I read the other reviews on this resturant and had to check if there was another steak house in Moulton with a similar name. Our experience was nothing like the other reviewers. All their steaks are aged and hand cut at the resturant. At $10.99 for the New York Strip, I wasn't expecting much. Boy was I surprised. This steak had to be in the top five i've ever eaten. It was huge, tender, tasty....it was great. It came with a choice of sides and I got the baked potato. It was just a good as the steak. The salad bar wasn't the biggest but it was probably the freshest, best looking one i've seen in a long time. The decor was neat. The entry is a reclaimed grain silo, and the rest of the resturant is a combination of rough sawn wood planks and sheet metal with an abundance of country decorations. Good food, friendly, efficient wait staff and excellent prices...we'll be back.

Food here is nothing to get excited about. Not necessarily bad..just not good either. The rustic decor is cool, lots of rough wood plank paneling with metal on the walls. The servers were friendly and made sure we were always kept with full drink glasses.

Fantastic food and service. I had the lemon pepper chicken with a great white bbq sauce. The salad bar was expansive and fresh. The staff member stocking the bar told me that all the veggies are cut fresh throughout the day. Overall, a remarkable product at a more than reasonable price.

This is a great place to stop when traveling through the small town of Moulton. The decor is a perfect Western theme without being too cheesy or overwhelming.The salad bar is displayed in a wagon...how cute is that! Ok so you might think that is cheesy. The first time I stopped I tried the grilled chicken as recommended by some Moulton locals. It was fork tender and full of flavor. My second time I had the lunch portion of ribeye. I'm not usually a fan of ribeye because of the fat content but again a recommendation that I took heed of. It was another satisfying lunch with delicious flavor. I hope you get the chance to stop in. List: The BEST grilled chicken I've ever had.

First time visit- Went to lunch service and it was packed, to include a party that made service slow. If you are not in a hurry, the service was decent and staff was friendly. It was clean, and good prices for a sit down restaurant. The other customers talk about a "grill" but the meat was cooked on a flattop. We ordered burgers. Used to seeing (and tasting) meat cooked with grill marks and more smoky taste. Maybe I am wrong about how the meat is cooked, but there are windows to see into the kitchen. The meat WAS cooked to a perfect well and the other medium. The onion rings are a good size and batter was good, as well as the steak fries and the best hush puppies in the area, we have found. Salad bar ($2.99 side or $7.99 meal) is fresh but limited selection above the basics. The tea is strong and the coffee was surprisingly good. As a family restaurant, it was a little disturbing the three children in the booth behind us kept running around, looking over the seat, standing and kicking hard enough to feel it. Plan on a return trip to try the catfish.

This is a go-to nicer place to eat in the area and has been for years. They have good food from the grill and a very good salad bar. It is a good place to take the family for a nice dinner. Try the chicken kabob for something different if you don't want a steak. They have good chicken tenders and the like for kids. There is often a line at peak times.

Best steak and grilled chicken around The employees are professional but friendly and competent. A nice salad bar to go with your meals or to just have as a meal. We go here as often as we can.
