I have been a Chappy's fan for over a decade. The addition of the Prattville location was much appreciated. The wife and kids love it now too! Had a recent experience with slow food out of the ktichen. Before it ever showed up, the manager had already comp'ed our meals and was asking us to please come back. We'll be there!

Pro: food was good Cons: the entire restaurant was FILTHY. Feet stuck to the floor! It took over an hour to get sandwiches! Will never go again.

Been craving a Good Rueben so I figured I would grab one for lunch - worst I have every ate - the people that are posting that it was a good sandwich have never had a real one like they serve at Deli's up north like Izzy's Deli in Cincinnati - I was going to get some bagels to go until I saw them - I think they are store bought. Service was good!

Love the buffalo chicken wrap, comes fried but you can ask for it grilled and it's awesome!

We eat at Chappy's on a regular basis as their food and hospitality are excellent. They also now serve breakfast. There is ample parking in front and behind the establishment. They have an excellent menu of sandwiches and soup and all customers have their dining topped off with a small fast freeze.

Stopped here to pick up some sandwiches to go on the way home from the beach. Had it not just come a storm we might have sat outside (we had a puppy) but everything was soaked. I ordered a Reuben and my husband got a Texas Cheesesteak. I thought the Reuben was WAY too salty to a point that I didn't want the Ruffles chips that came with it. I've had the Windy City Panini at the Montgomery location, which I loved, and I'd have to say that the Reuben was pretty disappointing. Hubs said his sandwich was ok but he really wasn't crazy about the Ruffle chips that were the default. (he's picky!)

Stopped by for a late lunch. Service was excellent! (Thanks, Harmonie!) Food was served quickly, tasted great, and the portion sizes were "just right" for a deli. We'll definitely come back again!

The breakfast is awesome, go in and try it for yourself. I won't bother writing some lame diatribe about, "how they do it up north", because people like that are ridiculous. You try one thing and give the place one star? Get a life, back in Ohio.

Visited the newly opened Prattville Highpoint location and was not disappointed. I had the reuben and it was excellent. Everyone in my party was impressed. Service was excellent.

Great food, great service. Ordered water for my beverage.... tasted like dish water but would definitely eat here again. Although, I would order a different beverage.
