Definite diamond in the rough! This place was awesome!

Long line but fast. The ice cream was good, not made in house but good quality. Prices were pretty standard. The best thing is that on 2 different occurrences children dropped their cones and the workers promptly replaced them free of charge. Well run business

Solid "4" for this little hole in the strip mall ice cream shop...it's also a grill and had that greasy, yummy smell coming off the open grill that indicates getting a burger here wouldn't disappoint! But it was only ice cream on this night and it was good! Blue Bell ice cream and selection is plenty...me, the boy and my niece all got double scoop cups and baby girl got a waffle cone and brought it all in for about $15 so I didn't think that was bad... Can get crowded so be warned but if you want some ice cream check this little joint out...

The banana split is awesome! I especially liked that they added strawberry and chocolate ice cream along with vanilla and not syrup! I really enjoyed this place and the service was great! Tip- the banana split can easily be shared by two people.

Sometimes you just want simple. I just wanted some ice cream like I got when I was a kid. It's small, it's old looking, but it's quaint and cozy and exactly what you want after a long day on the beach with kids. Thanks Andy's!!! We got two kids scoops, which were a nice size (and I believe a $1.50 each!) and I got a waffle cone with one scoop and it was filled up!

Awesome! Friendly staff, great ice cream and lots of options. The place was clean and had lots of outdoor seating. We loved it!

Nice little place with friendly staff. Good blue bunny scoop ice cream. Had lots of favors. Beats the chain stores when on vacation. My 3 and 1 yr old loved it. Not much to write home about, but a nice place in a convenient location near hotels.

Limited options. Ran out of milk and had to send a clerk to buy more from the market. No wonder they run out; the shake was "watered" down. Overall avg at best; but limited options within walking distance. Located next to a tattoo and piercing shop; great location to bring young ones.

Have to come here when visiting the beach. Great little shop with friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. Third time here .

We went on a Saturday evening a little after 8, and the chairs were already up. The place smelled of fingers and was dingy inside. The staff looked irritated that customers dare walk in the door on a Saturday evening in September. One staff member couldn't be bothered with us and stayed on the phone, while the other two were helpful. We got our ice cream (not much of a selection) and went to sit outside, since customers were apparently not welcome to sit inside. The outside area was filthy and littered with trash. Pro tip: pressure washers work great on concrete and outside furniture, Andy's. The prices were reasonable but I'd gladly pay more for a clean, friendly experience. As we were leaving, a friend of the staff came in to cook his fish on the store's grill. He was a friendly fellow, to be sure, but it seemed odd that they're him just walk in and cook his fish on their grill. Go to TCBY instead. It's cleaner and has more variety. Andy's might have been worth it back in the day, but you'd be wise to skip it now.

Hole in the wall ice cream shop that also serves burgers and hot dogs. The ice cream is blue bell, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Recommended for can quick ice cream out.

This is a decent little ice cream shop. They serve Blue Bell ice cream so the quality is great. They had about 20 flavors to choose from. The service was good and the prices were average and fair. This place did not have anything that made me want to necessarily go back but nothing to really complain about either. So pretty average.

Nice little independently owned joint. It should really be called "Andy's grill and ice cream" because they have a nice menu of very reasonbly priced food like chicken, burgers, dogs, red beans/rice, etc. Then they have the ice cream as well. Nice patio on the side and a couple of chairs out front as well. Excellent service. Food was great. I had the red beans/rice. The chicken club on toast is very good, & the same goes for the cajun bbq chicken sadwich. The fries were seasoned and crispy goodness.

Not a whole lot to this little joint in the Winn-Dixie shopping center, kind of a basic ice cream shop while serving extras like hotdogs, hamburgers, chicken fingers and rice and beans (never expected that). Its not custom-made ice cream either, its prepackaged Blue Bell - tastes better than the store bought. Went to this place because it was across the street from the hotel and the price was fair. Don't know if I would come here again if I visited gulf shores though. The place liked it was stuck in the 80s with grungy looking tables and an unclean floor. Typical coastal town store I guess...
