Huddle Houses are a hit and miss kind of experience. Certainly the closer you find yourself to a major city, the worse any kind of Huddle House/Waffle House/Greasy Spoon place is going to be both in quality and caliber of customers. I'm happy to say that (nearly) without exception, I have never been a witness to a stabbing/shooting/fight at this particular location - just one 'don't touch my man' fight. It's great for late night, way too far away from the clubs and (most) bars to draw in a big 'let's go start some sh*t' crowd. Peaceful and the waitstaff and cooks are pleasant. Scottsboro's Huddle House was second only to Rainsville Huddle House (RIP, 2011) - now they are the reigning champs in the late night breakfast food game. THE BEST you'll find in this area, hands down.

Stopped for lunch. Buffalo chicken sandwich fries and a bowl of chili. Booth seats are torn. Place seems clean. Fries were soggy and greasy. Chili was good. Chicken sandwich was good too.

We had three generations there for an early Father's Day breakfast. The place was soooo busy, but we were greeted and seated quickly, even though we were six in our party. The food came quickly and everything was cooked to order. All of us cleaned our plates and smacked our lips! Great breakfast!!

Just updated an expanded. I have not been since it was totally redone but its a good place for breakfast. They used to allow smoking which was a little rough in the morning but other than that it was consistently good for breakfast.

You know what kind of food you're going to find when you stop at a Huddle House or a Waffle House. This one is no exception. So given that expectation let me say that these folks do a great job. Courteous and quick. A credit to the Huddle House Chain.
