I have been to many Cracker Barrels across the country and have always enjoyed the food. I'm not a picky eater but my breakfast this morning was terrible. The toast was burnt, the grits were rubbery, the biscuits tasted old, the bacon was inconsistently cooked, and the hash brown casserole was not edible (usually one of my favorites). This place needs a new cook or management. Corporate offices: if you are reading this, you'd better look into the location before your reputation suffers irreparable harm.

I am pretty disappointed with this Cracker Barrel. I usually like going to Cracker Barrel when I am on the road because it always feels like home and food taste exactly the same. Well it's not the case here. I got my usual sirloin with mash potatoes and mac and cheese. Sirloin was undercooked and had a rubbery consistency to it. When I asked to cook my steak a little more they started to cook another one even despite me telling them that I did not want to waste food. The mac and cheese which is one of my favorite parts of the meal was clumpy and watery with the sauce separating with each bite. Mash potatoes were the only redeeming part of the meal. Also it took about 50 minutes to bring out my meal instead of the usual 20 that it takes everywhere else. I regret coming here and will avoid it in the future!

One of the worst Cracker Barrel I have been to. Waitress was nice but clueless. Guy that brought out our food was totally brain dead. My wife told him she had dropped her fork and needed a new one. He said ok i will get you one and went to cleaning one of the tables. Wife ended up getting it herself. We got one cornbread each and no butter. Had to ask for butter. I ordered pot roast,was tasty but full of fat.

Tonight we visited this restaurant and were completely disappointed. My husband LOVES the fried catfish. We were seated and Emily our server reccomended the fried catfish so that is what we all got. We ordered our drinks and that is where the excellent food ended. We sat for 35 minutes. People came in twenty minute after we were seated and got their food looooong before we did. Emily was great she kept checking on us and going for updates on our order. When they FINALLY brought our order half our sides were missing.....my husband ordered cole slaw and steak fries.....neither which were brought out. I ordered the turnip greens and fried okra.....of which only the okra showed up. Our daughter ordered mac and cheese and greens and again the greens were a no show. Once we AGAIN ordered our sides it took another 10 minutes before they were brought out. The fish was dry and I'm pretty sure it wasn't cat fish. It was bland and tasteless and the only reason we ate it was because WE WERE HUNGRY. My daughter flagged down the manager and complained. He comped our meal. I didn't ask for a free meal. I was willing to pay we just wanted someone to know about the SERIOUS lapse in quality. I will go back there eventually but not any time soon. It will take a long time for me to forget tonight. Emily was an awesome young lady but it just wasn't Cracker Barrels night tonight.

Wow, for the price you pay, this place is great! Waiter was so-so.. The food was great and the portions!! Shame on you if you go home hungry! Ordered the fried catfish and fried shrimp; very good! We we're in and out in just about an hour.

This is the best Cracker Barrel along I-10 that me and my colleagues have been to! Great service and extremely friendly staff. Sure this is just another Cracker Barrel, but what does make this a better experience above all is that the service is great, and you never neglected by the wait staff. They seem to have a team wait staff, because we saw numerous waiters and waitresses helping us, opposed to just the same waiter the entire service. Thanks, Cracker Barrel! -The I-10 Phil.

Whenever I visit the relatives, we always seem to end up at this Cracker Barrel. Like most of this chain, the food is consistent and the service very nice. We never had to ask for refills on our drinks and the portions were filling.

Visited for the second time & we were seated for 13 minutes and not one single person even acknowledged us as customers. We then decided to ask a waitress to help us. The waitress went over to the person seating everyone & she sent another waitress to ask us what we wanted to drink. We then asked who our waitress was supposed to be and they replied "I don't know" so we requested to speak with the manager. We waited an additional 4 minutes for the manager to come to our table and had the nerve to ask us what was wrong. We stated that we were upset that no one had come to our table for almost 15 minutes and that this was the second time this had happened to us at this same location. He said "I'm sorry" and didn't even offer a single thing to make us feel better about our visit there. So we told him we did not want to eat there any longer and all he did was walk away without even trying to do anything to keep us from leaving. Can't help to state that everyone at this establishment was Caucasian and we are not...possible racism here!? Let anyone else of non-Caucasian ethnicity see for themselves. Awful place and even worse customer service!!

Blech...Greasy,greasy greasy! What is the South's obsession with grease? Spotty service, long lines and oily food is not my idea of a good time. They have a gift shop that sells overpriced "junky" items and decor. Tacky stuff. The restaurant has lots of signs and stuff to decorate. The kids like that part. If you want a good homestyle lunch and do not mind a wait, the Sugar Kettle Cafe on HWY 64 in Daphne is a way better choice.

I took off one star for our first waitress who let us sit there with 2 small children for 20 min. without even taking our drink order. I found another waitress and asked for help, and Haven took GREAT care of us! Food was excellent, service was great, and we left full and happy. they were also extremely understanding when my 2 year old spiked a very expensive Christmas ornament across the country store and shattered it in a million pieces. Very family friendly!

This was a stop on the way home from Ft. Worth. This IS what a Cracker Barrel, should be. Service was great, food was great. It was breakfast, around 8am. No wait for anything.

You know when you'd had a long day? It's been raining outside all day long and it never got above, oh, probably 56 degrees? DREARY! & to top it off, you've worked a couple of weeks straight, and all u want to do is get in your jammy pants and watch movies, no cooking! Well, Cracker Barrel is the one you put on speed dial to set u up for dinner. The CB at the Eastern Shore Centre always has good choices and prices; and, perfect for that take out drizzly evening meal!

Do NOT come here during a holiday or when the roads are busy. I'm guessing since this location is near a major freeway many people come here for a lunch/dinner break. That's what my friends and I did but I really regretted stopping at this establishment after ten minutes of being there. First, there was NO toilet paper for the men or women's restroom. I'm not sure if the staff cared or not but when we asked for toilet paper the lady we asked quickly said "we have to wait for our provider" then walked away and continued to ignore us. There was a line out of the restroom doors of people waiting for toilet paper and needing to obviously take a dump or relieve themselves. It was really gross! I'd never gone to a major chain restaurant where they didn't have toilet paper! That should've been a sign for us to leave but we decided to stay. At our table, we were seated in a tiny corner that obviously couldn't seat all of us but whatever, we made it work. Upon sitting down our waitress came to take our drink order. I had a feeling that she wasn't all there. We each had to repeat our drink orders multiple times and when I decided I didn't want water but wanted lemonade she just stared at me and I repeated myself twice until she understood.... It was really strange. When our drinks came out, they had no more straws left! Not a big deal bit again, I've never been to a major chain restaurant where they literally ran out of so many things. When it came to ordering our food, the same thing happened where she seemed very confused... It was really off and strange. Another thing that annoyed me was that they seemed to be out of a lot of menu items like sweet potato sides etc. AGAIN, why are they out of so many things? It wasn't even 1 PM yet but whatever. When our food came out 3/7 people had no silverware. We asked repeatedly for silverware and had to wait 5-10 minutes before we could eat after everyone had already received their food. Some of our order even came out mixed up and incorrect. The only reason I am not giving this place one star is because our waitress, as weird as she was, was VERY nice and the food wasn't half bad. Maybe things weren't running smoothly because it was labor weekend and there were a lot of travelers passing by. I definitely would not stop here ever again if I road tripped past this place.

There is always a downfall with restaurants. No place is perfect. Tonight was a bad night for this restaurant. My friend and I had been up there previously for a to-go order. The manager personally took the order, and she did a great job. However, twenty minutes later, we finally got our food. We came back, because I was craving some Chicken and Dumplings. The dumplings were amazing as usual. The chicken, was okay; tasted a tad bit raw. The mashed potatoes were DISGUSTING. They were cold, and they were hard. The worst part- The food comes with biscuits or cornbread. My friend and I both got biscuits. I decided to take a bite, and there was plastic in it. We both had ended up biting into plastic filled biscuits. We complained to the waiter, and he seemed pretty upset about it. We never got offered to speak to a manager, or anything. He just apologized, and walked off.
