Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

You can't beat the prices of the lunch specials. Most are $4.75 + drink and tax. Each lunch entree comes with rice, soup, egg roll, and a wonton. I highly recommend the egg drop soup. It's darker in color than I am used to, but it is full of flavor. The rice is decent. The egg roll is small, but you get plenty of food for the price! The pork chow mein was flavorful but a little heavy on the garlic. The beef w/ garlic sauce had a really bad flavor in the sauce. I don't know what it was but I know it was NOT garlic sauce. The beef was cooked well, though. I would highly recommend this place for a cheap, quick and filling lunch. (Just don't order the beef w/ garlic sauce)

Love their lemon chicken, but so disappointed with the wonton soup. It was just not good at all. I'm sure I will go back but just won't order soup. My husband did like his hot and sour soup though.

This is my favorite Chinese place ever. I have lived in two places since Opelika, and haven't found Chinese I like this much.

I decided to eat in and just so you know there is only one person that works here so don't expect anything fast but the Chinese man is very nice. When you eat-in you get a soup with your meal. For 6.65 I got Mongolian Beef, Rice, Soup, Wonton, Egg Roll, and a Drink. Needless to say I will be back. The Food is wonderful too by the way.

The sesame chicken was good but the fried rice came in clumps. The sesame sauce is what I'm used to having back home so it was like comfort food to me. The guy at the counter was nice and we had a good talk about how I ended up in Auburn ordering food. 5 for the service, 4 for the sesame chicken, 3 because the food here is identical to any Chinese restaurant you may have been to in Auburn. The fried rice doesn't glow. The price is much more worth it than other restaurants and the portions were generous.
