Smallest salad ever. Absolutely pitiful baked potato, 2 bites and it was gone. 6 shrimp in my create your combo. Clam strips fried too death. Tea was good. Feel like this is a sign of things to go down hill for Red Lobster.

Service was really poor on this particular day. I'm not a big fan of Red Lobster. Everything tastes like it was thawed in a microwave. Makes me wonder if they even use real seafood at this place or any other Red Lobster for that matter. Now back to the service. Our waitress was a bit off today. She forgot our utensils, straws, half of my entree, and brought out a bucket of water when I requested 1/2 mug of hot water to warm up the babies bottle. She was the nicest lady ever. Her waitressing skills were not very good unfortunately. Sometimes a person is not a good fit for a a particular job. This lady really wasn't cut out to this particular job.

Okay Yelpers, listen up and look up! You won't see many of my reviews with a 4 Star rating. However, on this visit it definitely deserves those 4 stars. First we were seated next to a window which made my wife happy. We were greeted quickly and efficiently by a kind and courteous server named Richie. He took our drink order and returned quickly with the drinks and a basket of piping "hot from the oven" garlic biscuits...yum! He took our order and returned with my salad in no time. Just as I finished my salad, which was cold, crisp and delicious, our entrees arrived. Great timing and pacing. They entrees were great! Everything was hot and my broiled fish was cooked absolutely perfectly. It was flaky, moist and had just the right amount of seasoning. Only found one small bone in the filets. The baked potato was hot and fresh and the butter and sour cream melted right into the flesh. My fried shrimp were a little overcooked, or this visit might have received 5 Stars. The shrimp scampi was, as usual, really tasty and really garlicky just like I like it. Our tea was kept filled, well except my wife did have to ask one time, and our to-go requests were met quickly. The manager stopped by the table to check on us and the server checked with us several times throughout our meal. This was probably my best visit to this Red Lobster and my wife and I eat there fairly often. They've set the bar high now and hopefully they will carry through with some consistency on my next visit. Thanks Richie, our server, and Lois, manager for a great experience.

I ate at Red Lobster today. I had the salad, grilled talipia, baked potato and steamed broccoli. The grilled talipia was a little dry but seasoned well. Baked potato--was good and steamed broccoli--kind of bland but with added salt, pepper and butter-it was ok. The cheese biscuits are delicious. The service was excellent. My guest had the fried butterfly shrimp--delicious.
