I read the other two reviews on this establishment and I did not experience the bad service they did. My husband and I were driving through town and decided to try Jefferson's because there is a new location opening soon in Madison and wanted to try it. The food and service were both outstanding. We were both made to feel welcome when we walked in. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich with the house sauce and fries and my husband ordered the 20-piece wings with medium hot sauce and fries. Our waitress made sure our glasses were full and she checked on us several times. As far as the waitresses clothing, I felt they were all dressed very tastefully and I didn't feel offended. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Scottsboro.

Food is decent. Order food and drinks together, service is hard to come by and you'll wait a while for your food.

Second visit. Had the Philly Cheesesteak & it was pretty good. Waitress was more attentive to her "regulars" than us - we were there during off peak hours. Service was a bit slow. Don't know when or if we'll go back.

Love the burgers. Service can be a little slow even during slow times. The food is great!! I wouldn't recommend bringing kids here only because the waitresses wear shorty shorts and are hootchie. They act like we are bothering them by coming to eat there.

We stopped here because I like the one in Madison. After reading some reviews, we decided to try it out and see if the service was as bad as some said. To our surprise, our waitress (Meri) greeted us right away and seated us. We ordered and waited for this "long" wait for our food. To our surprise again, our food came out faster than we could have expected. I recommend this place. The service was great and the wings are really good.

Expect very long (45-90 minute) waits between the time you place your order and when the food actually arrives, no matter what time of day you stop by. Timing in food prep is bad (wings are sitting around getting cold while burger is still cooking, or vice versa), the food is insanely overpriced (probably just ask to see a menu before you commit to any seating) and the weekend crowd is a bit too obnoxiously drunk for my taste (bar is located directly behind one of the larger tables). Jefferson's seems highly over-staffed (lots of wait staff just standing around on cellphones), yet the entire establishment is ran inefficiently from the ground up. Supposedly the management has changed and it is not for the better at all. This branch is now operated by the franchise owners niece, granddaughter or something - she's insufferable.

Very dissatisfied! I ordered the shrimp po boy. Who has ever heard of it having bell peppers and cheese? If I had wanted a Philly cheesesteak I would have ordered it. I mean a shrimp cheesesteak!! Lol

Not a bad location, upon my past 2 visits to Scottsboro the food has been consistently good! Love this restaurant chain. The fried pickles & mushrooms are extremely good. I also love the fried chicken sandwich which can be covered any of the lovely chicken sauces Jefferson's offers. The staff has always been friendly!

Horrible service....... 10 servers all standing around talking. Who is cooking? Supposed to be new management.... Yeah right. My advice skip it better restaurants in same strip mall. Hardee's and Zaxbys on up the road

This is a very average place to eat. The food is ok but nothing special. The staff is very unfriendly and seem more interested in the guys that walk in the restaurant. I don't think the food is a good value for what you pay. I would not eat here again.
