Went through the drive thru here today for breakfast, got my usual drove home and when I was about to dig in I noticed that my biscuit was the spicy one not the original one I had ordered so I wrapped it back up went back, explained the situation and was given a very sincere and professional apology and a new biscuit. Thank you so very much for that, I really appreciate that and I will most definitely continue to visit this location!

The best chick-fil-a I've been to. The workers are very attentive and treat you as if you were in a restaurant. They came to the table to give refills, very quick service. Would recommend to everyone looking for good fast food

It's chick-fill-a. What's not to like. This one however is the best one I've ever been to. Hands down the best customer service of any fast food restaurant. Better than a lot of sit down restaurants as well. Got my food really fast. The rest of the people in the group didn't fair so quick. Not only did they check on them & apologize for the wait several times, but they refunded the cost of the meal & gave us coupons. This is what service should be. Excellent.

Chick-Fil-A has the right formula for a fast food restaurant. Great friendly service that is always consistent. You won't find those unmotivated types working here for long. The food always comes quick and of the same high quality each and every time. If you have a bad experience here, it's gonna be the exception and not the rule. This is a stand alone location (most Chick-Fil-A's in the rest of the country are inside mall food courts). They are starting to expand and that's a good thing. This location does great business and is always busy. But busy doesn't mean you have to wait. Both inside and the drive-thru move quickly. Even during a rush, the eating area is kept clean and tidy. Parking can fill up but there is plenty.

Came here for my first Chick Fil A experience. The drive-thru line looked really long, but it moved SUPER fast. The girl on the intercom was probably the friendliest person I've ever encountered in this situation. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which was just OK. However the waffle fries and Oreo shake were delicious. They should get some cheese dip so pregnant people can get cheese fries.

Usually my experience with Chik-Fil- A's around the country is pretty good. Generally they have better -than - average workers and customer service. A week ago, I got a 12 count nugget through the drive-thru for my daughter. As she ate some of her after-school snack on the way home, we determined that there were only 10 nuggets in our 12 count box... Well, to be fair, there were 10 nuggets and one tiny deep fried piece of chicken fat. This week, I went back for the same item and mentioned at the order window that the last time I only had 10, would they please check to see that I had 12? It was the less aggressive approach to asking them to correct their previous mistake days before. At the window, I opened the box and counted to make sure that I had 12 and I did. But only 12. Sure, I could have gotten two more nuggets fairly easily. 2 minutes with a manager would have solved the problem, but when I say in the course of my order, THE LAST TIME YOU SHORTED ME TWO NUGGETS, one assumes that even the 17-year-old at the window can make an inference there. I fear that even Chik-Fil-A will fall to the current standard of poor customer service that we all put up with at "other" fast food chains.

This was the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to. Still better than other typical fast foods. WiFi was weak and staff just brushed off my request for help. Also, do NOT offer Senior coffee or discounts. Location is near Interstate so they acted like "I'll never see you again". I pass his way regularly and will not stop here again. Must be a busy location but Manager needs to train employees to match CFA standards.

My go-to Chick Fil-A of choice. If you want a great chicken sandwich with top notch service, and not pay a tip - you just can't beat any of the stand alone Chick Fil-A's in town. My favorite part of this restaurant are the two elderly people, a guy and a woman, who walk around and ask if I want a refill. Chick Fil-A is just classy.

Always busy, but always leively and clean. They have a great kids play area, the staff is always pleasant, the food is always good. If there is a complaint, it is they are always busy at the drive-thru and it seemingly takes forever.
