaurant was half empty and they said "we don't know what to do with you." We suggested 2 booths, which seemed to work until time of food delivery. We waited over 30-40 minutes for first table to be served and at that time they advised other table that they could not find the chili they ordered and would they like something else? It took 40 minutes to determine this! Second table did not get their food for 10 more minutes. No adjustment to bill was made (other than only charging for chili even though replaced with a burger). Advise going elsewhere.

Arrived very late the night before and was staying across the street in the Hilton Garden Inn. I woke up hungry and seeing that I missed the Hotel's breakfast, I walked across the street to Denny's. Big mistake. I ordered Coffee and never got creamer, even after asking for it politely 3 times. My food order was wrong on all 4 fronts. I ordered eggs that didn't have cheese, they did, I wanted grits, got potatoes, I wanted dry toast, it was buttered, and I wanted Bacon and got Sausage. Wow, Quadruple FAIL. On top of the bad food experience, my server(sat at the counter) was SO flustered. She had way to many tables and was also serving customers at the cash register. Great, handle some money then touch my plates and food please(BARF). Everyone on the place seemed to be frustrated with the service they were receiving. They were totally understaffed. SKIP THIS DENNY'S.

I love the decor of this classic dinner. The service left a little to be desired. I had the hash brown potato's with tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, and over-easy eggs, which was yummy. My mate had the silver dollar pancakes, and hash brown potato's, which he said were very good, nice and crispy (the potato's, not the pancakes).

This particular Denny's looks like an old-time diner, which is kind of cool. Other than that, it's your typical Denny's. If you've never been to one I don't know what to tell you other than the food is meh - but it's super cheap.
